Cannot even reach the pharmacy by phone !! Wife and I both have heart meds and cannot reach the damn pharmacy to ask where the delivery is . We paid but the phone constantly not answered .Im calling my Dr. To find another pharmacy. This is life threatening not to mention a quick way to a going out of business sign on the door.

Pharmacy is terrible. The manager was condescending and couldnt (or wouldnt) answer any questions I had. They also had a line of people who were there for scheduled vaccines, but they didnt have the vaccine in stock and were sending them elsewhere. The rest of the store has empty shelves. Looks like the walking dead in there.

Got our first covid vaxxine here set up a appointment to get our second, received a reminder this morning to come get it and when we showed up the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday

Both Luis and sunny in the pharmacy are fantastic. Always polite..courteous but most important extremely helpful in any questions I have. I have never once had a problem with re fills..contacting my doctors..or any other of the many services they provide. They even think some of my jokes are funny..lol....if your are unhappy with your current pharmacy switch today!!..Both should be commended for their excellent work and attitude.

My son is medically complex and takes multiple medications that at times are hard to get. They have ALWAYS gone out of their way to get it, even personally picking up from other locations! Amazing people! I appreciate them so very much! Thank you for caring for my family! Luis, you rock! Thank you!

Never go to this pharmacy if Luis is working, very mean and impatient person. Always blame other people who works with him if something is wrong but truth is I never had any problem with HA or any other pharmacist.

I waited at the prescription drop off counter for 10 minutes before the pharmacist noticed me. The pharmacist is standing on a platform but she still can’t see customers because the shelves at the pharmacy counter are too high, obstructing their view. This is not a good set up if customer service is a priority.

Web site says they close at 9PM, but no. They close at 8 or closed early and lied about it. Wasted trip...

Incompetent Pharmacist. They did not have my drug in stock, ok. Transfer my prescription. No it took 3 days and multiple calls from the other pharmacy to transfer it. The pharmacist there, I believe his name is Luis, suggested that since they tried to fax and the fax had failed then they can not transfer my prescription. Really!

Love Ha Pham, she gives great customer service.

Alondra who claims to be the Store Manager has been rude and abusive towards me. I have been in several times and it is amazing how poorly she handles customers. I can not believe that let her deal with the public. Something should be done about her maybe she could work in a stock room and do less damage to the reputation and image of Rite Aid

Used to stop by here everyday after work to grab snacks small items for the kids etc etc. Had a issue with a unbelievably rude employee who made racist remarks to me when i requested to use the bathroom.im not a big review type of person espicially on the negative ones but this situation blew my mind! I pray they can get it together because i dont even know how they are still open let alone operating.was once a great low key store,now my family wont have anything to do with it. SAD TRUTH

Employees seem stressed

Ive been with this pharmacy for a while, but now it is getting worse in the last few months. The pharmacist and his assistant didnt care about a customers need or how important its for customer to have the medications. They run the business like they would be only there temporarily and be gone!!

Most uncaring and incompetent pharmacist. He is a tall white male with light brown hair. Only one Ive seen since going here. Went to pickup a prescription and was told there was some unknown glitch where my rx was transferred but they couldnt tell me where to. Was told they would take care of it. After waiting 2 days the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed for 2 more. Now 4 days without my meds, I go back in only to be told an attempt was made to contact my Dr. I called their office. There was no contact made from the pharmacy at all. Shady and disgusting being blatantly lied to. I am now 5 days without meds I need to take to function normally, desperately calling my Drs office to have it transferred to a different pharmacy. (A hint, IT WONT BE RITE AID)

Awful pharmacy, even worse staff. The pharmacist is completely incompetent.
