Purchased a used BMW 645Ci here yesterday. The salesman Adam Krilevich was new but enthusiastic and supportive of my very specific requirements. He coordinated photos and gave me the confidence to come from out of state to complete my purchase.Of specific note though was the preparation for my arrival and welcome I received by the staff. The car was prepped and detailed and was ready for delivery. My wife and I were made to feel like VIPs though we were purchasing a 17 year old car which was not their dealership brand make or model.Chris Wright their finance officer prepared and completed our purchase. He provided expert professional service and arranged for our out of state permitting. Chris is pleasant and charismatic. He did not try to sell us unnecessary add-ons warranties or insurance. He approaches his work with a friendly demeanor which immediately fosters trust and conversation.I would definitely purchase from this dealership again. The used cars they have are top quality.

Very pleasant buying experience overall. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional salesperson (Lucas). No high-pressure sales tactics. Probably the least hassle Ive had buying a used car (plus trade-in). Still takes like 90 minutes to handle all the paperwork (including temporary financing, for the discount), but thats just the system at this point...Would have given 5 stars if theyd detailed the inside of the vehicle. It had been vacuumed recently, and the outside washed but the inside hadnt been detailed.

GREAT buying experience. Colin is so easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable about the Infiniti QX80 we decided on. Initial contact was by phone which led to a visit to Infinite of Lynnwood where we test drove the Infiniti we were interested in, in just a short time we were on our way home with our new Infinite which we absolutely love. Mario the Finance Manager was just as professional and took care of us in a timely fashion. Both Colin and Mario answered all our questions and when we drove away felt very confident with our purchase. We traded in a vehicle and they were fair on the trade in value.

Dropped by this location on Monday, March 29 to view a used 2015 Toyota Highlander. Was met by Jason who took me to the vehicle and was helpful showing seat adjustments and was ready to let me have a test drive. It was important there was enough flat cargo space so asked him to open the back up before my drive. He was unable to open it from the dash and the key fob and finally did so manually. Took it for the quickest test drive ever as a light came on indicating the tailgate was open; stopped to open/shut it but the light remained on so I returned to the lot. Jason apologized, said he would get the vehicle checked out and detailed and give me a call when it was ready. He had both my cell number and land line but never heard back. I called him on April 7th to ask how the service to the tailgate was going and why hadnt I heard from him. Yup. You guessed it, the car was sold to another. Somebody else got a nice vehicle but unfortunately it wasnt me. What happened to first come, first served? I was left hanging. In this instance, its buyer beware of the salesperson and what comes out of his mouth.

I love how knowledge Kevin was the sales person pretty kind and courteous.. the thing i didn’t like is at the end of signing paperwork Chris was helpful but didn’t show me the total cost before everything and he already had the paper printed with extra protection I told him no it was 2500 more.. they need to do the that first not wait till be the last and be more upfront with the costs

Easy to get too, easy parking, nice selection of new and cars. Due to covid-19 I call to set up time to see the car I was interested in. Once there I was greeted professionally and promptly my sales person was masked and friendly. I provided my sales person with my drivers license and insurance and was allowed a solo test drive.I fell in love with the car even though it had several cosmetics issues, decided to get it. When I returned from the test drive i went in to the showroom some staff was masked others were not, some were eating.I agreed with the price displayed and asked for a purchase order to provide my lender. When I presented with the purchase order I saw a fee of $499 for etch and $250 doc fees and $150 license fees. I was told that etch comes on all their cars and dont have an option and $250 is for docs. I explained that they can charge a max of $150 for doc fees and they cant force a product on a custom. I was told there was no option.It was hard not being able to what I wanted but I walked away and had a much better experience at a dealership across town and bought the same model car a year newer and with a better package for the price.I wouldnt say this was a horrible experience but I definitely felt bullied and as what I needed didnt matter as long as they sold a car.

Recently bought a car here. Very nice dealership with all the amenities. Everyone is super friendly and has awesome customer service. Our salesman was Lucas. He was always responsive to my texts and very helpful with anything we needed. We came to test drive our car and it was already running with the AC blowing (hot day). Fell in love with the car of course but just a heads up, dont think you will be able to negotiate the price haha. Expect to pay full price!!! Lucas was very tough on that and would not budge at all except maybe a couple hundred dollars. He did throw in some floor mats which the car was missing but it should have come with them anyways. He also threw in a detail and a full tank of gas, but that should also be common courtesy coming from a major dealership. So really, no extra perks or deals. I was ready to walk away but Mario, their finance manager, was able to get me close to my monthly payment budget and even beat our pre-approval interest rate. So all in all, he sealed the deal. I still have a bad taste in my mouth about not being able to negotiate the price at all and having to pay above kbb value and that is why Im giving 4 stars. But other than that, the place is great, the people are friendly, and we absolutely love our car!

The salesman was very nice. The car, not so much. Purchased extended warranty but have so far had to pay over $3,000 in repairs for this lemon. They should stick to cars they know. I purchased a Mini Cooper and just found out the engine and exhaust are barely attached to the car. Having Seattle Mini Cooper repair it all. Should have gone there first. My mistake.

I have to admit, shopping for cars hasn’t been a fun experience in the past, often looked at with disdain and overall tedium, but I was absolutely taken aback with my experience at Infiniti of Lynnwood.I have a perfectly fine BMW that I was gifting to my oldest son so I was reluctantly needing to purchase another vehicle. I had been to at least a dozen other dealers looking at everything from BMW’s, Honda’s, Acura’s….the list goes on and on.I did my diligence by using CarGuru and came across a gently used G series and trekked into the dealership to take a look.From the minute I arrived, the experience was welcoming and not dreadful in any way, frankly, quite the opposite…I felt like my business mattered to them!My experience made me feel at home, like I was hanging out with family.I know it sounds cheesy but the transaction was a breeze and painless.I felt like I got a great deal and was taken care of with regards to service, assurances and the belief that the car was everything that it was billed to be.I will definitely recommend the team at Infiniti of Lynnwood to anyone looking for great service and value, and most certainly will return to buy my next Infiniti!!!!

Best experience with a dealership Ive ever had. Needed IPL parts for my G37, spoke with The parts manager B and he helped me find the parts i need. He went the extra mile and double checked the part numbers and made sure it was exactly what i needed as i wasnt 100% sure, gave me a great deal, and had the parts shipped quickly. My experience with B alone will make me come back to this dealership for all my needs and recommend everyone in the infiniti community go here especially if any parts are needed. Ben Lutz in the service department is the benchmark of excellence for customer service. Ben is very informative, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly . Ben ordered a full diagnostic and assessment on a pre-owned FX35 that I was intrested in possibly purchasing from a 3rd party seller. Based on the data points collected and outlined in the diagnostic report combined with Bens recommendation I was able to make an informed decision going forward. Without Bens help I would not have nit have been able to make a sound choice. I highly recommend Ben at infiniti of Lynnwood for all your auto service needs. Awesome customer service! First dealership Ive felt like WOW Im not getting ripped off for once. I called about an issue Ive been having with my car for a couple years now and never really did anything to fix the issue. I called and the parts manager Mr. B was extremely knowledgeable & took the time out of his day to let me know what was the issue and how to fix it.Pricing was extremely reasonable, I called an auto store prior and they wanted X2 the amount and that was me calling with a auto repair shop account!Incredibly friendly, good pricing, good service. Disappointed in the sales manger here. My husband and I were interested in the 2014 M6 that they STILL have for sale. They refused to budge on the price. So my husband and I talked and we decided to pay their asking price if they would cover shipping costs to Idaho. The cost of shipping was $500. They refused to pay for shipping. They instead lied to us saying they were transferring the car to another Location they have that is about 20 miles away. They said they could raise the price by thousands at the new location.That being said, they NEVER transferred the car nor did they raise the price by thousands. Instead they lowered the price because they cant sell the car. Theyve had the car for sale since September 2017. I know this because they sent us the CarFax report on the car.We instead found a 2013 M6 in excellent condition at BMW of Las Vegas that we paid cash for. The sales guy was amazing from start to end. The manger even came over to talk with us and he was awesome! He was very down to earth and a super nice guy. After all is said and done I love my car and Infiniti of Lynnwood is still trying to sell their M6.The picture is of my purchase.

Service department is terrible. Took my 2000infiniti g20 in to have a check engine lights diag. Was quoted 187 after tax. Dropped off my car Saturday April 10th and 2 hours later I got a call saying they hadnt found anything at all and they needed more time. I thought that was a little odd but I didnt want to be out $200 with nothing found. So I told them to continue. They said theyd work with us on pricing. After they quoted me 2500 to exchange a maf sensor, 02 sensor and a exhaust gasket. Which oem parts from any auto store only costs 200 for all the parts. Any other shop wouldve quoted 800. So I told them I would not be doing the repairs with them. From that point on everything went downhill. I told them I wouldnt be doing the repairs and that id be picking up the car. They didnt start putting the car back together for hours. Then they called and told me Id have to pick it up later which was an inconvenience. When I arrived to pickup the car the total was almost $500 which was far from the initial $187 I was quoted. I asked why it took 3 hours of labor for the infiniti technician to figure out when it was all in the exhaust system. The answer I was given was some of our techs take 30 min to figure it out and some take 3 hours. So because of the incompetent and unqualified technician who worked on my vehicle I was expected to pay more. After arguing back and forth with the service dpt he gave me two options. Either I could pay the total and get my car that day or wait another day and come in to have the same convo I just had with him to the rep who was working with me from the start. So I opted to pay and get my car and figure it out after. While driving the vehicle home I noticed it performed 10x worse than when I dropped it off. The car is violently shaking during idle and driving now. When I dropped it off the only issue I had was a rough idle and the cel. Not only that but I noticed a huge chunk missing out of my windshield that was not there before. So I called in to speak with a manager. At this point Im outraged. I explained the situation to the manager (jason) on Monday April 12th. He said he would call me first thing in the morning to get this figured out. It is now 6:30 pm Tues April 13th and I havent heard anything from anyone. I called and left a voicemail and havent heard anything. I will be escalating this. I paid the extra money to have the piece of mind taking your car to an actual dealership gets you. Instead theyve treated this situation like a shady used car dealership. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I have already contacted my bank about the situation and they Are working with me to get the money pulled back. And Im currently talking to an attorney to see what my options are for the internal and external damage to my vehicle.Edit 4/14 after talking with Chris the service manager this morning Ive decided to change my review to 3 stars. He was very helpful and remedied the situation

Boy this is difficult. Its hard to separate the car from the service. Especially a used car. The used car that I bought was clean and beautifully detailed. Im not sure what mechanical issues were done, or should be done in the case of used cars. After all they are used. If I wanted a perfect car, Im obligated to buy a new car. I have already had to replace the battery and a side running light ( small but very difficult to get to).As to the sales force, I felt that they were very helpful and accommodating rather than being pushy . They took their time. I dont have any recommendations and appreciate their helpfulness in working through all of the steps.

Buying a car can be a frustrating and long process so naturally I expected buying a car during a pandemic to be even worse. My experience at Infiniti of Lynnwood was nothing like what I expected, the team including Lucas and Mario were efficient and straight forward. The whole process took about 2 hours with my trade in completed as well. I felt confident in what the staff was telling me and am happy with both the price and process. I picked up the car the next day (it was used and not even an infiniti vehicle) as there were some things on their end they wanted to fix up on the car that I wouldn’t have caught on my own. I would definitely recommend this dealership and next time I’m looking for a car I will be hopeful that they have something I am looking for.

Recently purchased a 2018 Rubicon from them. From the moment I found the Jeep online, to setting up the appointment to view and eventually buy it, and then them following up to make sure everything was what I expected, they were nothing but a first class organization!Celeste was was fantastic as was the sales manager Cesar. They moved the vehicle to the Bellevue location to save me on my drive from Gig Harbor. There was no hassle whatsoever in getting solid trade value and the right price point for the Jeep itself. 10/10 would definitely recommend them as a sales team and dealership!

Buying a car from here was a great experience back in 2014, but I cant say the same for the service department. They were very nice to me when my car was under bumper to bumper warranty, but after that theyre not willing to help at all. They charged me $200 just to diagnose my dead battery even though it was under warranty. They also werent willing to refund me the money after I took my car to Infiniti of Bellevue to get it diagnosed again. Lynnwood kept saying my battery had no problem, but Bellevue found that it was failing all their tests. So logically it shouldve been replaced under warranty. Lynnwood said that they can not replace it under warranty since I had already claimed warranty during the bumper to bumper period, but Bellevue said I still have warranty on the replacement battery. Finally Lynnwood didnt agree to refund my money, but through their lovely parts department I was able to get another battery prorated under warranty. The service department refused to show me where in writing it says that a replacement battery does not have its own warranty. At the end of the 6 month battle with them, i paid almost $300 for a battery that wouldve cost me $150 if I had paid out of pocket from the start. Their service department was completely useless in helping me. On a side note, everyone in their department seemed to be very rude and have an unfriendly attitude. Next time, Im taking my car to Bellevue.

We received superior customer service from everyone who worked with us. Bobby Justice spent an incredible amount of time with us to ensure our every need was met and then some. Bobby was extremely patient and kind as he taught us every thing we needed to know about our new car. He was very warm and welcoming each time we came and was supportive and informative as we were processing making the important decision to buy our car. Rich was a pleasure to work with and also extended warm hospitality. He is very caring and congenial. We were treated extremely well by everyone we worked with at Infiniti of Lynnwood.

I am from MN and have purchased 2 other cars from out of state dealerships so I dont have any unrealistic expectations but I do count on the word of the sales associates and dealership since I cant see the car in person prior.I had my sales guy send me a video of the interior and exterior to make sure that purchased the car a few weeks ago from and that all went well. I asked if everything in the car worked and both my sales guy and the used sales manager confirmed.I made an offer and it was accepted.When I received the car it had a weird odor that was like smoke and wet carpet. I did not complain about this as I did not ask about any smell and I had my son that works at a dealership bring to the shop and has all but taken care of the odor. I did notice water and a nasty smell form the trunk that I cleaned and added vinegar to and seems to be fine now. Again I did not complain about this as I did not ask about odors so that was my issue to deal with.IssueThe Navigation on the other hand works for about 1 minute and then goes to a DVD read error contact dealership error. I called Alpine (makers of the DVD player) and they will fix it ( if no physical or water damage - which I dont see) for a flat fee of $358.I sent a text to my Sales guy Wednesday (Oct 21) at 2.33pm stating it has an error. He called and I said I would clean disk and try again.I texted a video of the error on Wednesday 4:50pm and also stated the Alpine reply to correct this for $358 and asked for their reply. NO replyI texted again Thursday at 7:48pm and mentioned that i dont have any paperwork (Issue #2) title or registration to drive my car.He replied and said that used manager is off and he would get back to me Saturday and said he will check on paper work.I texted again on Saturday (cause he did not) at 5:11pm and said Anything about the DVD Or paperwork. NO REPLYI texted again today Sunday at 4:15pm and asked about BOTH issues DVD and paperwork.He replied with I will have an answer on your paperwork tomorrow - I paid for the car on 10/7 _wired money) and still dont have any info on paperwork and ownership - They overnight paper work and I signed and returned but basically over 2 weeks and NO paperwork or proof of ownership of the vehicle. I have had to keep asking about this which is disappointing and annoying. It seems after the sale I am pushed to the back of the list to deal with and follow up to make sure all if good.My sales guy said he cant do anything with the radio as if i was local he would have his guys take a look which is ridiculous as you dont service the players (spoke to a few Honda shops here)- they are serviced by Alpine or electronics place - so I find that a blow off.I guess I would expect this from mom and pop car shops but not a luxury brand like Infiniti.I just wanted to provide the facts to see if you wanted to reach out and work with me. I tried to email your customercare@lynnwoodofinfiniti address but it kicked back my email for some reason.I already sent my DVD to Alpine to get fixed as I dont like not having working parts in my car which is why I asked about anything not working before buying.Other then the DVD not working and not having the paperwork to title my car - I do like the car, but the fact that I cant drive it (no paperwork) and have to send in my DVD to Alpine (2 weeks to fix and additional expense) and having to keep initiating conversations to keep things moving along sours my experience.Thanks for your time and consideration!Dave H.I spoke to the sales manager and he agreed to spilt the cost of the fix with me. Our experience at Infiniti of Lynwood was amazing! Taylor was super helpful in getting us a test drive set up, and helping get our deal done. Not recommend any services here. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional costumer experience recently. BBB complaint #14693931 to check out what happened. I hope other costumers in the same case can find the way to protect your rights. Eventually figured out but it was a nightmare.

Horrible experience sales part department. I oreder a wire harness they said it would 2-3 days, they were supposed to call me i didnt get no call the 4th day I go they said the part should be here by 2pm. I still dont get a call the 5th day I decide to go and see the status on order and for some reason they said it got canceled?!?!?! Really? Great now my car sit for another week ! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!

Dishonest dealership! Stole my parts and charged me for installation they didnt do, and refused for fix the problem after I found out later!!I brought in a few parts for towing to this dealership and asked them to install them. Joe from service department handled my installation. I specifically asked him to install the Brake Jumper Sub-harness (24167-7S000) under the dash, so I can install a brake controller for my trailer, and I showed him that parts in front of him. After the installation, he assured me that the brake jumper harness was installed, so I didnt check under the dash. A couple weeks later when I was trying to install the brake controller, and found the brake jumper harness was not installed at all! I call him and he was very rude and refused to fix the problem, also claimed that I didnt bring in the parts!
