I live in Indy and was looking for a new Tacoma the dealers in the city did not have and could not get for an extended period of time. I called Craig and spoke with Mark McKee. I received fair value for my trade, making it worth the trip!! The employees are professional and super nice. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had (owned 10 new cars). I would send my elderly mom there alone to buy from Craig Toyota.

I was in town visiting friends when I suddenly had a misfiring engine. Even with only one technician, they were able to get my vehicle in and fixed within 2 hours. They even repaired the passenger side rear view mirror that had come out of the housing but was still attached. Great job Jerry and crew.

We had a great experience at Craig Toyota. Mark was a wonderful low-pressure sales rep which made us feel comfortable buying from him. We never questioned honesty. He even facilitated having a safety recall completed before we took possession of our vehicle. When we went to leave our vehicle didnt start which was frustrating but they replaced the battery the next day and Hannah even arranged to have our vehicle delivered to us. It was so sweet of her to be concerned with scheduling around the time I pick my kids up from school. The entire process made car buying much less stressful. We live an hour from Craig Toyota but we will be back in the future.

(Oil change and tire rotation on a 2007 Prius) Have been taking vehicles to Craigs for ~17 years. Timely service. Friendly staff. Asked that tire pressure be set to something other than standard and it was taken care of. Found hood not latched when I went to leave. Starting to feel like I need to check things before I leave the lot.

I had a minor paint job done there. They had some newbie do it. I could scracth off the paint with my finger nail. Under the paint was tar. I showed them. They were more interested it getting paid not fixing it.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Craig Toyota. The salesman gave me a wonderful deal, waited for me to come pickup my car. Had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I came with my family to pick it up (even put a full tank of gas in it for us), and on top of it all brought a little stuffed carfax fox for our toddler before we left. I wish all dealerships had this kind of customer service where they go above and beyond expectations to make sure the customer has a pleasant experience doing business with them.

Been 2 weeks now ...Yet no call back.
