So a couple weeks ago I went in for an oil change and had a check engine light on one of the employees notice that the check engine light was on and he offered to diagnose it. He came back a few minutes later and told me I needed an O2 sensor. He change the O2 sensor and two weeks later the check engine light comes back on so I go get it diagnostic from a different shop And it’s the same O2 sensor that the guy supposedly changed. I went back to the shop that originally changed my O2 sensor and there was a new guy in there I am pretty much he said he’s not going to honor fixing my O2 sensor because it’s not in their system and I need more work done if I don’t get the other work done then he’s not going to change my O2 sensor again. I will never go back there again as long as that mfa in charge. If I could give negative stars I would

I was there for full sintetic oil change .the lady in thr front help me at 11am sharp told me it will take 45 minutes...but its already 12 noon and my car still outside where i park they have not started my car..i have to cancel coz i have another appoinment..i thougt it will finish by noon but it did not happen

I got a quick oil change even on a Saturday for both cars in our family and they were both done in less than an hour.

The district manager of these places doesn’t seem to be concerned with how customers are treated and served at their locations. I’ve been waiting on a call back for weeks and still nothing. DO NOT GO HERE if you can avoid it.

Best place in town. Quick and kind. Going in again for service. Also very nice to your wallet. They know their business. I recommend you do too.

I pulled up to this place to get a tire pressure check.Two mexicans looked at me and ignored my presence.Never once came to ask HOW they could help me.I sat for 3 minutes and left.

Great Place for Smog Test Service!!..👍❤❤The service itself is affordable at $9.99 and I was in and out of the place within 20 mins which is awesome because its an actual full service car repair shop. They also gave me a free inspection of my vehicle and recommended a few services my car could use which Ill definitely be returning back here to get done. 😎😎

If I could give negative stars thats what they deserve.the most horrible experience I have ever had with a car machanic shop. They destroyed my car. I brought it in 3 weeks ago for a power steering problem.they kept my car for almost the full 3 weeks. When i got it back now all lights on dash are on, they car steering locks up and the tires skid when i try to make a turn. Do NOT feel safe drving it. I have brought it back once and more lights came on dash. SCARED to return the car so that they can fix problems because they keep it forever and fix one thing kind of, and break 5 others. Oh plus all this cost me $1500 + for the worst experience I have had with a shop in my long life!!! Save yourself, do not patronize this place.

They seemed to have fixed the car fine. But i did not like how when i went to pick it up they told me some of the fluids were more expensive than than the $200 i was quoted to change them. And tried to charge me $50 more.I had over $900 work done. And WAS planing to bring in my van for same fluid change.Not cool.Why is it so hard to find a good mechanic outside of a dealership who charges a fair price?

My smog test was rejected and I was totally frustrated. Roxxy was great. She explained the difference between failed and rejected as well as what I needed to do to correct the issue. Fast service at prices that cant be beat and excellent customer service.

Went in for simple oil change, left with a dozen problems. The techs managers and front desk all were very rude and smart mouths.

I went to get my truck smogged and I was in & out in less than 10min. Very nice people that work there (Boulder Hwy location) when I need auto service I will definitely be back, I highly recommend this store !

Great smog price

My daugther went there for simply oil change, they showed her some type of oil leak sayig it was VVT solinoid, and charged her $250 and supposeably installed new one, when she brought car home all oil leaked out, when i called them to let them know the manager yelled at me and said they did a proper job, i said appearently not if oil leaked out . next day he called to apolize and picked up the car 4 days later with excuses, by the way he stated that he had writen on the invoice that the car had a oil leak around the timing chain cover. uopn arriving, he showed me oil on timming chain cover, i could not tell if it was pre-existing oil, but anyways he said he would put a timing chain kit on for $650, as he had stated that he was a man of God i trusted that he would do as he said. the next day when i picked car up, I asked the him if he had put timing chain kit on he stated yes, when i asked the person doing the if he put new timing chin on, he stated no right infront of manager, then manager stated it was only a kit that consisted of a gaskit and a seal, when he showed what he said was the old parts, I could not make out if indeed it was from my car, as it was all twisted up so i could not tell if it was indeed from my car. at this time i was so upset i told he just give me my car. at that time he stated to me that now my car had a gas leak. Mind you before going there my car never had a oil leak nor a gas leak. upon getting the car home, i asked my neighbor a car mecanic to please check the gas leak upon checking gas leak he found that a gas line was loosened therefore causeing a leak . So I am letting everyone know do not take you car to this plase as the will sabotage your car and it will end up costing you more then just a simple oil change im sure a simple car repear will cost you the same sabotage repear that it cost me.Never trust these people. I come here to get my oil changed but on Saturday I went in for a free brake inspection.I see that they have changed managers and it really was a good move, Ray was awesome with showing me and also explaining to me why I needed the service, never had that been done there previously but the service was awesome and my brakes are workable again, see you guys soon and hopefully not too soon.

Charge for work not done right broke my dashboard and keep my car two week forge paper wook showing only one days work AC needs work again and they refuse to fix so they are ripe offs poor example for company and refused to give me corporate office numbe rtotal cost to repair damage under dash board is 1800

Seem to be nice people, paid $1200 to have 2 problems fixed and they did not get fixed. Have a knock when turning and on occasion brake issues. I was told pads, rotors, and new rack and pinion. My power steering reservoir was empty, whining when picked up (told air in line and would go away) took back next day and they filled it. I was told nothing else was wrong and everything looked good on front end and brakes. No I’m having to replace brake master cylinder and ball joints (they said everything was fine). I would not recommend having this place diagnosis your vehicle.

I took my Nissan there to fix the ac. It took them 2 weeks to return it and had to go back 2 more times and still not right. The manager got all defensive and refused to work on it anymore
