I had my smart car brought here because the other place didnt know what they were doing and messed up my alignment. This place worth the 2 hour drive. They have a very nice staff, their lobby is nice refreshing place to wait very comfortable. They even washed my car. So nice.
We leased a smart car had the car for 22,000 miles paid for 35000 milesthinking that we would use it a little more. But we did not use it during the winters. Car was not a safe car for winter driving. Thats was fine but when it was time to turn the car in we did just like all the other cars we had leased in the past. This time we received a bill for excessive wear for the rear tires. I think tires should last more than 22k miles knowing that the dealer replaces the tires as a rule why are they charging for that? I think all this dealership is doing is looking for the customer to pay for tires twice as you pay for normal wear and tear when you lease the car. We thought that they would just be happy with the car looking and running as good as the day we first got it just with 22k miles on it. No help from the dealer or Mercedes-Benz corp. Not happy with the way they do business here. I will never do any business and will let everyone know how these cheaters will nickle and dime you and not even smile when they do it. dont go there
