1. Looked at a new car. Advertised with less than 200 miles. Actually had over 2,000 miles.2. Salesman said he couldnt sell my trade in as pre-certified because of an after market sun roof I put in. (I went to another dealership and they had no issue)3. The new vehicle I was looking at clearly had something wrong with it.4. Salesman kept talking to my husband about the vehicle even though I was the one purchasing it.I ended up buying from another dealership that gave me $1500 more for my trade in plus Salesman was way more honest than Zimbrick.Overall, my experience with Zimbrick was not favorable and wouldnt recommend to others

Vary helpful and great service

A lot of overpriced used cars and, appraised my vehicle really low. I was pretty much insulted by the number. Apparently they dont want to sell cars.

We go to Zimbrick East. We always take are car here to get serviced. We had a lot of work to get done, so they gave us a loaner car. If you wait for your car, their waiting room in nice, with a room for kids to keep them entertained .

We had a lot of issues, bad slow service, bought a lemon and traded it off so we could be done with them.

Best place for an oil change! The wait is a bit long but the waiting area is comfortable with fresh baked cookies and free coffee and hot chocolate. It also has a nice kids area for the little ones to play.

Had a power steering leak in my Titan, and took it in to their service department. Max and the rest of the staff were very attentive and made it more than a pleasant experience!!!

We had seen a car that met our needs and were hoping to purchase. The sales person was told we had pre-approval and that we were hoping match it. He said he would check text us his finding while we pick up our daughter from a birthday party. We never received the text message or a call back. When were returned to the dealership, we were told that the car had been sold 15 minutes before we returned. Management said theres nothing they could do about it.

Waiting area is top shelf. Water coffe snack bars magazines tv to. Tom knows his cars and all the new electronic toys the new cars have. Great selection vehicles and helpful staff. Service is quick and easy to schedule but as with some dealerships Zimbrick is horrifically overpriced. Routine stuff like oil changes and tire rotations are fine but things like brakes or spark plugs have been double and occasionally triple what my normal mechanic changes. I understand they need to make money and the dealership is certainly nicer than my local mechanic, but it does not warrant such egregious price gouging, particularly with people who may not realize how badly theyre overpaying. They also have a tendency to recommend services already performed e.g. recommending a coolant flush only 10k miles after it was performed. Someone who has no knowledge of service schedules may go for it and pay for a meaningless service. This has happened multiple times and I have to constantly remind them of what has been completed.
