My husband and I purchased a suv from Autoplex Motors. The customer service was great.... I original had some skepticism going into a smaller dealership, and making sure we purchase a good. Autoplex put me at ease with choosing them making sure our suv ran right. After purchasing we found the suv had few problems...(minor) and they were quick to help out and fix them. Shout out to Clay and Pat that both went above and beyond. I would recommend them for sure. Fair pricing for quality cars and suvs.

Buyer Beware!!! I wanted to purchase a 2010 Lexus LS460 L with 87k miles (VIN: JTHDL5EF4A5001156). When I pulled the CARFAX the car had 206k miles. I called the sales man and he told me ohh, we like to tell people someone replaced the odometer and the milage is unknown. Only, he never told me that, and I was about to buy this car. Scumbags!!!

Autoplex is the epitome of highway robbers. At a very vulnerable time in life, I became prey to their unethical used car practices. Reported Autoplex of Lynnwood to our state AG, Get Jesse, an attorney and the BBB. The mist accountability that was achieved was their rating with the BBB is an F. Our state has poor laws for consumer protection with used car dealers. Beware of Autoplex Motors of Lynnwood!

Thanks to Ha Lee at autoplex motors I was able to buy a nice, reliable car that I can afford as an independent 18 yr old. He made the process very easy and I couldn’t have asked for anyone else who I can trust. 10/10 recommend.

I am giving 5 stars because we were sold a solid vehicle. Clay was very honest which we greatly appreciated. Tim made paying the down payment easy, and they had the car delivered to us half way. My recommendation get rid of Sean. You would be worthy of more stars without him. The things he says to customers is shocking and any other car lot would fire him for. If my experience was based on Sean alone this would be a zero stars. But Clay took over and built the trust back up and treated us with respect. The worst kinds of criminals. Went to go buy a Ford Ranger Pickup. Had it financed. When they ran our credit they were literally highly fiving each other and us because our credit was so good, and they were able to give is a good rate. We took the truck home.Fast forward 4 days and we get a phone call. Somehow our financing was rejected. But when we took the truck back they tried to sell us an SUV that was a significantly higher price.So we werent qualified for the lower price truck, but we were qualified for the more expensive one?Crooks and thieves. Stay away.

Went in to look at a car that was listed on their website. Luckily it was still there. Vehicle is in great shape (checked out with an independent mechanic) and no issues so far. Pat was very accommodating and even fixed a minor problem with the hatch not closing properly. Got a good price too! Very pleased with the experience

After tax 16,645.90 $ is how much I paid for a truck with bad breaks a stuck ignition and oil leaking from......somewhere. They fixed the ignition. Was told leaks were seepage not leaks and hell half the cars on the lot were seeping oil. I was excited to buy a car with low miles and driveability now I wait to see what problems come next. I was told to put some cardboard under it and use the warranty in a couple weeks.

Clay sold me a car made me feel good about it and reassured me I had a great car for me and my kids, and before my first payment was due my water pump went out. Called and Text Clay and he never responded. There is no customer service here. Jimmy was ready to reject me because it was an hour to close, even though I had an approval from Capital one. He seemed like he was out of it, I’ve seen people on a drug I won’t name that matched his behavior. After leaving (without seeing the car), I got a call saying sorry The next morning. I believe the owner take this into consideration, and maybe revise who he chooses to hire.

However, he didnt just say the usual, I dont know better yet, he didnt lie to me and make something up, he went and figured out what the right answer was! I would give 0 stars if I possibly could. Worst experience Ive ever had with ANYTHING! Everybody here is irresponsible, has no knowledge of cars or anything. Me and my fiance needed something that was safe for our 8month old son to be in and what did we get, a piece of s*** that started breaking down the second we left on our way home. They are a bunch of money hungry pieces of s*** that dont care about their customers. They said that the only thing we got approved for was a $2,000 car. Several dealerships said the same thing. Finally we ended up at the used car dealership across the street from Ford and instantly got approved for a car 10 times more expensive. They are refusing to take the car back. I will be speaking to the attorney general about these guys to give the car back. NEVER buy a car from autoplex motors unless you want to deal with a**holes and get a piece of s*** car. Got to the Ford dealership down the road. Im surprised their cars are even allowed by law to be sold. Id you buy a car from them just know you are putting your life and anybody elses life in danger. They are the worst. Read all of the other reviews. Other people all have the same issues Im having. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!! You have been warned!

Worst. Place. Ever. I bought an 04 BMW X5, I had a short list of things to fix. Which they did most of them immediately, but I told them which stereo parts to buy, which they didnt order until I called 3 days later. When another issue came up 4 months later, the shop I will it to was amazed they were able to sell it in the condition it was in:Grotesque amounts of rust, the dash cluster was not only faulty, it was incompatible, stopping the CAM bus (which is how all the parts talk to each other including ABS). They never fixed the warning messages I got on the dash. The suspension has no bushings, so if I got a hump to hard it will damage the shocks.Just went back into the shop for the 5th time.These people are extremely charismatic, so they are able to convince you that major issues are only minor issues you can fix yourself.Liars all. Avoid like the plague.

This dealer is irresponsible. They did not check up the cars they sold completely and have their customers driver at risk, furthermore, they use cheap materials. They just want to sell their cars as fast as they can. If you need help after the transactions, do not even dream about it. If you have a lot of cash to WASTE, go for it.

Really horrible service!License plates sent after temporary permit expired.Anytime you call they basically shrug you off transferring desk to desk.Leaving text and voice messages will not do anything.Once they have your money, they will not help or follow up.There is no customer service afterward.Still waiting for parts the salesperson, Alex promised almost two months later...Will be contacting WA DOL dealer complaints and attorney gerneral’s office.

Experience could have been better much better. I saw the car I wanted on Craigslist, called AutoPlex and spoke to Alex. I was able haggle the price down a bit. I was prequalified for over $20k but Autoplex ensured me that they could get me a better interest rate which they indeed did however, it came with a price of having them ding my credit a bunch of times which I initially had voiced concerns about. The BMW I purchased for $18k did have some issues!! A few weeks after I bought the car the battery died on me. Autoplex purchased a new one and I thought everything was good unfortunately, the alternator went out and I had to shell out $850.00 before even making my 1st payment. I tried several times to get Ray the manager to help with the repair cost, but was told that the owner refuses to help because they took $1000 off the initial price. I thought that was a bit rough seeing how I never complained much about the crappy tires (run-flats) and rims that were on the car, in addition to one of the adaptive headlights sagging very low ($600 repair bill) . I spent an additional $1400 to have them replaced. Overall I cant complain much, I got exactly the car I wanted at the price that I believe was fair. My advice for anyone wanting to buy a car from Autoplex motors is to always have the car inspected by a reputable 3rd party. If at any point you feel uncomfortable back completely out of the deal. Just remember every car lot is out to make a profit, they dont drive these cars daily or perhaps even perform a thorough inspection as that would inflate the overall cost of doing business. If I ever purchase another car from AutoPlex it will definitely be under different circumstances that will protect my pockets a little better then previously. Bottom line... I love this car! and am Extremely happy with all the extra work Ive put into it!!!

Firstly the two cars I went to look at from the internet listing had just been sold so they offered a 2007 Prius and Autoplex Motors in Lynnwood had it listed at $5999 (but soft offer at $5000 from Josh), but when I took it to a pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic, he found that it had been in a front end collision (that CarFax didnt have listed but which any mechanic could easily see because of the overspray and spray painted bolts), the auxilliary battery failed the load test, and, most importantly the ($2300 to replace) main high voltage battery inspection revealed 8 of 14 cells drop below 16.21 volts and 1 dropped to 15.68 volts high voltage battery deterioration is suspected. But the mechanic said itd be worth buying, at $1500 off of the $5000 soft offer. So I took that to Autoplex Motors and shared the results. Josh asked me what I wanted, I offered $3500 but rose it to $4000 out the door (meaning theyd cover the taxes and licenses). He then took it to the problem--er, the General Manager: Ray Minton. He tried to say that my mechanic lied to me or only checked the batteries the easy way; so I had him call up the mechanic and Ray Minton got loud and overtalked him, too (hed already done that to me and the person I was with). In the end I asked what his counter offer was and it was suddenly $5999 again. I laughed and walked out of there--as everyone should do. 1.) Autoplex Motors or their mechanics covered up/didnt reveal the front end collision, 2.) The General Manager was combative, interruptive, and called the mechanic a liar, even after talking to him, and 3.) instead of dropping the price down based on the new information raised it (clearly hoping that the next customer wouldnt have it independently inspected. DO NOT TRUST AUTOPLEX MOTORS IN LYNNWOOD. Ray Minton, the General Manager, is unprofessional and only interested in clearing out cars with sketchy records for more than they’re worth.

Its the bad thing about buying used cars ... They have cars that are all filthy ... Or at least the one I buy thats how I saw it and the worst thing is when they dont care about hygiene ... In the part of the charge I opened a lid that brings and its full of dog hair ... Unfortunately I urgently needed a car and thats what happens, out of emotion we forget that part.
