I came in expecting to pay lots to fix my charging port (that wasn’t working). Employee at the counter cleans my port out in less than 3 minutes and my phone immediately starts charging. Did not charge me a cent! Only can say great things about this location. Exceptional service and stunning professionalism. Will give my business to this location if I need phone repairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first two repair shops I went to wouldnt even look at my computer, while Rocket Repair inspected free of initial service fee. They shipped the new part for me, installed it, and now my computer is back to normal! Highly recommend, and theyre fairly priced. They saved me about 800 bucks and hours worth of software reinstallation.

Well, it was not the answer I wanted. However, Nick was honest. Straight forward and direct. All simple yet great qualities when it comes to wanting a quality answer on your investment. (Macbook Air) Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose and determine what could be fixed or not fixed. What it would cost vs new. No BS...just straight forward answers. Exceptional spot for quick repairs!

They are fraud. First they used duplicate screen set. Now when display is damaged because of its low quality they are simply denying to repair although it is in warranty period. Don’t go for this shop.I have attached photos. You can see duplicate display as company name is coated with black color by shop. Also you can see phone does not have any cracks. It’s just bad quality.

This place is the best for a quick fix especially if youre a college student without a means of transportation. My laptop seemed done for, the UW tech service had estimated $500+ and at least a week for a repair. Took it to these guys, they immediately estimated no more than $450 and 4 days of labor. They managed to fix my laptop without having to dismantle it, saved me a fortune! I am so thankful! 10/10 will recommend to every badger I meet!

Best experience Ive had trying to repair a computer. My laptop would not charge, and I went in expecting a simple fix (bend adapter prong, other bad connection issue with charger, etc.) . I was quoted a fair price (much better than other shops in the area I checked with). Unfortunately the problem turned out to be much more major and I will need a new laptop. Although they spent time diagnosing the problem and trying to fix my machine, they didnt charge for the part they ordered to try and fix the power connection. Amazing customer service and quick to diagnose the problem. I will definitely be returning if I ever need repairs done in the future.

Very helpful. My phone wasnt charging properly; I brought it here to be fixed. As it turned out, the charging port just needed a good cleaning after years-worth of dust and dirt had accumulated in it. They removed all the gunk and sent me away smiling within 30 seconds. They didnt ask for a cent, either.

The shop is clean with a nice atmosphere. Their staff was knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong with my Android Galaxy G2. Then they offered to fix it for me but also pointed out how I could fix it myself. I chose to fix it myself. Their advice saved me $80 and they gave it free of charge!

But when I handed over my latop to Rocket Repair and said fix it, I was received with excellent customer service and extreme patience. They answered every question I had in a way I understood. Only great experiences! I one time spilt hydrochloric acid on my phone, it was past the point of repair. We all shared a good laugh. I then brought in a shattered screen 1 or 4 times since. Nick is always happy when people walk in his door needing help. He will tell you how it is and provide all the information you need!

My new PC didnt want to post so I took it here. They dont do towers, however they did offer to drop it off at a different repair shop for me. Got it back in 2 weeks, works perfectly fine. They may not have repaired it but their customer service is impeccable.

Really fast. Great work on my cell phone screen repair. It was expensive but it was done right and thats far more important to me. Ill be coming back in the next week to replace my battery since my Nexus 6P is approaching 1 1/2 years old.

Recently I cracked the screen on a Google Nexus 5. Dropped it on concrete face down, and next thing I know the screen was shattered. I wasted sometime looking online to see if I could take care of swapping out the screen myself. These guys know their stuff hands down. I worked with one of the techs Kevin who walked me through what needed to be done and the complexities that were involved. After the parts were ordered I stopped in on my lunch break to have it fixed. Dropped it off and stopped back after grabbing a quick bite to eat. Ready to roll with a fresh screen. Kevin also recommended a ballistic glass screen protector which was a life saver. A few weeks after getting the screen replaced I left my phone on my trunk and had pinched the screen in the edge. Pealed off the screen protector which was ten bucks and still had a fresh screen. I would highly recommend Rocket Repair over anywhere!

I have had them do two different cell phone screen repairs, one replacing only the glass on a Nexus 6 and one replacing the panel on a Nexus 6P. Not only are they the only local repair shop that would make repairs on these phones, but the work was exceptional. Quick work and reasonable prices for the repairs. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my laptop after a update. I’m almost positive that it is a software issue. They took almost 3 days to tell me that the graphics card is faulty. I removed the back panel and found that they had left pieces of my cover inside my laptop, loose to jiggle around. Last, they charged nearly $70 to probe my computer and lose things inside of it. They seem like more of a phone place and less of a computer place.

Rocket Repair did a great job with my repair. He was very quick with the repair and because it was a quick fix he didnt even make me pay. Will definitely be going back.

This place is amazing, chill vibes, and excellent customer service. I had a flash drive with almost all of my recent work and some personal documents that was accidentally broken in half (literally in half). I took the drive in and was given an estimate on time to repair and price. What I most appreciate about this place is that they were upfront that the drive was in bad shape and it was possible but difficult that they could fix it. After several days, ordering new parts, and lots of work, the drive was completely recovered and all of my documents were regained. I received phone calls every step of the way with updates on the progress and if the price needed to change for any reason.Overall, the two guys that helped me were extremely helpful, communicative, and just made me feel valued and like my silly little problem was a priority for them. Will for sure use them again in the future if I have any needs.

Ive been here 3 times now, and every time the service has been super fast, affordable, friendly, and overall an enjoyable experience. They have fixed my laptop after having lemonade spilled on it for less than half of what other places were quoting me. I also had a pair of powerbeats 3 just fixed there, where my casing was coming off. Apple wanted to charge me 100 dollars to reapply the adhesive and try to fix it, but Rocket Repair applied the adhesive at no cost. I couldnt ask for anything better. Absolutely a gem in Madison! Cant reccomend highly enough!

After totally cracking my iPhone 6 cover so badly that my finger started bleeding when I tried to swipe across the screen, I called Rocket Repair on Halloween afternoon at 3:00 -- 90 minutes before their close. The nicest guy said he would absolutely be able to fix it for me and if I got there before closing, he could likely fix it in 30 minutes. AND HE DID! It was $150 -- which is $25 less than what Apple will fix it for IF you have their insurance policy. He (I think his name is Kevin) was the sweetest guy too. I would highly encourage anyone to bring their broken stuff here!

I have an old asus laptop (like 5+ years) that was still running relatively strong until I spilled tea on the keyboard. Half my keys stopped working. I took it to Rocket Repair in hopes that they could save it, since Im pretty attached. My keyboard was glued as one entire top piece for my laptop, but they were able to order a new top and install it. My laptop looks identical to how it was before and works fabulously. They did great work and in the time they promised (since they had to order and wait for the part).While I was in there, I asked about replacing my iphone 5c battery. They did it quickly and easily. When one screw wasnt right so my touchscreen wasnt working, they stayed open later than usual on Saturday so I could get back there and they could fix it quickly. Ive been to other repair shops in town, and I didnt get good service and when we got devices back, they had issues. Was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend.

Great place!.I dropped my iPhone and shattered the glass. My phone was out of warranty so I looked into rocket repairs. they replaced my screen in 20 minutes and I was on my way. Very helpful and efficient.

I thought I had a problem with my phones microphone, but it turned out to just be dust clogging it. They cleaned it out with a couple of blasts of compressed air, and two minutes later I was on my way for free. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Great service..

I took my iPhone 5s in for a screen repair and they had it done within an hour. When I took it home and started making calls on it however, I realized that the speaker had somehow been damaged during the repair, making everyone sound fuzzy and tinny on the other end. I took it back a week later and they replaced the speaker without charging me for the extra work. It is a very professional and thorough place!

The staff at Rocket Repair in Madison did an excellent job repairing a cracked screen on my LG G3 smartphone about a week ago. This is not an easy screen to fix due to the way its constructed and Im very impressed with the results. They ended up replacing both the LCD and digitizer for a very reasonable price. I literally cannot tell the difference between the old and new screen, and everything else on the phone is functioning as it should be. The turnaround was quick and I will take their advice and invest in a better case and install some tempered glass over the screen to better protect my phone against the dreaded flat on the face drop.

I went in with an iPhone 5s that another repair shop had messed up. The back camera wasnt working and the screen was clicking. Took it in, they opened it up, noticed several screws were missing, they fixed it, and I got it back. All within 5 minutes. The camera is working just fine now! These dudes are the bomb.

Rocket rocks! Danny fixed my iPhone 5 and tested its performance within an hour and a half. Thought I was in for a charging port and battery replacement ($120) but Danny diagnosed the problem as very jammed lint in the port that then became misaligned. He cleaned and realigned the port, and charged it to 75% to throughly test it -- all for $30. I was able to immediately get it back on Verizon and WiFi. Im delighted with Rockets service, helpful attitude and honest diagnostic work. I had considered going with other shops further out University Avenue (with lower quoted prices) but Im very glad I didnt. In the end Dannys quality work saved me money and undue delays. I went in for what should have been a simple fix on my laptop hinge. I picked up my laptop to find that the broken hinge was glued back in place. They charged 40 dollars for the application of some glue, and it didnt even last a week.

Great service, reasonable prices. I have an iPod classic they helped me to resurrect and upgrade. A month after they replaced the battery, I was suddenly not able to charge the iPod anymore; I took back in, thinking the battery had died. It turned out not to be the battery, but some corroded connections. Nick took the iPod apart and cleaned it up for me in about 15 minutes, at no extra charge. Ill definitely go back.
