I bought a new Ram 1500 and the experience was quite decent. The truck was two hours away, yet I was able to do much of the paperwork online, including financing. Dan did a great job preparing the sale and setting expectations for me. Ran into a hiccup with my credit report he warned me about (I had locked it) but resolved on the drive up. Andre was covering for Dan when I arrived and was very prepared and helpful. A genuine kind of guy. Most of the time spent at the dealership was spent in the truck itself, not waiting in an office. The paperwork was simple--and void of the traditional pressure to buy extra stuff. All in all, a most positive experience.

Serious lack of afordable used cars. The only decent vehicles were too pricey. Might just as well buy a new one with a warranty. The best car there was a 95 Chevy Impala SS that wasnt for sale. She was picking up her husband from the service department.

I dont usually leave reviews however I gotta give props to a mechanic shop that doesnt screw its customers. My 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 truck was mistakenly towed to the service department here and once I found it.. (The towing company hauled it to the wrong dealer 25 miles farther away) I called and they got my truck in right away. Long story short...they eventually called me to let me know the repairs total were looking like they were going to be around $3500. I was upset but I needed my truck fixed. I explained what I thought the problem was ( I had been researching this specific engine online for common problems similar to mine) which I felt was a much easier fix and also significantly less costly. When the mechanic got the head off of the engine he found I was right and was able to fix the truck quickly and for much less money. Saved me around $2000! They could have easily just gone ahead with the costly repairs and made the extra money but instead they were honest and saved me a bunch of money. I dont live anywhere near this dealership so I probably will never take my truck back however if you live close this should be your shop. Honesty and integrity will always get my business.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Let me start by saying our sales consultant, Mike Cerv, was great to work with. He did a great job assisting my wife and I in locating the vehicle that fit our needs. None of this is Mike’s fault.Let’s talk about the vehicle. We purchased a new 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. After the Caravan we wanted sold the day I went to look at it, we worked with Mike to have the dealership find the same van and get it to the dealership. All this went smooth. We completed all the paperwork and took the caravan home. A week later I decided to remove the ‘Don Miller’ advertising sticker they always place on the back of vehicles. I typically remove these from all my vehicles. This sticker just looked terrible because it was not centered and appeared to be two stickers laid over each other. I grabbed my heat gun and warmed the sticker up for a bit and peeled it off with ease revealing several large paint scratches/gouges. After grabbing my phone and taking some pictures I emailed Mike right away. I ended up having to drive the vehicle back to Madison (40 miles) so the manager could look at it.The next day, I made the drive back to Madison so the general manager, Craig Weinberger, could look at it. After looking at it for about ten seconds he says “take it across the street to the body shop and have them fix it.” I handed the stickers to Craig asking if he wanted them, with a “not really” response as he crumpled them up in his hand. I advised Craig of my displeasure and how this was clearly deliberately done by whoever put the sticker on. It was clear to me his employee removed the previous dealerships sticker (from wherever they got it from) and gouged the vehicle while doing so. Instead of getting it fixed they decided to used not one, but two overlaid stickers to cover it up. Craig didn’t seem to care as his response was “it wasn’t my employee, we contract for our detailing.” I advised Craig he was still responsible for the product coming out of the dealership for which he replied “I don’t know why you’re getting so upset, I’m getting it fixed and paying for it.” At this point it was clear that Craig and his “I’ve been doing this for 30 years” mentality did not understand customer service or the principle of the matter that he sold me a vehicle that has gouges covered up by one of his employees (contracted or not, as a manager you’re responsible to make sure the work is done properly). Clearly there is no quality control. It’s no big deal for Craig because he’s okay with just sending new customers who buy new vehicles next door to have them fixed. I certainly won’t ever be back to this dealership and I will never recommend it to anyone. I tell people about this encounter and it’s summed up as “shady” which I can’t help but agree.The body shop was also great to work with and did get things fixed. Again, not the body shops fault.

He double checks any tricky questions you may have vs other individuals who bs their way through to a sale.Stephen managed to get me a lower APR without dinging my credit much. So helpful when I didnt have the proper Title for my trade-in. Cant ask more from that!I bit the bullet and went to a Subaru Dealership for a used vehicle and although you pay a bit more, the individuals, vehicle, and warranty coverage (windshield ding) have been amazing so far!

Before Don Miller, I went to 2 other dealerships in Madison. I did not have a good experience. So thankfully, Don Miller had a car I was looking for because I had a pleasant experience with Erik M. I called to make sure the car was still there and to test drive it. As I arrived, Erik greeted me outside. Negotiating price was simple. I didnt feel rushed or obligated to sign anything to lock my price. Erik could tell I didnt feel comfortable signing my name until its official. They deal with the warranty company and call if anything isnt covered. Its best practice to go knowing what your particular warranty covers so you are not caught off guard. I took my 2015 Chrysler 300 to get looked at because my radio was on but no sound was coming out and a noise coming from the dash area a guy named Paul calls me and tell me I need a new amp and blower motor repairs would be 1400+ keep in mind in less then a month I have spent 1800 on repairs from the same dealership so I decided to take it somewhere else and go and get my car they charge me 300 dollars to look at it nothing was repaired they are robbing people for nothing I don’t recommend anyone get there repairs done here you will be out of money for no reason

John does a great job of being friendly and efficient every time I stop in for an express oil change. Everyone is friendly and helpful but John sets the bar high for A+ customer service.
