Always disappointed with the placeBergstrom read this comment and responded on Friday October 29th . I explained my concerns and they looked at the work orders and say the work. They asked to get back to me that day or the next day. Today is November 2nd and not a word from Bergstrom . I bought a car from them that was originally bought from Bergstrom . The cars windshield wipers didnt work properly. I was told it was easy to fix and could be fixed at my next service appointment.As I said always disappointed with Bergstrom.
I am sold on Bergstrom after my experience with Mike Keller. He deserves some sort of promotion: very professional, kind, hard working, follows through and genuine. Helped me immensely and made sure my experience with Bergstrom was a good one. I will continue to refer and recommend Bergstrom because of him. Any business that has someone like Mike working for them is a lucky one...Bergstrom, dont let him get away.
There is no high pressure sales tactics here which I appreciate. Nick was very courteous and helpful. He went over how to operateeverything in the vehicle so I was comfortable right away. I love my car
This car dealer listed 6 cars on their website that we were interested. When we went to the dealer they only had one of the cars. We waited a long time for a salesperson to be pulled from the Chevy lot. Total waste of our time. Dont post cars unless they are available!!! We will never return to this dealer!
Took a while to get a call back but the second time I tried I did get prompt service. The 3 stars is due to GM not caring to fix a known defect in the CUE system, so although Ive loved my car until now, never going to get another Cadillac. Very disappointing.

All I can say is WOW. This was the 3rd Cadillac I tried to buy online due to the crazy pandemic car shortage. Finally got this one to stick at a Chevy dealership in Green Bay, Wisconsin - I live in Los Angeles. Decided to make a road trip back with 2 of my daughters. Called ahead 2 days before to order a bug guard for the trip back. Parts department made that happen. Thank you for that! Fly in pick up the car, and I realize that Wisconsin is not exactly the best place to buy a car due to harsh winters causing lots of rust. Checked the car, and indeed I see rust on the bottom. Now what do I do??? Well I got to drive to Madison to install the bug guard, and I guess I will see if I can get them to help me out on whether I should keep the car or not. Roll in, Elijah, Kyle and Nick are on the car immediately. They put the car on the lift, inspect it, and let me know basically Im good. Bug guard goes, on. Im out of there in less than 45 mins. Basically, I am so thankful for their help. It put my mind at ease about purchasing a car out of state which allowed me to have a great trip home. Water parks, frozen custard, and cheeze churds.... Thanks guys, much appreciated!

This is specifically a review for Larry Laufenberg in parts. I came in to get a trunk key made and was turned away twice after initially having a phone and email conversation with Zach Holmes(Being told that it was no problem after confirming with Larry through email). I explained that the car hasnt been registered for a couple years & Im currently still paying on it. I talked to my bank and got an e-title from them along with another form clearly stating the vehicle is mine also from the bank. Larry came up with every excuse in the book basically insinuating that the vehicle was stolen. Recommended I go to another business because they might not have the regulations we have. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly, this review isnt a reflection on their business as a whole but in particular Larry.
I was quite happy when I saw how well the repairs had been done! Admittedly, I was surprised to find the front tires at lower pressure than I remember leaving them at and the left indicator appears to have crossed wires since it is operating at double the normal speed, but otherwise I was quite pleased! Thanks Bergstrom Cadillac for fixing my car and setting me up with a great loaner while my car was being repaired in the body shop!

I highly recommend....and I am VERY SELECTIVE about my vehicles and where I service or purchase them. AGAIN, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I just purchase a used Cadillac SRX SUV from Bergstrom and I have to say it was the most Pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had...My Salesperson Brad Henderson was absolutely the Best and went out of his way to put me in the drivers seat and Max in Finance was the Best as well, who explained everything in detail that I could understand and gave me many options to protect my purchase during my ownership. I got my hummer 2and it was a good thing. Then I bought my place car cameo I hadnt finished the sale but that told me I would got 8000.form my trade in.thay let me take the car and come back Monday with my cosigner. When I came back l signed each page but at the end the financial company was different and I still bought it .after that I ask for my stuff from my trade in he said it was the car was gone and there was nothing in it.when I called the other salesman said he had seen it. Later on detailing had what they didnt want given back to me. After that my main salesman didnt even help me, he only made his sale.i could not believe how l was treated after being a long time customer by every one I talk to in every department I will never go there again

Was hit by a Semi on the highway. Their Service/ Body Shop is one of the few locations in the area that is a Military/ Veteran USAA insurance- approved assessor for accident claims, and this is beyond great, none of the other large or chain dealerships and service departments are certified for it. Cannot thank the staff enough for getting my assessment/appraisal to the claims agent the same day and done so thoroughly-- every problem was addressed and with utmost friendliness and professionalism. I gave my car for body shop. For a deer hit repair. It coated some 10,000$. They took care properly. The beauty thing is they are doing post repair validation. Good service and good response.
I went in to the body shop after my car had a tree branch fall on it. Originally they had told me they would be able to get me in the shop for repair in 3 weeks. The body shop estimator I worked with told me they would be giving me a call in a couple days to schedule the appointment. After almost a week and a half had passed I had yet to receive his call which is when I decided I better reach out to him. I couldnt believe it when he told me they would be able to get me in 7 weeks from the date I had originally gone in to have a quote prepared. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Was visiting from Texas and damaged my truck in Deerfield. Called BJ and he referred me to Phil. Arrived Monday morning and Phil expected me. Took my truck into the shop and 1-1/2 hours later, they had made a terrific job of making a temporary fix so I could drive the truck safely. Phil was very helpful and generous in what I was charged. Cannot say how much I appreciated them handling this the day I called in. Thank you Phil and BJ. Got home safe.

First time purchase at Bergstrom. Very happy with the experience. The whole transaction was transparent from process and people perspective. They help you find what you are looking for. Megan in this case for me. While my first choise was sold she helped me locate better alternatives and was patient for over 4 weeks that I took to close the transaction answering all my questions over that period and following thru.Closing with her and finanace depts Steve Moore was pleasant and non pressure. They helped me get best rate, explain all additional services and pricing really well and helped me choose only what I wanted. They even dropped the car off to my home after purchase. And their Aaron Rodgers life size cut outs are too real to start talking with that thing ☺️!
In the years we have purchased vehicles from different dealers, this time I feel that dealing with Bergstrom, Madison, WI was the first time I can say it was a pleasant experience. Jacob Silvertson on the sales end was great in his knowledge of the total vehicle and in his tutorial help in setting up the systems. Vance Haney handled all the paperwork efficiently. Just recently we had the opportunity to use the service department at Bergstrom. Mike Keller in service saw to it that our need was attended to in a prompt manner. He kept us informed on the progress.

I will never return to this place, we had our truck towed there for repair of a fuel pump which we were told it cost $1100 we got a call later on saying it will be $2900,not only did they tried to rip us off and we been loyal customers but they cut things off of my husband vehicle without notifying him, they have lost us as customers, I will never return there. Beware if you decide to go there.
I had a borderline emergency driving to Minnesota where my FOB battery died without much notice and the car almost didnt start in rural Wisconsin. I called Bergrstom who told me they would squeeze me in (even though they had no openings) and to get to them without turning the vehicle off. When I arrived, Chris Eifert immediately got in my car, diagnosed the problem, and switched the battery. I was back on my way within 5 minutes. I do not normally go to this dealer for service, but if their normal process is anything like the 5 minutes I experienced with Chris, I highly recommend them.
Very clean and nice staff
When I used Onstar to report a flat tire, Bergstrom was there, changed the tire and I was driving away in under an hour. They put new tires on the next day and even matched a competitors price. Great customer service from start to end!

Overall had a nice purchase experience, the staff was friendly and helpful, received a quality car at a good value. Unfortunately Bergstroms quality experience is limited to when you purchase a vehicle and the moment after they have your money they will never call you back again.Went to renew my license plate this year and the license plate renewal the State of Wisconsin was for a different license number than the one on my car. Bergstrom put the wrong license plate on my car... seriously? Well mistakes do happen. Now have called them 5+ times over the past week left messages had a couple people promise they would call me back and they never do. My licenses are expiring so Ill be operating illegally. They have my money so why worry about helping your customers anymore? I would be very cautious in doing business with Bergstrom
A+ to the Service Center at Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison. Scheduled maintenance for last Saturday then was told when I dropped it off there was an error and they were only doing oil changes that day for a charity event and I wouldnt get service until Monday. What would have otherwise been an upsetting situation was handled wonderfully by the guys in the Service Center. I even asked for a loaner for the weekend thinking it was a shot in the dark but they did not hesitate to accommodate, giving me a fancy new 2018 XT5 for the interim! The staff worked diligently to make the situation right and Im very grateful for that. Thank you!
Most people who know me know I hate dealing with used car sales people BUT I just wanted to say when we just recently traded my vehicle for a cadillac through Bergstrom Madison Mike Brown was absolutely AMAZING. My honest to god first used car transaction that I did not have any stress with whats so ever. They did everything they said they would. Even after something arose after a few days of owning the vehicle Mike was amazing & still took care of us. We will be back in a year or two to purchase my husbands vehicle through them. Definitely a satisfied customer!
My experience wasnt a top rating due to the service writer. (I dont even recall his name thats what an impression he made).He was very cold, not friendly, didnt seem to want to help us but had too. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. The service was quick, the car was clean but as I said, he didnt seem like he wanted to be at work. I received better communication and friendliness from Mike (sales manager).
Bought a used car from Bergstroms of Madison last week. Very impressed with our used car buying experience and the dealership. Though we live over 3 hours from Madison, Corbin made it happen! I cant say enough about that young man. He exceeded my expectations. I found him to be a straight shooter. What he promised, he executed! Best of all...he wasnt annoying😀. The car we purchased, even though it was 12 years old, was in exceptional condition--not even a door ding! Prior to our 3 hour drive to Madison, Corbin personally sent me live video of the car--areas of the car I needed to see. Such a help! Corbin even came in on his day off to meet us and to wrap up the sale. Thanks again to Corbin. The fact that he was that accommodatingng on a 12 year old car purchase speaks for itself. Bravo. As we waited for the completion of the sale...our new (used) car was inside in a beautiful viewing area...out of the elements. Nice. As we waited, my wife and I enjoyed complementary cookies, coffee, steamers and we helped ourselves to a can of coke. Fun buying experience made possible through our good Lord and Corbin Winter.

Ive been in the auto industry since 1980 and an independant consultant in the industry since 1988. Ive worked with over 150 dealers and dearlership groups setting up BDCs and Internet Sales departments. We just moved to Madison a month ago. I brought my car in for service today and was amazed at the level of service and quick repair time. Jeffrey Beran, service writer, was very helpful. Looks like I found my new Cadillac dealership.

Not happy. My mother had a vehicle towed to them . Without looking at gave her a huge estimate. Was given over a week to fix. Left it outside,and contacted me via email on Friday afternoon that they still havent got to the vehicle. So you lost it, and forgot about it. I would never recommend this place.

Service was quick, efficient, and honest. However, I was promised a pickup from my office at 2:30pm to retrieve my vehicle. I had cancelled client appointments for the afternoon and waited in the lobby for the pickup. The pickup did not arrive until 3:33 costing my over an hour of client time plus delaying my trip to catch an International flight leaving Ohare that evening. There was confusion about contact information leaving me to call the dealership and was advised the driver got the dates incorrect. Did not get a phone call advising I would need to wait so I sat in the lobby periodically going out into the cold to look for the ride. Once picked up the vehicle - it was delivered without a car wash. The requested was was completed after 10 additional minutes of waiting.Not a good experience of superior service!
Vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor Chris was great a real pro.When work was complete, Chris told me everything that was done in detail and what I would need to do in the future.Love my cadillacs but I keep coming back to Bergstroms for the service.
Friendly staff and good deals on cars
Easy to make my appointment and I got right in. Comfortable waiting area and very satisfied with their work and communication. They even ran it through the car wash for me.
My vehicle (A less-than-10k-miles 2015 ATS) came in with 4 things to be addressed by both service center and body shop: 1.) Blown tire (service) 2.) Rear bumper replaced from minor collision (body shop) 3.) Front passenger door dent (body shop) 4.) Roof scratches (body shop). Every single one of these items had issues, plus new additional issue: 1.) The new tire with new tread did not have its air pressure evened out properly with the other tires, and it probably should have been rotated to the rear since it was new tread and the ATS is rear-biased in AWD. 2.) The paint on the rear bumper contains imperfections/light areas around the center point. 3.) The paint around the door with the repaired dent contains a visible harsh line on the door where one half is lighter than the other (blended very poorly). 4.) The scratches on the roof were not addressed at all. 5.) And a new issue was introduced: my Parking Assist system is now disabled, likely due to a disconnected rear sensor which requires complete removal of the bumper again. Ive had multiple vehicles to multiple body shops, and this is the single-most incompetent job Ive ever had done. Ill be using a known-good body shop out of town from now on.

Bought a vehicle from one of theirmechanics and it turned out to be a lemon. Hooe this gjy has a lot of money. My uncle was a mechanic for years owned his own garage and all his vehicles were well cared for. Even the car he sold me. When I first started driving had not one rust spot or issue. Unlike this one that I gave started to slowly repair.

Im a process guy and always believe in doing my due diligence when it comes to everything. Im the guy who researches for months to ensure I know 95+% of the details in order to be satisfied. I am very satisfied with my experience so far.I bought a used Sienna from them and had a great experience! I really enjoyed their upfront pricing. It made the process much simpler. However, the best part of the process was working with the people there. The customer service has been amazing!The GM Andy was very upfront and accommodating with all the details of the vehicle history and work. Brad helped us look at the vehicle and endured our test ride and was great with communicating with us and following through with arrangements. Seth also spent time with us gathering us information about the Sienna and educating us on state standards for vehicle testing and gave us solid recommendations.I also took the Sienna for a pre-purchase inspection and it passed with flying colors. The dealership did solid work on the car and the mechanic (Aeschbach Automotive 4.9 star rating) confirmed what they said.The pricing was great, the people were great, the service was great, the vehicle is amazing. What else can I ask for?FYI- I dont know what other people think but the Toyota Sienna XLE AWD with the Premium Sound Package is a swag wagon! If you see a young couple booming 90s music a little loud in a Minivan, thats us- your welcome =P

The loner car I was given was a beautiful 2016 Cadillac SRX and my car was completed as promised. All though if it would have taken longer that would have been just fine with me. The service agents watch out for the best deals and keep me well informed. I bring my other cars (not Cadillacs) to Bergstrom also as the service is so good. Mike Keller is the person I deal primarily with - but Chris, Gary, Aron, Bob, Jacob, Judy, and Sue all go above and beyond to serve all customers. I cannot say enough positive things about their customer oriented service. I share my satisfaction with others and encourage them to check out Bergstroms in Madison.

It has not been a good experience so far for me and Bergstrom of Madison. First had issues with Steering wheel cracking. They were not going to replace, had sales rep take a bad tone with me and needed to get DOT involved and contact John Bergstrom in Appleton to resolve. Once John was in the loop things got done. Recently I had took my CTS 4 in to replace my DRL (day time running lights), have the injectors cleaned and asked to have sunroof/moon roof greased because it is squeaking again (3rd time in for this). They fixed it. Now the sun roof does not open so had to take it back in. They are now saying that the seals are gone and they need to replace them which costs good money and is not under warranty. It worked fine until they worked on it. I like the friendly service Gary provides but will no longer be taking any of my vehicles there for service or purchase another from them. Also placed another call to Mr. Bergstrom. If have issues, Contact the DOT. Unfortunately, they have had to deal with them a lot in Madison and knows what they are about there....

I am very disappointed in the service we recieved from Bergstrom auto. My husband called and talked to John Seymore about a 2017 Tahoe, he told John that we would be travelling over an hour to come purchase this vehicle. John put him on hold to check to make sure the vehicle was available and even told him that he put the keys in his desk and would have the car pulled up to the front for us. John was not available when we arrived but Jason took us into his office, where we found out this car had been sold a few days earlier! Jason did offer to put fuel in our tank, which was very curteous, but we did not want to waste another minute of our time. This is not an ethical way to run a business! THANKS JOHN!
It has been a year ago that I drove 500 miles one way to look at a 2008 dts at Bergstrom. Mike Kennedy held the car for me when I couldnt make it in the original time frame. It was everything he described and although I also have an xts, this one is my daily driver. Great experience, great dealership.
Let me start out by saying that I have always been a Ford person and had no intention of ever buying a Cadillac. My dad purchased a SRX from Bergstroms last year and Ive always loved his SUV crossover but it wasnt a Ford so I didnt think much about it.When I told him I was in the market to buy a new car and which dealerships Id be going to get the best deal he happen to give me the name of his sales person at Bergrstroms and being the careful shopper I am when it comes to big purchases I thought what the heck, Ill give him a call. To make a long story short, I purchased a new SUV from Scott Thompson at Bergstroms two days later!Good customer service is very important to me, almost as much as the cost. So, when I was treated like royalty (not in an obnoxious way) I realized I couldnt go wrong with whatever car I purchased from them.Their cars are certified which extends the bumper to bumper warranty, you get free oil changes, tire rotating, etc how could anyone go wrong with buying from Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison?!
