The staff is amazing but they do not do the service on their vehicles... so about ready to take my van back and get my money back

I wouldn’t even give one star. This company get your for your money and doesn’t like to do the repairs the correct way. I paid for a service and had to return within a few hours for the same service that they claimed was resolved. I’ve been without my van for several days, my kids are missing school, I’m missing work, the manager on duty refused to give me her supervisor name and lied and said she didn’t have a supervisor. They lie to your face about the repairs, the cost, and my paperwork shows I’m suppose to pay $25.00 but I’m charged $45.00 for them to review issues with the card that was sold to me.

First of all I want to say that JD Byrider took a chance on me when no one else would...these people are absolutely amazing...customer service is A1 & my salesperson Carie was very helpful & understanding to my needs...I was hearing a strange noise & took it in for an inspection...the serviceman Sampson is the absolute best he took very good care of me & made me feel VERY IMPORTANT...I WOULD RECOMMEND JD BYRIDER TO ANYONE who needs a nice used vehicle....U CANT GO WRONG WITH J.D. BYRIDER

I had bought my car from here and a week later the alternator went on it, i was extremely upset because I had my 3 year old daughter with me, I was trying to get there before it broke down completely because the battery light came on and they told me to get it here, i was 30 from here when it finally broke down. They were nice enough to pay for the tow and the service department ended up staying late to fix my car because by time i got thete with the tow it was 4:30 and they knew i was very upset and giving the fact it has been only a week. Samson was awsome he gave my daughter a coloring book, he was very friendly. He deserves alot of credit along with the other service guys. Thank you so much. My car was done 1 1/2 hours later.

This place cant get you into the car you want this place gets you into a car they want what bs
