Great experience! We came in to test out pillows; Ive learned to no longer buy them online or from stores where you cant test them out on a mattress. More Tempur-pedic options available here in their flagship stores than at other mattress shops.Jim asked about our sleeping styles and identified three for us to try out so we didnt need to try every single one. They all felt good but we were able to come to a clear and easy decision on which ones worked for each of us the best as we were given plenty of time and space to test them out. He was excellent at getting us all set-up and leaving us alone with plenty of time to try them out on the mattresses. It was easy to go back and forth not feeling pressed for time or feeling like anyone was watching us.The store is so peaceful, I could easily have fallen asleep right then. Jim was really personable and professional. The set-up was sanitary and well thought-out.We highly recommend coming here for mattresses, pillows, and accessories.Labor day sale was buy one pillow get one free! So, it was perfect timing too.

We bought our bed and two pillows here and had a great experience! Margaret was very patient as we tested all of our options. We bought some extra pillows online and had a snafu with the order so I went back to the store and Judd helped us figure it out. He also helped us select another pillow for a family member who is largely bedridden. Appreciated all the support from both of them!

We went to the store an hour before closing not knowing what to buy. I was able to book a private showing so I was the only one in the store. The salesman was friendly, professional, and informative. I was able to test out each bed at my own pace. Beds were sanitized as I went and a pillow cover was provided. I would absolutely recommend stopping in of you want to try out a Tempur-Pedic bed.

I do have to say that we received the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Jim was all around a great person to work with. The sale didn’t feel rushed and he put our wishes and best interests first. We felt quite relaxed and comfortable through the whole process. We ended up actually trading for a softer mattress and the exchange was painless and done in a timely manner. You can tell that every employee is truly there to help you and there’s no added pressure. We had an experience at a mattress firm down the road where the salesman was ready to ring us up before we could even speak. The delivery guys showed up...turns out the base will not fit in our bed frame. We were assured the base would fit in our frame. So we had to send the split King mattresses and base back. We weren’t upset about having to send the mattresses and base back—we were upset that we purchased a set of split King sheets that the store refuses to exchange or give us credit for (these sheets are useless with a regular King mattress). Because I was assured that the bed would fit in our frame, I threw the sheets in the wash right before the delivery guys arrived. Had this store been willing to work with us, we would have purchased a regular King temper pedic mattress from them. Now? We will take our money somewhere else.

We were able to block out some time for testing the mattresses that we were interested in. During Covid that was nice. Margaret was extremely knowledgeable and easily answered all our questions. She was an excellent host. We quickly realized the right bed for us (this is our second Tempur-Pedic) and she helped us with measurements so we could order the correct sized foundation. Very happy to have our second Tempur-Pedic on the way. Our main bedroom has been sleep heaven for 10 years and now we will have one in the guest room. Our parents will sleep much better when they visit us and we now have two rooms to choose between for the perfect nights sleep. Thanks!

We visited the store on their last day they were fully open before COVID restrictions hit in March 2020, so perfect timing to finally upgrade our bed from a queen (also tempurpedic) to a king. We ended up trying out many beds in the store, found the best one, and got great customer service to boot! Bed was delivered quicker than expected, and weve been LOVING it all year. Thanks again!

My wife and I came to this store looking for a Tempurpedic adapt medium hybrid mattress. The salesperson was exceptionally helpful and not at all pushy. He answered all of my wife’s questions patiently and really took us through everything we needed to know. We bought and would recommend anyone to this store.

Jim, our store associate, was kind enough to make an appointment with us for after store hours since I am in the high risk category for COVID, but even in a pandemic we needed a bed and wanted to make sure we got the correct one for what we needed. We had done some research online but had several questions and Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. We selected our bedand checkout was quick and easy - we were in and out in about half an hour! Highly recommend going into the store where you can test different beds to ensure you get the best one for your specific needs. Jim was really great! We are excited for the delivery of our new bed soon! I’ve heard so many good things from friends and family who have this bed and we feel like this is a really good investment.

Update, the mattress I bought was way too firm so needed to return. The return process is absolutely horrible so its very important to pick correctly the first time! When it was finally picked up,the drivers said theyre getting a ton of returns recently because the newer models are not good. Flagship store is a little too generous. They had maybe 12-15 beds there in about the size of a regular Starbucks and didnt have some models available. It still meet my needs and found what I needed. The salesman was super nice and helpful. I was the only customer at the time though I had looked ahead and saw Monday mornings arent busy.

We owned a Temperpedic bed for 20+ years and it finally was in need of replacement. We knew we wanted another one but didn’t know which mattress would be best so didn’t want to just order online. We called and got a private appt(this was in June) to go into the Lynwood store. Judd met us at the door and all Covid protocols were followed very well. We felt safe and within an hour we had purchased our new bed. Within a week it was delivered and set up. Awesome experience.

Tempur- Pedic Lynnwood is all about the customer first a foremost. They thoroughly explained all of the mattress options and I never felt pressured or rushed. Once I selected a mattress and accessories, delivery was on time, set up complete and they explained all of the options. After about 65 days after I had the mattress I contacted them and said I would like to exchange the mattress to a softer one with newer cooling technologies. The swap out was done quickly and I really felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend them for your mattress purchases

Me and my husband have been looking for a new mattress for a while. We are taking my time because we know that this is a huge investment. We had an initial budget of around 1500 but thought hey lets just go to the Tempur-Pedic store and see what its all about and if we dont like it no harm no foul. We set up a private appointment online and and we were showing around by Margaret who was amazing. There was no pressure and she encouraged us to try mattresses that we liked and maybe didnt have in mind. We actually like some of the firmer mattresses but decided on a medium hybrid Breeze mattress. Amazing experience!

Was hesitant to shop for a mattress in the midst of covid but was very relieved at the safety measures in place and found the staff both when we looked and placed our order to be incredibly helpful.

They are very accommodating, and know that it takes time to really feel what is the best solution for you. They leave you alone, but maintain communication the entire time...it’s a perfect balance.I mean cause let’s be honest it’s not the most conventional to talk to a stranger about your preferred sleep position(s). I have always had hand-me-down mattress, and had a very good experience buying my first mattress in this store. Sales staff and customer services we friendly and knowledgeable. My frame and mattress had to be delivered separately because the frame was back ordered but I had no issue with delivery. The mattress does sometimes get a little warm, but this is the best mattress I have ever slept on. As a side sleeper, the cooling pillow is the perfect height, and is the best pillow Ive ever used.

We went in on Thursday evening, tried mattresses and decided to buy, but needed to do something with our finances first. Jim was very helpful on Thursday evening. When I returned on Friday morning, Judd was also very helpful. We look forward to having a Tempur-pedic mattress again after 3 years with a different type.

It is good to know that “there are people like you” out there,, that show business ethics and a standard beyond expectation.After a horrible experience with some different provider – we cancelled the entire order with them and went directly to Tempur Pedic in Lynnwood WA to “start over”.We were met with a very impressive customer service and a knowledge that is “ what it should be” for a supreme product like yours is.We went to the store and closed the deal on Tuesday April 9th ( where I was told 7 – 10 days for delivery ).I got a call Wednesday April 10th that the mattress is available for delivery Friday (12th ) or Saturday (13th ).Today, Friday the 12th the mattress will be delivered,, 72 hrs after signing the deal.To me, this is VERY impressive customer handling,, fortunately for me, you have chosen to do this as your standard.Unfortunately, so many companies today “have forgotten” this.Stay the course,, because you will attract people that have expectations,, because you sure know how to fill them.From a Very Happy Customer.

NOT Premier white glove delivery! The delivery guys wore their dirty shoes in the house and left dirty shoe prints up the carpeted stairs and in the hall. I had just had carpet cleaner here for $500 and didn’t get to enjoy clean carpets but two weeks thanks to some very disrespectful delivery guys. A tempur pedic rep called to see if I was satisfied and I explained about the dirty carpet prints, but she offered only sympathy. Oh and the email review form might help. What I would really like from tempur pedic is them to pay a carpet cleaner to clean up the dirt footprints. I wasn’t home when they delivered so I couldn’t have prevented this.
