I would recommend having any car you are thinking about buying, be inspected at a local shop. It’s roughly $150 for a full inspection. And could save you thousands in the end. I recently bought a jeep from this dealership, they claimed had no issues, had recently had brakes and tires done. They were half way correct, they had recently rotated the tires. And did nothing to the brakes. I’ve since, paid for the ac to be repaired. Bought a new transfer case for the 4wd, new tires. Brakes. Rotors. And electric work for a window. That being said, their lot is a “as is” dealership. But do not allow them to have you think they are doin you any favors like “daisy” likes to portray, remember their job is to sell you a car. Your job is to be responsible. Cause remember, it’s not them paying the bill. So do your research. Have it inspected. And go from there.

Got a new-to-me Kia Soul about 3 weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. I got to test drive it for as long as I wanted and didnt feel pressured to make any decisions. I bought a 2004 BMW 325ci. The car is an uber clean specimen. ive had some troubles with the car, but they have helped me every step of the way, Ive gotten a door sensor, alternator and ac compressor installed for a total of almost 250$. yeah. a dealer would have charged me close to 2000$k plus. when you buy a car from these guys, they will take care of you after too. they actually care about their reputation. I never leave reviews, but i felt it was absolutely deserving of a 5 star, ive had 0 troubles with them. i will always look at this dealer the next time i want to buy a car before ANYBODY else.EDIT: The car has been a complete piece of junk. Ive had to replace the clutch, new lifters, alternator, ac compressor, and now my oil pump has gone out. ive had to change the engine and transmission mounts. the car has an undiagnosable misfire. the list just goes on. its been in the shop more than ive been able to drive it. I called Bill the manager, told him all of this and he threatened me, was condescending and ultra rude, totally unprofessional. Dont expect any car you buy from them to work. Husam is still awesome.

Let me just start off by saying. Wow, just wow. When I first came into this car dealership I was nervous and a bit skeptical because it’s my first time buying a car. Solo. I spoke with Husam regarding the issue and he was absolutely fantastic in helping me fix the issue and before I contacted him I took it to a previous mechanic shop who said itll cost me 3K to fix, I was absolutely flabbergasted and when I showed Husams mechanic the invoice Husam basically explained to me that only 10% of whats on the invoice is true and I was in complete shock. But because of Husams diligence and honesty he saved me from spending 3K. I will highly recommended this used dealership to anybody they actually care about their customers.

Customer service was great from these guys, they helped me through my first car. After contacting them and notifying them of the issues I had from day one and on, they stepped in and helped as much as they could. Replaced the parts need replacing and covered more than enough in parts and labor $$ thank you for understanding the situation and all your help! The owner really seems to care about his customers and will help in any way as long as you communicate with him so he understands. Car seems to be running way better since the first time I got it!

I wish I never bought a car from them. It has been 9 months since I got the car, and I already put $4k into repairs (the warranty they sold me didnt cover much), with an estimated $10600 more. I ended up having to roll over my negative equity and buy another car due to the MULTIPLE issues with the car I purchased, after being told their in house mechanic ensured everything was perfect. So now I am in a lot of debt due to believing this. Make sure you bring the car to a mechanic before buying - dont make my same expensive mistake.

I ordered the part to do it myself and the next day husam text me saying a part to fix it came in that he and i both didnt notice wasnt working and if i had time to stop by so they could fix it for me free of charge and i can just return my part and save me some money. These guys go the extra mile i havent had many dealers sell me a used car and say they want to fix a part for free after the car is alreay bought. I was REALLY skeptical about buying a car from an non name-brand used car dealer. My parents had horrible experiences throughout my youth but after seeing that Armadillo had such great reviews and their post was very transparent about the car we were interested in, I figured it couldnt hurt to check them out.Upon arriving my wife and I were not disappointed at all. Husam was welcoming from the very start, easy to work with and a riot of laughs! Working with him made my wife and I *want* to buy the car from him and Armadillo. Wed had a really lame salesperson at Honda of Kirkland the week before and I spent the whole ride home telling my wife how much I disliked the guy and thats not how you do sales. I think she got sick of listening to me grumble but I was so mad as Im also in sales. On the way home from Armadillo, though, we were both glowing about our experience there, the difference between the two dealers and of course the great deal we got on our new car!Husam will nudge you to leave him a good review and I dont usually go out of my way to leave public reviews but he really deserves it.
