Love this store - literally want to redo my entire house now. 😂 Prices are half off original and items are current and typically in good condition. Second best to Offerup, this is a great option for finding RH at a good price.

Very disappointed. They advertise themselves as “high end furniture store”. But it’s much more like a warehouse. The only “high end” thing was their prices.

The location of the store is really great. It has a lot of parking unlike the Redmond one. Its also nice to have a North location since the main store is in Seattle. Im only giving this a four-star because the store is poorly stocked. Ive heard that they are building up stock but Im sure it takes time since this store is new. Things do fly off the shelves here so thats something to keep in mind. Its kind of fun to go more often to see what new things they have in (Im weird and like furniture shopping for unique pieces). They also have an email list for if you want specific items that might come into their store. I have loved every piece of furniture or item I have purchased from this brand. The quality and style is worth the price to me. We purchased a bed here recently and was helped by a very helpful younger blonde lady (sorry I dont know her name). I was impressed. Overall great experience. Thanks again for making an above average brand!

Shop elsewhere.- Note: a lot of the positive reviews here were migrated from the Redmond Outlet that was closed and do not reflect the operation at the Lynwood location.----Details:We like some of RHs furniture and have purchased from: the retail stores, online, and at the Outlet (when it was previously located at the Redmond location). The Outlet at the Redmond location was very consistent--the service was good, large selection, and the pricing matched the condition of items.Since the Redmond location closed, weve been to the the Lynwood Outlet three times--and it is nothing like the Redmond Outlet. The location is low rent in more ways than one. We are amazed Restoration Hardware has the company name on the front of the building.We wonder if the previous employees at the Redmond location werent willing to drive to Lynwood, as none of the employees at Lynwood locale are from the Redmond store. At Lynwood, the folks are neither: helpful, knowledgeable, nor gracious. We asked some basic questions; none of the folks seemed to have any product knowledge and provided no answers.The selection at the Lynwood location is also both small in quantity and consistently in poor condition.---Last note: if you drive here and live elsewhere, make a pit stop elsewhere. Even though it is a retail business, customers arent allowed to use the restroom--it is for employees only.

I miss their Redmond store and the prices they did in Redmond. It seems like prices have gone up and the quality and selection have gone way down. A lot of the stuff in there is so damaged… And they’re not even willing to make any deals on anything that clearly would be costly to repair

Well planned area. Plenty of shops, coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Event you just do window shopping, you’ll enjoy the free highly comfort sofa seats, and other seating areas for all to relax.

Good place. People complain about the prices, but if they have something you want or if you are legitimately looking at furniture in this price range, most of the stuff here is actually pretty well priced. Has a good selection of items.

Super friendly staff and good selection. TIP: Go during a weekday, like Thursday or Friday afternoon. If you go on the weekend the selection gets picked over, but their inventory turns over weekly, so check back if youre looking for something. Also, they can put you on a call list for products, but the item still goes on the floor so there is a chance that it will be sold before you get there. Also, watch for the 40% off sales. This happens often and is your best chance at a good deal.

Great place to get a bargain on RH furniture with friendly and helpful staff! Definitely recommend coming here before paying full price at their regular store. Many of the items look brand new and they have a good selection of items you can take home without having to wait weeks on end.

Best outlet center ever

Awesome if they have what you seek. Pay attention to price. Outlet deals not like they used to be.. Almost not worth the hour drive to me.Also, look out for fancy covered particle board. RH quality has taken a noticeable dive in recent years. I get the feeling they are manufacturing some items specifically for sale at the outlet.Did they sell the company to a hedge fund manager or something?

Bought a Cambridge couch a few months ago and love it! Have been seeking a second Cambridge couch and are open to any size and material (perfered buyer not the best option in this case). Called twice in one week (was told shipments come in on Mondays, some Wednesday’s and Fridays). Michelle was very rude, and stated If I was going to call every single day I should be on the perfered customer list. I called two times in a week and they were not in a row. Does it really take that much effort for you to pickup a phone and say “no” you don’t have something?

The entire former REI store is now a furniture and hardware outlet. Prices are at least half off their outlet price and if youre looking to furnish a large house or just looking for a rug or a sink check this out. New merchandise arrives multiple times per week, go often.

Outstanding place to buy furniture. You can save so much $$$ here. We got a great deal on a king bed and saved over $2k from paying full price. Its a huge store with great selection and if your a resto fan on a tigher budget, this is a taylor-made fit.

Drove a long way to leave empty-handed. Wish there was a way to preview some of the things available beforehand. Staff were aloof which added to the disappointment.
