Everything started out great. I was looking at cars and found one that I was particularly wanting and was interested in. I took a test drive in it and when I turned the car on the gas light was on and the guy said oh it’s fine just drive it. Luckily I didn’t run out of gas at that time. When I went inside and I just wanted to talk numbers which is what we were doing or so I thought. The next thing I know he comes out saying that he is getting me approved for a car loan so I could leave today. I said I just wanted to talk numbers and see where I could be at but it was too late because they had already placed an inquiry on my credit account. The numbers ended up where I wanted them which is good but then I needed to make a phone call to my dad because his name was also on the vehicle and it was also his choice in the matter of if it was a good deal to trade my car in and get a new one. He was at work so I couldn’t talk to him much and I told the guy inside that I needed to have a little bit of time to go out and talk to him. After doing so I said I’d feel more comfortable driving my own car to go talk to him and they were pushing me to take the new one instead. I told them multiple times I felt more comfortable in my own vehicle and they still refused to give me my key and my title. It took over an hour of me repeating myself before they decided to give me my key back. I believe his name was James. I’m glad I got to see their true colors and that I didn’t just keep signing paperwork before I could really think and decide on this for myself. For them not to give me my own car keys back and my REGISTRATION back was extremely horrible of them. They had no right to do that at all. This was the first dealership I have ever gone to where they checked out my car and kept everything before I made a decision. I’d advise no one to go here and I will be telling everyone I know not to. I will tell everyone I meet, everyone I’m friends with, everyone what happened to me and let them decide if they want to deal with shady people.

This is my 2nd experience with Zag. The first was ok a lil all over the place they now have new management and better customer service. Kevin greeted us as soon as we Stepped out of our car. Such an amazing kid, he was really nice, took the time to get to know us made us feel really, really comfortable and heard. Dont waist your time with theses guys went in yesterday and they had no problem with taken my car in for trade in and $500 down then say I need to bring in proof of income bring that all in today then its we cant take your car and we need more money down!! We say no to that then its we got a bank that is ready to do this deal BUT THE UNDERWRITER IS NOT IN COME BACK TOMORROW!!!!! I CALL my cousin whos in the business and he tells me thats just away from them to waist more of your time because they do not have you approve STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

I contacted them to ask about a truck that I saw an advertisement for on the internet. An employee called me back, confirmed that they had the vehicle and told me how nice is was. She asked me when I can come test drive it. I told her I would be there in 2 hours as I live 75 miles away. When I got there a salesman came out to greet me, I asked him about the truck and he had no idea what I was talking about. The didnt have the truck and possibly never did. They just used a nice vehicle and a good price as bait to get me to their dealership. Then the sales manager came out and tried selling me a bunch of overpriced vehicles that I didnt want. These guys are sharks. Stay away.

No pressure, the car I bought was clean, low mileage, and great on monthly payments. Do not go to lang auto next door or Carson cars; both places were either sheisty, or had poor vehicles. STAY AWAY from this corrupt dealership!!! Came into this dealership looking for a 2017 Ioniq I saw posted online. The associate there named Luis gave me a test drive and everything looked good. He told me that the car had never been in an accident and everything was running well. I decided to buy and during the paperwork they glossed over the gap insurance and “optional fees” that were listed as such, but when asked, they said that I had to pay them the optional fees. My credit score at the time was a 770 and they gave me a 6.99% APR rate. They said that was the best rate they can get me and if I tried to find a better rate with a different lender they would run my credit multiple times until it dropped by 30 points. I asked them how I would get the car home and they told me to drive the new car home and leave my old car on the lot. I told them I didn’t feel safe leaving it there and would rather take my old car back home with me and have the new car delivered. The associate James bragged to me earlier that they delivered some car sales hours away to their new owner’s homes so I thought it wouldn’t be a problem for them to deliver mine. They told me that my old car would be safe to leave there and to take the new car home with me, and they would send someone to deliver my old car back to me that night. After I signed all the paperwork, Luis changed his mind and told me that he would bring back my old car the following day. I came back the following day and Luis complained that he did not want to bring back my car that day, so he said he would bring it back the following week. I called the following week, and the dealership said that Luis was not working that day and that only Luis could return my car. I got a call from them the following week after that on the day that I was going to get my gap insurance taken off, and they told me that my car had been broken into. I drove to the dealership and found that the window of my car had been broken and my $500 entertainment system had been stolen along with other items in the car and trunk adding up to over $1000 worth of belongings missing from my vehicle. They told me that they are not liable because leaving my car there is just like leaving my car at the mall. I told them that they were the ones that told me to leave my car there along with my keys and they said that my car would be safe since it would be fenced up. I asked them for the video tape recording, but they said they didn’t have any tape, which did not sound right to me being a car dealership with expensive merchandise all around. I finally reached an out of court settlement with them for only a fraction of the expenses that I incurred only after putting pressure on them through the police and My lender Wells Fargo. After all this, my mechanic found multiple second hand parts in the car, which means that it was in a major accident before and was patched up at some time. Stay away from the dealership. Not only are they dishonest, but they will not try and help you when anything might happen to your vehicle.

While browsing online looking for the car dealership that would give me a chance and finance me for a loan so I can get a better car I came across zag motors I browsed through there available cars and I found one that I wanted I showed it to a couple of my friends and said Im going to get that car in the picture of course they didnt believe me because of my poor credit and not so great paying job even I didnt think I would get approved for the loan these guys at zag made it happen for me they are friendly helpful and car savvy I went from driving a 1995 Toyota Tercel to a 2011 Toyota Camry and I could not be more happy they worked hard to get my loan approved and if they could get me approved they can get anyone approved just saying....

Spent 20k cash on a yukon here. 6 weeks later the transmission is slipping badly. They pretty much told us too bad. This absolutely wrecked my family. Horribly, horribly upset.

*lie about inventory, don’t wast time driving here* I called to verify a truck was still available. They said yes come in. I come in and the truck was not available... but they had plenty of other trucks to show. They said they tried to call me and let me know. But I had no messages or missed calls. And I had spoken with someone there less than 10min of my arrival to verify the truck was still available. Shady place to buy a car. They use dirty tactics.

Wouldn’t buy a car here I bought a bmw brought it home the 2nd day it wouldn’t turn on they made me tow it back to them out of my pocket and 2months later the motor gave out and the extended warranty insurance didn’t want to cover it they sell junk cars

If I could have given them a half star I would have given them 2.5 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly they were not at all pushy as a matter of fact they could have been a little bit more eager to sell a vehicle I noticed that with me and with other customers that it came in. I was able to purchase a vehicle from them this is where my rating of 2.5 comes from. They led me to believe that it was a done deal through the financing company all my eyes were dotted all my ts were crossed everything was good to go, only find out two days later the bank wasnt going to finance our deal, so I asked them would more money down help and they said yes, so I came in with $4, 000 more and it worked, but I had to come in three different times so far to straighten this all out each time I come to their car lot it cost me $55 round trip for the ferry, at least $60 in gasoline not to mention the money I loose from taking time off from work and Ive had to come in three different times to deal with this the last time I came in to deal with it they had mentioned over the phone that they would see about helping me out with the cost of gas but once I got there they didnt bother to, I should have expected this because, when I first purchased the truck it was almost completely empty and I asked them if they could fill up the tank and they said they didnt do that which was kind of lousy and shocking, any time Ive bought a car, the car lot has always filled up the tank, but I was excited to get the truck and I let it slide. And another thing there was a headlight out in the truck that I asked them if they would fix the day I bought the truck, and they said they would but I would have to go the whole weekend without having a headlight, not wanting to get a fix it ticket or pulled over or worse. I ended up fixing it myself for $25 and I asked them if they would reimburse it, I never did hear back from them on that.I just hope after all of this hassle that Ive gone through that Ive not bought a lemon and that this truck will last me & my husband a long time. So far my husband both love the truck.

I dont know where to start. I am so glad I took the chance and came here. I called to set up an appointment Friday night and they were able to get me in at the exact time I wanted. I was nervous even calling because of special circumstances being Afraid Id be turned away. However, Leo the manager was great and truly reassured me they would be able to help. I went online to see what they have to have an idea of what I wanted when I went in for my appointment. I found something I loved right away but didnt want to get my hopes up too high. When I went in Leo set us up with an awesome sales associate Wilson. I told him what I saw and he brought it right away. Once we drove it I knew it had to be mine. Leo, Wilson and the lynnwood team of Zag Motors truly went above and beyond to comfortably get us into the vehicle we truly wanted. They werent pushy or overwhelming at all. Wilson was great in keeping conversation and truly making us feel comfortable. I will be coming back to get a second car soon. They truly are the best and am so glad I took the chance.

Bought a truck from them a while back, was a disaster case, needed a new turbo, injectors, clutch, and a whole new front end. Clutch felt fine while test drive but after a week of driving the grab point came up several inches to almost the top of the pedal and when changing, the clutch was roasted. They also hid the APR from me. No matter how many times I asked they deflected. Corrupt dealership. STAY AWAY.

⚠️->Zag does not sell dependable or safe vehicles!I bought a 2013 F150 December 7th 2020 at the Lynnwood, WA location, it is now March 7th 2021. I have only had this Truck for a few months and its having issues. After almost a month of driving I noticed it was becoming sluggish up hill. Then (March 4th 2021) my truck died at a gas station. Causing me and my 4 year old son to be stuck at a gas station for 3 hours waiting for AAA. The company then tows it to the mechanic. He found a failed fuel pump and by how damaged it was he was confident that it was failing way before I bought it.So Im now $820 in the hole.But thats not all.Yesterday (March 6th 2021) Im driving down the road at 60 mph and my engine misfires, shakes violently, stalls & check engine light goes crazy. I was lucky enough to coast it & start it up again to get to safety. That could have easily ended very differently for me and everyone around me. Luckily my son was not in the vehicle this timeThe truck is now too dangerous to drive and had to be towed to Ford to see how much damage the engine actually has sense its coding left and right. Ontop of all of this, 2 months ago the brakes began to squeal. I have put around 2k miles on this vehicle sense buying it. All city and highway driving.Update: March 12th 2021. Repairs would have been half of the Trucks estimated value. Needed almost a complete rebuild. Ontop of that, Ford informed me that the drivers door had been repainted due to damage and beginning to rust on the bottom and under the cab because the repairs where not done correctly, evidence of past codes being cleared but not fixed. There was also new parts replaced that where not normal to be replaced at its age and mileage. They guaranteed that the car had recent damage, with evidence of water damage and was covered up (was not reported to cafax). Can not guarantee that Zag did the cover up, but I should have been informed of these repairs. I should have also followed my gut and had a full inspection done on the things I couldnt get to, but I assumed I was being sold quality vehicleSo with that information I instantly sold it, got what I knew I could and bought a new vehicle from a legit & dependable car dealership. I learned my lesson and will stay away from buy here pay here places.I really advise going else where, listen to the other bad review because I didnt.Its not worth risking it.

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Luigi. This was my first car loan, and I had a amazing experience. Every employee at Zag is nice and made me feel good about buying a car from them. In this dealership you will face the worst seller man you will ever seen in the universe. They are lier and the look at you in the eye and they lie and and the feel good about it.Enrique was the guy who assist me. I posted my car for sale in Craigslist and he called me. He said he would trad in my car for 4500 worth of value if I wanna buy a car from them. I saw the inventory online and I called him regarding a Camry. I speak clearly about the deal and I said to him to not wast my time. We had a deal to pay 9000$ cash and trad in my car for the Camry. He said it is a deal. I took my girlfriend with me and I showed her the car and everything went good. When we want to make the deal we told him that we will pay deposit and leave the trad in and we can come back tomorrow with the cash.He said for sure let’s do it. I ask him write the numbers for me to see what I am paying deposit for. He said I can hold the car for you let’s do the deposit. I told him where is the paperwork so I can see the numbers. Then he said actually we can’t meet ur number we can trad in your car for 2500 and the bring 14000$ cash to meet the value price.He wasted my 4 hours from my time and he tried to trick us to stole us and make us face the reality.This is literally steeling and lying and guess what he said to me you need to give me real numbers 😅😅😅 he was the one who said deal and he was the one who said it is fair and he was the one who gave me a value for my car and he was the one called me and gave me the estimate.I just don’t understand this lier..... never buy from themAgain the guy name Enrique

The car I got from zag ended up having a bad motor breaking down 2 months after I bought it, I also paid extra for a warranty through the bank any major problems ....it wasnt honored because of 1 small part in the fine print. So....easy to get a loan, probably not worth it I could have purchased a brand new car with how much I will end up paying

Only reason Im giving this one star is because I have to. I went in to trade my truck in for another one. They claimed they had paperwork for the truck in question. Going there, they told me there was no paperwork for it. So we take it for a test drive anyway. Truck ran decent. But, asking to take it to one of my mechanics (which is about 1/2 mile away), they wanted me to sign paperwork first. Not going to trade in a perfectly good running truck, for one I cant take to a mechanic. Sat there for 5hrs. Ended up going to another dealer in Tacoma. Great job being shady. Couldve gotten a $20k deal, but did it somewhere else. If youre looking for a rig, stay away from this dealership.

Worst car dealership in Washington. Made me give my car back after a month of having it. The motor was bad and the check engine light came on in less then a week. when they Gave me my old trade in with a missing title and the inside was all wet like they left the windows open. Would not recommend going to them at all.

We bought two cars from them in the last 3 years. We no longer have the first car. We tried to trade it in and get another used car at the same dealership but they were asking for more money so it only made sense to trade it in for a brand new car somewhere else.In regards to the other car, took it to the dealership a couple of months back to have it checked cause it started having some problems. They said it was something loose and got it taken care of. (Should have gotten a second opinion). Fast forward to now, can’t drive the car. Took the car to the dealership and the car has other issues that were never address the first time. Unfortunately, the warranty that I paid for through them doesn’t cover what needs to be fixed and the parts that need to be replaced.

Junk! Bought a truck from them and the front end was almost falling apart, les Schwab made me sign a release to drive it away. They fixed it but more problems with it kee cropping up. On the test drive for example the clutch pedal was about half way up the pedal on release so felt like it had a decent clutch, after a week of driving the clutch is now at the top of the throw and slipping super hard. Terrible dealership don’t do business with them. New clutch is gonna run me 1200 before shop costs. Also hid the interest rate of the Loan from me couldn’t get an answer they keep distracting me and pushed me out the door after paperwork signed.

Went in to ask about a decent car we saw online, priced out at $9995. Upon inspecting the car, we noticed the tires were near bald, the front fender was dented, and the front wheel well had rust on it. I used to sell cars so I know so I know exactly how the whole process works. We were also paying cash. With these issues brought up, they were only originally willing to go down to $9670, after i said to start at $8800. The manager had James present the KBB value, but never once came to speak with us. Even with Covid, you think he would come speak with someone buying a car with CASH off his lot. Especially being the only ones there making deal. They tried to say its selling below KBB Although James was very nice, you can tell he has been trained to say we are family owned, we sell by volume and thats how we make money. We have to sell a lot at not a lot of profit which is BS. Theres a reason why used cars dont have prices posted on the vehicles. It was even bought at auction. We didnt want to do 4 squares all day so we just said if we do $9400 I will do it (before taxes and fees) when presented with keys, we only got one. Of course after they ran my card we found that out. But who would honestly ask if there are 2 sets of keys? They did at least shampoo and clean the inside of the vehicle. I would say proceed with caution and do your due diligence. The car runs nice and drives nice. Shake in the steering wheel at high speeds, but likely due to the wrong sized tires being on the car...

Bought a car from Best Bet about a month ago after looking at several places online and driving around. The easy financing is what peaked my interest due to my credit. When we showed up, it was dumping rain so we told the salesman, Daniel, I believe, we would come back later. When it stopped raining, the power was out so we couldnt test drive anything. Went to lunch, came back, power was on and we were greeted by Robert, the sales manager. Robert was very helpful, no B.S. about the problems some cars had. I will say, we put Robert through the paces test driving over 15 cars before I went back to one of the first ones I took for a drive. We went over our major concern, the financing, and the car needed tires. Robert put the tires and rear hatch on our Due Bill and when we brought the car back two weeks later, we had no problem getting like new tires and turns out, didnt need the rear hatch checked, we figured out how it worked. I love the car, though its a gas guzzler and will definitely go back to Best Bet when I need another car. No hassles and no pressure. We were financed almost immediately. Thanks Best Bet Auto!

My significant other recently bought a car from this dealership. Not only did they give him the highest interest rate possible on the loan and Take advantage of the fact that he knows nothing about the car industry, and how it works with your credit but they also sold him a car with 150,000 miles on it and out the door he owes 10,000 and it’s worth about 2000. But they also gave him a car that has a ton of problems, it drove great the first two days and then after that it started idling funny, the oil looks bad . The entire suspension is shot. We got a hold of the sales person right away who has been great And he told us to bring the car back so that they could take a look at it and fix everything. They had the car for five days and called us to go pick it up, my significant other drove out of the parking lot and it sounded worse and made worse noises then when we dropped it off. It also had garbage all over the inside of it, as if somebody basically took it and used it for four days. They drained the gas tank to.We then turned right around and brought the car back and the service department manager didn’t seem to have a clue about what was going on or why the car was even there in the first place. We left it overnight and magically all of the sudden the car sounds a little bit better. But here we are now stuck with a car that is worth nothing and will most likely have more problems within a week.I myself have purchased multiple cars from multiple different dealerships and have never gotten screwed over this bad. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere as we have had a terrible experience and we will never do Business with Zag motors ever again.

So far Im pleased with the vehicle I purchased from them. However, they are a bit over priced, and when they tell you they are dropping the price they tack on extras to get their money from you. Good vehicle, yet not great service. Just my opinion...

People here were very friendly & respectful. Buying a car for the first time was a lot easier then i thought. 😀 the only problem i did have was they gave me a car with no gas in it 😭😂
