My experience was horrible at this place. The lady at costumer service is a rude a** b. They should hire more educated and efficient staff.

My experience here was terrible. I was given the wrong information. The salesperson who was helping me out sent someone else to do the dirty work of having to tell me it was sold after I had places a hold on it. Manager Jody acted like she didn’t care and didn’t even apologize for wasting my time and giving out the wrong information. If you put something on hold it Apparently doesn’t count. They’ll sell it regardless. This is a terrible place to shop at. Ikia is way better than this place.

Its always nice to go hear. Now that I know some of them, (cuz we have been going here for years)its actually a good time. They know the products very well too.

Very bad experience, called two days earlier to hold a bed set. I was told they would have it ready for me. I sold my old bed set and mattress the same day. I rented a truck and came in, started paperwork and then was told it was already sold. I wasn’t even given an apology for wasting my time and being lied to. Manager couldn’t care less, she basically shrugged and said “too bad”. Never coming in again. Worst customer service ever, I recommend Bob’s furniture on the east side.

Quality furniture and good service

Love working with this place, been a customer for 10+ years. Sure they are a little overpriced on stuff, but like any store they have to make a profit. It is truly nice to be able to pick what i want, and tske it home with no down payment.

The manager of this store is very rude. Will drive across town to a different location before I ever spend a dime in this location.

Rented my bedset from this place.. the didn’t use the right bolts and my headboard fell right off my bedset. Also gave me a laptop that was used and had a virus and they told me I couldn’t take it back... Only had it for a few days used it for school.. overall rude employees that’ll catch attitudes only thing I can say is the manager is a good man.

I was approved online and due to time restrictions I asked very specific questions. I asked for a specific laptop and the girl I spoke to on the phone told me I could get it. When I got there they told me that the specific laptop I wanted I was not approved for. I was really upset and felt like I had been caught in a bait and switch scheme. The saleswoman then showed me a laptop on display and said I could take that one. I asked if they had a new one in the back and she said no. I asked would it be the same price as a new one and she said yes. At this point I was really irritated. She then went into a back room and came out with two computers. I checked the graphics and got the one closest to what I needed. It is not at all what I thought it was going to be, but I am going to pay for it and I learned a lesson.

Way over priced on things... They approved me for $1100 i told them i was only interested in a certain item and asked how much that specific item would be and it was triple the price i can buy it in the store for ...

Today I called and talked to Urma (I think thats how you spell it) and got an approval over the phone...when I arrived it didnt start out so hot but anyways Phil stepped in and helped me through this every step of the way and made this experience a phenomenal one... phil is someone you can trust and rely on when asking a question about the services and products by far one of my favorite experiences in a very long time dealing with a customer related field!! Thanks Again phil very much appreciated!!!!

Service is good but probably becuase they only make commission. Furnature is really nice but way too pricey. Also dont get the 5 year protection plan they offer for close to $200. Its not worth it. It only covers a small amount of things and if you get replacement covets the plan doesnt cover the new covers. I only had the couch for a year to get a hole ripped in to it and to get it fixed but now but i have 4 years left. Anything can happen in 4 years. Also its through a 3rd party so they work separatly from get it now. Not happy.
