He gave it his best shot with me. Tried to fix my laptop but it was unfixable.Thats the reason why I didnt give 5 stars, but overall service was excellent and got a different laptop out of it (albeit used)!

Karl updated my Windows 7 to Windows 10 for $90! He also ran a thorough virus check and did a defrag process too. If you live anywhere close to Madison, South Dakota and need someone reliable, skilled and quick I would suggest you give Karl at Future PC a call.
