I had a wonderful, no fuss experience at Mattress Firm in Lynnwood yesterday. I knew pretty much what I wanted. Walked in, asked.. was pointed in right direction quickly. They offered an alternative choice for same money. I made my decision in seconds and was on the road in no time. They loaded for me. They were both professional and Id definitely go back 👍

Mattress Firm in Lynnwood provided excellent service in choosing my next bed. The sales associate Christa was able to walk me through the process with ease and ensured I found the mattress that fit my sleeping needs. You can expect knowledgeable friendly staff as soon as you come to this store. Ask their sales associates for help and let them know your sleeping preferences to find the perfect bed. I was lucky to get a nice discount and free adjustable base during one of their holiday sales. Id recommend going during the week and leaving yourself ample time of about 2 hours to make sure you really try a lot of the beds that fit your style and then compare the beds you like most. I went in on a Monday night and practically had the store to myself to discuss sleeping options and try some different beds. You spend a third of your life sleeping so it should definitely be on a quality mattress. If I had the money to purchase an Intellibed (~$6000) then I for sure would have got one of those beauties! Id say expect to spend anywhere from $2000-$4000 on a quality sleeping experience. Just a warning to those who havent shopped for beds in a while so they dont get sticker shock. You shouldnt have to spend this money up front if you dont want to though. Ask the sales associates about their financing options. Anyway, 10/10 would recommend this store and their knowledgeable staff to anyone shopping for a new bed.

The records of our previous bed purchase the better part of 15 years ago were available immediately on their computer and thus we were able to zero in quickly on what we were looking for in the store. I had never bought a mattress before, and itd been over a decade since my spouse went mattress shopping. Dayton introduced us to some modern mattress features, helped us factor in issues that other customers have faced, and was incredibly patient with us as we Goldilocks-ed and conferred over the store models he introduced. He even moved one of the mattresses into a different frame so we could try a different setup. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable.I also want to say I felt unexpectedly safe there. Theyre currently appointment-only, and we were the only customers in the store most of the time. All sales reps wore masks and kept a respectful distance. They also handed us pillows to try out from the start that were cleaned just for us.Im so excited to sleep on our new mattress tomorrow night!

Best buying experience ever! I want to say, Cassie is amazing and made the entire process fun and enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable on the products. She treated me like a long time friend and wanted me to get the bed and frame I needed for my myriad of issues while staying within my price range. It wasnt just empty promises, She delivered on everything! They have a large selection and will take the time to see if what you want is stock at another store if they dont have one at the location.
