Nadia, Brad, and the entire service team were a pleasure to deal with over 64 days, dealing with an aftermarket warranty company for over $13k in repairs. They hey maintained professionalism to the highest degree throughout the whole process. Ive dealt with all dealerships in the D.C. metropolitan area and western Washington. JAGUAR SEATTLE is the BEST when it comes to customer service.
I am giving four out of five stars because my last service visit there was redeemed by Nadia. My first couple of times there for service on my Jaguar F-Pace was quite good. Always polite, great communication. Then we hit a lull. I had an appointment, showed up and was told they couldnt take me. Also, they didnt have parts in inventory, so they had to be ordered and wait 3 weeks, but they never ordered them. I came in last time and Nadia was incredibly professional, polite and thorough. She fixed one of my issues, ordered the parts for the other, and she discovered a potential problem on her own that she resolved. Super pleased with Nadias attention to detail.
In March of 2021, my husband purchased me my dream car. Due to a “unfortunate incident” the car I received was not functioning properly. Less than 2 weeks into ownership it was already in the shop for the second time. This obviously wasn’t the experience I expected from a new vehicle, so I turned to the dealership’smanagement/owner in hopes of finding an ally in this “unfortunate incident”. Instead I was met with bullies dressed as businessmen, using gaslighting tactics to force us to agree to their “act of goodwill”. After their attempts to bully me into a situation where I no longer had a vehicle to get my children to and from school I felt like I had no options left, so I filed a complaint with the attorney general. They used this point to start a smear campaign against me alleging that I was trying to make money off of this situation. But in reality, the only thing I ever wanted was a functional vehicle that I paid for.Fast forward 2 months, with no help from the dealership we had secured a replacement vehicle. After 6 weeks of driving, the same error as my first vehicle appeared. Having no other local options, I tried to schedule the warranty work only to be met with the answer that they were refusing to service my vehicle. Once again, feeling like my consumer rights were being infringed upon, I filed another complaint with the attorney general. Their response continued the smear campaign with unfounded claims accusing me of having nefarious intentions and concocting this whole rouse. But still, the only thing I wanted was a functional vehicle to reliably get my children to and from school.Their service paperwork touts “100% Customer Satisfaction”. But when met with an unsatisfied customer, instead of helping me they simply blacklisted me. I guess it’s easier to boast about customer satisfaction when you blacklist anybody who is unsatisfied.
The Service Department was simply awesome. I dealt with Gabe in Service to do an inspection of all systems and updates prior to the warranty expiring on my 2018 Land Rover Discovery. He was very helpful and accommodating even though there would be no charge for their time. They also went way above and beyond and washed my Discovery and were extremely accommodating to my extraneous requests and took time to explain to me how to best drive and keep my SUV out of the shop.I am not new to Jaguar/Land Rover as this is my second vehicle from the brand. The first was a new F-Type which I traded in for this Discovery. I purchased both in Colorado Springs, CO and stopped using their Service Department, because their pricing was outrageous. JLR Seattle is $100 less for an oil change than what I paid at Galloping Gerties Garage in Gig Harbor and the dealership did not try to upsell me on extraneous services.I never thought I would say this, but I am only having my Land Rover maintained at this dealership.Thank you Gabe!
Horrible service, I had bought a Jaguar Autobiography from this dealer for my wife and 1.5 months after the rear axel started having issues. I took it to them for repair sense I had extended warranty. 6 weeks later my car was still NOT fixed. I can not express how horrible my experience. 6 weeks later they ask to hold it for another week as they didnt realize they needed to order another part and ask to hold another week or so. I couldnt take it no more. I went and picked up the car and will have another dealer ship complete the repair. 6 weeks in and I got a car back with a bunch of failing errors!!! terribleI will be calling my warranty provider tomorrow and notifying them of what happened for them to not close the claim.
Outstanding service!! I had a wonderful car buying experience with Tim and follow up with Alexei for pick up of the vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was detailed very well, had brand new tires, a fresh oil change and I could see and feel the care they put into the product they will put their name on. 5 star customer service from the people who clearly genuinely enjoy (and are really good at) what they do! Highly recommend and will pass on the family and friends.

I don’t generally post reviews but had to post this one. Our salesperson was rude and arrogant.We were looking to buy an FPace 21. He constantly kept saying “yeah, you can google it yourself” when we asked questions about warranty and other service terms . 🙄 you’re a sales person for Petes’ sake! He also kept going back on the terms and wanting to go to his “fin Mgr” for queries . Really incompetent bloke with poor ideas on service. Lol it’s a luxury car, don’t treat us like royalty but at least.. know your stuff and be nice maybe?
Disgusted by the first salesperson. Reluctant to provide his service after knowing that sales is not going to happen on the same day. Also, very arrogant and look down on customers. The second salesperson is more friendly and patient. Nevertheless, I am disappointed by the attitude and service from the first salesperson and left me a bad impression. I am sorry but I won’t even consider this dealer again.
My wife stoped by to shop for a new vehicle and were greeted by Tim. He was condescending, had a poor attitude and questioned why we didn’t have our insurance with us. Didn’t care to even give out his business card. Taking our business else were.
I purchased a new Range Rover, right away we noticed a noise coming from the rear end, we brought the vehicle in for inspection they say they could not find any problems, after we got the car back we immediately kept hearing the noise in the rear end also the touchscreen would freeze we brought the car in for a second time and they said the noise went away with an oil change,and the screen needed a “re fresh” lol after getting the car back we immediately heard the noise again and the screen froze several times so we brought it in a third time, they sent a text saying they changed the oil in the transfer case and the noise was still their, the very next day we we received a text saying they changed the oil in the transfer case and the noise is gone, basically they tell you whatever they need to to shuffle you out the door they can’t keep their story straight, the customer service is horrible and I still have a lemon that they do not want to put the time or effort to fix. I was excited to get a range rover I am now over it. Good luck if you do business with these people

I went for a test drive and the Sales person Alexi showed interest initially and was fine with me taking a test drive for Evoque. When I told him that I am looking to buy in the next 3-4 months, he suddenly gave his card and asked to come later or shop online as he does not have time. I will definitely not consider Land Rover. Terrible customer service. I wish there was an option to give negative ratings.
I was looking for a Toyota Tundra 1794 model to purchase after I totaled my truck on the 23rd of December. After searching the internet, I was able to find one at this dealership so I called and worked with Roy Vimal. Roy was very professional and kind so we drove up to Seattle from Portland to pick up the truck on Saturday. Roy went out of his way to help me to complete the transaction in the most seamless way. I had been looking to get back into a truck for a number of months. I knew exactly what I wanted, and looked online daily. I found what I wanted in the Tri-Cites and was heading there the following day. Late that afternoon I requested information on this truck from Jaguar Land Rover Seattle. Tim contacted me the next morning and I didn’t respond because I had found the truck I wanted. That was until I received a text from Tim with a YouTube link. Tim introduced himself and gave me a detailed tour of the truck. We talked via text and email to work out my trade in and price on the truck. My decision change and I traveled an extra 2 1/2 hours to pick up the truck. I found Tim’s approach very unique, personal and funny! He won my business on this transaction, and will be my first phone call when I need another car. The entire staff out Jaguar Land Rover Seattle were extremely friendly!If your looking for a new or used vehicle make sure you call Tim!
Spent the better part of a day discussing and negotiating on a vehicle that already had a contract in place which I was told only after we had agreed to a price. Sales management team are a bunch of jokers. There are too many options for dealerships to waste time like that. You had me then you lost me...

Don’t buy your car from here.I ordered my Land Rover and the sales manager Dimitri saw what engine I was ordering and told me to order a certain model where more options were included. Well that certain model made it so all the accessories that I wanted and were also on my order, unable to work with that model. Skipping ahead four months, I sold my suv that I was driving and when I went to take delivery of my new Land Rover, it was wrong and none of the accessories that I ordered were on it. I took the car because I had no other option and I could not wait another 4 four months. The sales manager BJ was quick to tell me to bring the car back. Dealerships don’t take cars back, but the Defender model has had production issues and he would have made more money slapping a second sticker on it for someone else. I weighed my options and needed the car so I kept it. Last week I had to call to see if my license plates were there. They were and I asked them to mail them to me since I was moving. They say they didn’t put enough postage on them and I never received them.I then called again and they Taylor in finance said she would overnight them to me and I would receive them before My temp expired, that was 3 days ago., must have forgotten postage again... Yesterday, left a message for Rachel a sales manager and she never called me back. Today, I get Rachel on the phone and not once did she empathize with me or practice any customer service what so ever, she was super defensive, rude and brought up that she knew of me, as I was the person who was told to bring their car back. Salt in my wounds and frankly a jab. I just want my license plates so I can drive my car and I’m 150 miles from home.I am unable to drive the car because of I got a ticket, once again it would not be their fault.I have had to chase these people for everything. No one has time for that. Buy your Land Rover from Fife! I will buy there next time! This place is a joke and there incompetence shows.
My wife and I purchased a 2019 Ford F350 recently as we had been looking for several weeks on web searches... A truck came up with very low mileage and fantastic options, best price we had seen. I called and was lucky enough to reach Sean Yousefian. The distance we were from the dealership created challenges but none that Shawn and Melissa werent able to work through. In Fact, Sean delivered the vehicle after meeting us halfway, about a 3 hour drive. Great service and professionalism.

Was looking to purchase a collectable G550 Squared that they had in their pre-owned inventory. We agreed on a price and then on payment terms over the course of two business days. The same day after all was agreed upon and I was awaiting official paperwork they told me that the General Manager had sold it from one of their other locations.What a stereotypical car dealer mentality these people have.

I purchased a Range Rover with the help of Alexei. He made me feel comfortable and he was attentive. He did not try to push me to buy something but allowed me to shop without pressure. They texted me to tell me they didn’t want my business and there isn’t a deal on the truck I was interested in. They said they’d rather wait for the right person. We expressed interest in two vehicles and this was their response after two days of sporadic responses.
My family and I truly ran into Land Rover Seattle by accident on our way to Alderwood Mall, so we decided to go just look at some vehicles since we needed to buy a vehicle soon. We were greeted by Sean Hennessey Kent right away as we were looking at some Land Rovers outside. He was incredibly polite, and went over with us what we are looking for in a vehicle, etc. He offered to grab the keys to a couple of Rovers at that moment to show us the inside, and even drove us across the dealership to the one that matched our interests. Long story short, we bought a brand new 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport that day. It was such an easy process because everyone was so professional and honest. He introduced us to the maintenance department as well, and explained literally everything about the vehicle: we left with no questions unanswered. The atmosphere of the dealership was so comfortable, there were also amazing refreshments. My family and I are so happy with our new 2017 Rover, and know that we are in great hands with the Land Rover family and this dealership. I wouldnt expect anything less from Land Rover and Jaguar. Sean Yousefian is amazing! He is super responsive whether by TXT, email or phone. He is super nice, and really supportive of me when I came to test drive a few vehicles. When one of the vehicles I wanted to drive was at a different location, he let me test drive one of the cars to visit that other location -- something that could have possibly lost him a commission had I bought from the other location. That really helped me finalize my purchase decision, and I ended up buying from Sean the same day I test drove. I cannot recommend him or Land Rover Seattle dealership enough -- everyone is great!

Excellent dealer! I purchased a used 2014 Ford Taurus SHO from Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle all the way from central Florida and had the vehicle shipped to me. I trusted my salesman throughout the process (he provided me with additional pictures, a Facetime video review, etc. of the vehicle) and all I have to say is that I am completely satisfied with my purchase - I couldnt be happier! I would also like to mention BJ Gilroy (Sales Manager) as he followed up to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase after I received the vehicle. Weve assisted in the purchase decision for dozens of friends, family, and our own cars. Weve been through the experience at many dealers, big and small. This is one of the best experiences we have had. the staff was uniformly friendly, no sketchy tactics, no wasting time. Everything was done professionally, thoroughly, and quickly. We had an amazing experience! Bought a 2016 Discovery Sport on Mothers Day with the help of Sebastian. He was friendly and helpful right from the moment we walked in the door. We had tried looking at another dealer in Langley, BC only a couple weeks before and nobody even said boo to us as we walked around the showroom, getting in and out of the vehicles. Jaguar Seattle was the complete opposite. We were there for 5 hours as we test drove, looked at all the new and used options on the lot, negotiated our trade in and purchase price (my husband made poor Sebastian work his butt off) and did the final paperwork. During all this we ate fresh baked cookies, helped ourselves to cold and hot drinks and the kids played Minecraft and lounged on the couch watching TV. We ended up buying a Dealer Service model instead of a new one, and they didnt want us to take it home until it was all serviced and pristine, so we drove off in another service vehicle. 2 days later Sebastian drove all the way from Seattle to our home in Blaine, by the Canadian border, to deliver our new baby at 7pm, before I had even paid for car...IMPRESSIVE!!!!! We have loved driving the car for the past couple weeks!! I think its already been washed 3 times :) I would highly recommend this dealer. I honestly didnt realize that trading in a car and buying a new one could be that easy. Huge thanks to Mark who looked after all our paperwork and Sebastian for making the experience perfect...and for putting up with my husbands never ending requests :)
Buying parts from Land Rover is quite the joke if you ask me. All I need is a ac compressor clutch wheel bearing which is $50-$70, they aren’t just selling the bearing they want you to spend $1000 for a refurbished one or $1600 for a brand new one... Yeah all I need is the bearing, makes me wonder if they pull this on people that don’t no how to work on their own vehicles that just need a simple part like a bearing, instead get talked into a whole new Compressor when it’s not needed... 0-stars from me.
Please do not buy a car here. My certified pre-owned XE has several issues that they refuse to fix or look at. I have tried to call and make several appointments for service and they claim it will be months to see me. Very bad service. They also stole my sunglasses out of my trade in. I told them they were in there and asked them to please grab. They claim they disappeared. Do not buy here please. You will regret it.
Im so impressed with my overall experience at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle. I just purchased a 2017 Land Rover from them and their customer service was remarkable. Sean was my salesperson and he went above and beyond showing my every feature on the car, linking my phone, showing me how to use my apps and even following up to make sure Im completely satisfied. My finance manager was Mark and he was very professional and helpful going over all my options with me. The sales manager Dario even congratulated me with a bag of Jaguar Land Rover merchandise before I left. Five star dealership!!!

I am very happy with the recent repair. My jag was having a problem and I could not figure out what was wrong, so Eric helped me through it. He showed me the problem after diagnostic, then he contacted my warranty provider to finalize the cost, and then scheduled the parts and repair work. I had to attend to another event on the day of repair but he managed to arrange an time on the same day, and job well done. His professional work got me no time lost, big thumb up.
Our sales representative, Sean Kent, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Sean made sure we were aware of all of the features in the Land Rover Discovery before and during our test drive. He answered all questions with thorough explanations and by demonstrating. I bought this remotely from Park City, UT. Very happy with the whole experience. We agreed on a price, I wired the money on a Wednesday and a delivery company, they recommended, picked it on on Friday and delivered it to me on Sunday. It was spotlessly clean, with a full tank of gas. Very impressed with this customer service when they know Im not a local customer. I dealt with Mark the Sales Manager.

Poor experience with salesperson Mo, who is forgetful at best and not interested in helping get a deal closed. I was looking at two similar used Escalades on the lot. Both were the same model, in good condition, low miles, and competitively priced. I originally had picked one for our deal, but my wife noticed some issues that changed our minds to the other. This is where the problems started. The bank supposedly approved one vehicle, but not the one we wanted “crazy banks!” they claim. We could never get a straight story from anyone as to why, and had been previously assured by Alex, the sales manager (who happened to be off the day we were came to sign) that all would be fine. My wife was even told she had to update her license from her home state to WA. We spent the time and $100 to do so, just to be told another excuse in the end. Long story short, we complied with weird demands, and still wound up being given a rate that was unacceptably high while being pushed out the door after questioning. The GM finally called me (at my request) mentioning that he won’t sell to unhappy customers - and we were clearly unhappy (um yea). As a final “favor” he would use his relationship to get us the original deal. The next day I received a text from Mo with another unacceptable rate.The good news is the poor experience enabled me to shop around and I wound up in a new version of the vehicle I was looking at from Bellevue Cadillac. I had a great experience there and got exactly what I wanted without drama. Don’t waste your time and energy with an unorganized, unmotivated dealership that is only interested in selling their own brand.

It doesn’t get any better then this.We all know things happen. The critical component is how a dealership responds. I am fairly patient. I appreciate when my Dealership has less patience then me! Things get done! And, my patience is not needed.They bend over backwards to make people happy here.
Service department charged me $2800 to replace my front and rear brake pads (they cost under $100 total). They also likely lied about there being 3mm or less on the brake pads as in hindsight reading other peoples experiences, it sounds like those lies are common practice here.When I told the service man I couldnt afford that price he magically dropped $300 off the price. Okay so you were just going to over charge me initially then?Heres our exact text conversation:Mechanic- Ok, with the service and tax we will be looking at $3785.00Me- It said 700-800 when I signed (I signed paperwork when I brought it in)Mechanic- Have to account for the cost of the front and rear brakes and the engine air filters.Me- Quick question, air filters cost $10 and brake pads cost $30 each. Im curious how this totals $3785.00. Something seems not right but we can talk when I pick it upMechanic- I believe you can find aftermarket parts at those prices, however we do not use anything but factory approved parts and also you have two air filters for the engine and we need to replace pads, rotors and the sensors and hardware as wellSo factory parts cost 30x the price? I dont think so.He send me a quote but it seemed pretty ludicrously expensive, even when everything was itemized. Im confident he ripped me off for thousands of dollars. Not bringing my Range Rover back here to get serviced again.

While I ended up not purchasing a car from here because the cars werent quite what I was looking for (I had a very specific car in mind), my experience was very positive overall. I wanted to personally thank the sales manager BJ at their Lynnwood, WA location. I was originally a little upset with the purchase of a used truck at their dealership. There was a slight odor of cigarette smoke in the truck when I purchased it. However, after several days at home and in sunlight---the odor became intolerable. I had to schedule an ozone treatment/detailing with a specialist which will be pretty pricey. After expressing being upset...BJ contacted me right away and told me the the wanted to make things right. We worked out an aggreement and he is going to do the right thing. I very much appreciate this. He did not have to do this. He told me that honesty and integrity were important to him and I think this showed his commitment to lifelong relationships and repeat customers. I went from being upset to very satisfied. This is rare in the sales world these days.

I have a 7 year old Jaguar XF that needed some TLC. I needed to have my front brakes evaluated after my off-market experience proved to be costly and unsafe. I replaced the previous brakes with Jaguar Front Brake Pads and Rotors. I also had a faulty inside Dome Lamp unit which was replaced and carbon pads installed. A total vehicle inspection was performed and new carpets purchased.All work was performed professionally and I was informed as required. All work was explained to my satisfaction. I used a courtesy vehicle and all arrangements were clear and well organized. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was given a private office to use as I needed. The work performed and the overall experience exceeded expectations.
Purchased a new Range Rover Evoque for the mother-in-law and Sean was fantastic. He spent his time to make sure everything was perfect. This is probably the best service department at a dealership I have ever had. My service agent, Shinee is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Makes me want to continue purchasing Range Rovers! PS: I own the exact same vehicle at a second home in a different state and there is NO comparison to this dealership - wish I could drive that car up here for service.
The service department here is very excellent. Very willing to work with customers, accepts custom requests, helpful explanations, etcetera. Some minor mistakes and non-resolved issues occurred, however, they are more than eager to make things right. Over-all, this shop does very fine work and as a happy customer, I will only be bringing my Jags here.

Went in two years ago needing a car. Mel took amazing care of me. In and out WITH a new car in around 4 hours. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. Wanted a new Jeep. I have never been so unhappy with quality of service and quality of a vehicle in my life. This was the worst decision for a vehicle lease and I have leased 6 vehicles before this. For the money you spend you would think you would get a good quality vehicle and good service by the staff. I would never and will never purchase another Land Rover or Range Rover or Jaguar again.

I have had my LR2 serviced at Land Rover Lynnwood for almost 4 years, and they do excellent work keeping my vehicle (which I use for volunteer Search and Rescue) in good condition. Service Advisor Jaime Guzman is always helpful and shows a personal interest in making sure my car gets good maintenance.The reason they dont get 5 stars is that their service loaner car program is not up to standard. When I make an appointment, I expect a loaner car to be waiting there for me. Instead, they send me down the road to waste my time at an Enterprise rental place.
Horrible customer service at service department. We have bought many cars over the years and taken em to service but this one seems like they have no idea about customer service.

I had excellent and prompt service for my Land Rover. Once I called, I was in for an appointment the following week I asked for. The staff was mindful of my time, very courteous and helpful to even get me a rental car that would carry my two large dogs.
I tend to do a little research before making a purchase but it wouldnt have been the same without Brent Tsujii helping me out, answering any questions I had, and just creating a comfortable atmosphere. If youre interested in purchasing anything from trucks to modern muscle cars talk to Brent, hes your inside guy.
