John Bang helped with the whole process and was super helpful giving us the test drive, introducing all the differences between models, availabilities etc. He is very responsive whenever extra information is needed. The whole purchase process is like a breeze and the introduction about the Mbux system offered by the specialist on the day of picking up is also extremely helpful. We recently purchased a car from MB Lynnwood and we had a great experience. Ruben was the salesperson that we worked with. Throughout the process, Ruben was patient, calm and not pushy at all. In fact, he was very knowledgeable and was assisting us as if he was buying a car for he himself. John from finance is also a fantastic guy to work with! Did a regular car maintenance service recently. They were supposed to give me loaner car and communicated that to me when I made the appointment. However, when I came there, they told me they made mistake and they won’t give me loaner car. If they do, they will lose money??!! I had to wait there for the entire morning and cannot go anywhere. They are not treating customers with the right way. If you need to do car service for MB, go somewhere else. Because they believe they are losing money for doing regular maintenance service for you.

My place to go for everything Mercedes Benz related is this leadership. Customer service and sales department are wonderful. Kevin is fantastic and the one to go in the sales department. I live in Bellevue and prefer to make a longer trip for great service.

I have never received such poor customer service from a Mercedes Benz service center ! I’ve had my Benz serviced in Arizona and New Mexico and they are top notch in regards to their customer service. In Lynnwood when you arrive you feel like you are interrupting their busy work! These people don’t even acknowledge your existence when you walk in. There is no one to great you in the drive up as they are in other locations. I will not be returning to this location for service. It’s TERRIBLE !!!

I cannot express how great this dealership is. It is one of the last, privately owned, honest dealerships around. I have done business with them for over 10 years, their service team honest and fair, a rare find these days. I live in Bellevue and I can tell you, its worth the drive to get your Mercedes serviced here instead of their AutoNation competitor in Bellevue. Lynnwood was 62% lower in price than Bellevue.... no joke!

I write in disgust, having witnessed an extraordinary display of what I consider in my judgement to be plain and utter micro aggression by some members of the sales team towards a family member who was well and over qualified to purchase any vehicle of his choice from this dealership, but the blatant failure to do their due diligence and a total lack of regard for a customer was most stunning of an establishment that bears the flag of a brand that prides itself in service excellence. We may not look like most of you, but I can assure you that there are many of us who were not born and raised in this country, but know one or two things about the brand personality of Mercedes Benz, having grown up in families that value and have remained exceptionally loyal to the brand and have built relationships with dealers across Europe and Africa and never before have we experienced such disregard. I’m well aware of the idiocy of humans who always assume that we see beyond the limit of our sight, so we work on the basis of our prejudices and biases, however subtle and on those basis we eliminate and we choose. I’m also not naive to know that it’s the embodiment of many businesses in this country. It is a sad and unfortunate part of our culture. Regardless of the experience, we remain loyal to the brand, and we regret that this was the best Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood could do. Alan Keith was amazing. We completed everything online before making the trip to Lynnwood. Alan ensured we got a fair value for our trade-in and made the whole process seamless. From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we left was about an hour. Alan will be my first call when looking for my next car.

I visited their showroom looking for a new MB GLE to upgrade my current vehicle. To my surprise the sales was not interested in explaining the features and giving a test drive of used MB GLE since they did not have a new one stating that the dealership does not want to waste fuel and put miles on the car. This statement is coming from a premium brand like Mercedes Benz. The test drive will only be given if I am buying the car. So I want to ask the dealership how do they expect the customer to know if the car is the right one for them? How will the customer know if the engine power is adequate? How will the customer know if the road noise is under control? How well it drives compared to the competition? And without the test drive, the dealership expects to put a custom order for the vehicle. Just buy a 60 grand vehicle without a test drive. Other brands and dealership treat their customer with more respect even if they dont buy a vehicle from them.

Alan Keith - He was a fantastic sales rep. We bought our vehicle COVID-Style, so only using picture and relying on Alans detailed descriptions of the used vehicle. Very pleased with our purchase from the Sales rep, to Mindy in finance, making everything much easier than most dealerships do.I would buy here again!

My family and I are rating our experience at Mercedes a 1 star only because there is nothing lower to give based on our experience as a black veteran family trying to purchase an S-class sedan from Daimler.After a first tier qualification from MBUSA financial online the Lynnwood dealership decided to run credit again which we protested for not understanding why we had to perform 2 credit checks to buy 1 vehicle at Mercedes-Benz.The dealership then told us we that were qualified after the second credit check then we signed the paper work and drove the vehicle home. The next day we get a call from the dealer asking us to return the vehicle for not qualifying for the loan they told us we earlier qualified for. Again, we protested because we have records of the dealership calling my work cell phone to verify employment which I never answered to self verify based on integrity. Also based on the fact that not at any point did they ask us to verify employment or to provide pay stubs after we provided our places of employment. Instead of telling us they could not verify employment information which could’ve been mitigated by guiding them on how to reach the HR department, a bright one amongst the staff decided to bell the cat and tell us we were denied credit. As a black veteran family we are eager to share my experiences in my social circles and broader to help protect consumers like us against unfair practices and biases. We have asked the kind gentleman who introduced himself as the sales manager Mr. Kyle Wells that they contact us in writing via email with an explanation based on the fact that their integrity level as a business is suspect vis a vis the duplicity in their interaction towards us. We will update this space after our interaction with the staff as we understand this is a family owned business in our community and want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are not a reflection of what their staff have exhibited. Mr. Steve our sales person has our email and we’re anxiously awaiting their correspondence.

You will not regret working with him!I went to the Mercedes-Benz dealership with my mom with the goal of purchasing a vehicle that she felt safe in and that aligned with her finances. We were paired up with Kevin Lee. First impressions; kind, easy to talk/connect with, and knowledgeable. At first he just shared with us on her options, asked us questions about lifestyle, what were her “must haves” were, what each vehicles benefits were, etc. Then after deciding on the vehicle she wanted to move forward with, we started talking about inventory and pricing. Throughout the whole process Kevin didn’t feel like our sales consultant, but rather our advocate. He was on our team trying to help us hit our goals with this purchase. Came in wanting to upgrade my car, little did I know that I was going to end up with one! Kevin Lee approached my family and I and the entire process very easy. The communication after I brought the car was bad. I was told the new license plate would be sent to my home in 8 weeks but I did not receive it and got no email reply after asking about the status. I then called the dealer and they said it has arrived. My license has expired a few days ago which caused inconvenience. They should have been told me that. In generally, I was expecting better customer experience for a luxury car brand.

Kevin Lee - he is just amazing! He is calm and upfront in negotiations. We went to MB Seattle where they quoted an insane amount for a C43, but we went to Kevin and we ended up making a very fair deal in just a couple of hours. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Service department goes above and beyond. My car runs better than it has in years! From Stephany at the desk, to the technician and foreman in the shop, five star customer service!! I couldnt even get a call through to Mercedes of Bellevue (closer to my work) - always 10th in queue when I tried. Mercedes of Lynnwood has got it down and my business from now on.

Top notch dealer. Employees provide good customer service. I would rather service my vehicle there than MB Seattle. They offer cheaper price and attention to detail and they do NOT up sell you stuff. Highly recommended over MB of Tacoma. Team is knowledgeable, respectful, skilled and very polite. They never up sell in-necessary stuff. They behave as every high end Mercedes dealer should and a lot of them do not do that anyways.

Went to MB in Seattle, dressed down in sweats and hoody, drizzling rain. Looking to buy a car. There for 25 minutes and not one single person came to ask if we needed help.Went to MB of Lynnwood, was immediately assisted. Great pricing, more competitive than other MB dealers in the area, including Bellevue. Not pushy, no games. Salesman was excellent, service staff are awesome and the finance lady was very knowledgeable and quick. Could not have been more happy with our purchase.

Yesterday I asked friends for recommendations between the 2020 Mercedes GLC & the Audi Q5. I liked both - Bellevue Mercedes was super great until I wanted to negotiate. So based on some recommendations I went to Lynnwood. It was a much nicer experience. It is family owned and it feels like it. It wasn’t about buying a car it was about becoming family. They gave me a great deal - that I was happy with - I then let Bellevue know and they were not happy. The tone of the response made it clear I made the right choice. Purchased a 2017 GLS here from John Bang and had a wonderful experience!I previously went to Mercedes Seattle and the service and quality of their inventory and customer service was laughable. I called Lynnwood immediately after and set up an appointment to view (what is now) my car. It was warmed up and ready for me out front upon arrival. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to demonstrate all its features.The following day after driving off the lot I noticed some slight fraying on some of the sticking on the back of the steering wheel. I emailed John who immediately responded on his day off and arranged to take care of the problem.Im very satisfied with my experience and absolutely LOVE my GLS! When the need arises I will certainly purchase my next Mercedes from John.

Bought from our favorite dealer John Bang again! 4 years ago I bought a CLA-250 and last week we got a brand new GLC. John is patient, highly efficient, and unlike other car salespeople who spam us with text messages, emails and phone calls, he is quiet but responsive and he really helps us find the right car with all the options and only the options that we need!

This is the worst dealership I have ever had to use. My 2018 Sprinter van roof started leaking about a year ago from the antenna(this is a common issue from what Ive seen online) and we finally had time to bring it in to get it fixed last week. Brandon Taylor of the service department called me back and told me it would cost in the $900 range to replace the antenna. When I reminded him that it was under warranty(he conveniently forgot) he said he would order it in to replace it. The next week he called back to say there was body damage on the roof of van so they could not replace it, even though this is a van I bought new in 2018 and there has been no damage to the roof and the small ding under the antenna appeared to be from the factory. Im a member of NECA(national electrical contractors association) and I guarantee no other contractor I talk to in the future will buy a fleet vehicle from Mercedes in Lynnwood. This dealership is the worst go anywhere else but here.

I left Seattle Benz and came here and this place is noticeably different. My first walk in the environment was welcoming and very clean and well put together from the service to the sales department. The lady in the back was very kind getting me something to drink with no hesitation also the lady in the front directing me to her was kind also, i came by about a week ago and been planning on writing a review i just lost track of time. I took my 2019 Mercedes Sprinter van in here last week on a road trip and tried to talk to a service tech about getting a tuneup done, everyone in the service department basically brushed me off or seemed to busy. I got the feeling that unless you are driving/buying one of their top of the line car models they dont really care to help out much.Ill be going to a different dealership next time :(

Today, our 2017 MB E400 started making a horrible noise, as we headed out to run errands.We called Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood and said we were headed their way with a problem. If it were an older car, I would have told you that the exhaust had come loose and was dragging on the ground. I was afraid to drive it.Thank goodness for JOSH!!! We pulled into Service, he listened to the noise, laid right down next to a wheel and fixed it without it even being put on a rack. There was a rock stuck against the brake rotor, which made noise if we drove forward, in reverse, or turned.What great service, Josh! A million thanks!!! We were back on the road, again, in minutes. And this isnt the first time Josh has very effectively helped us. Cheers!

We just finished having our Mercedes updated with a new passenger air bag recall. We were greeted by Garrett and he couldnt have been nicer, accommodating and more friendly. He was so helpful, gave us a loaner car that we used just to pick up something to eat and return. The car was finished when he said it would be and they even washed and cleaned it for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional and yet patient. The buying process was smooth, reasonable and quick.Not only buying experience was exceptional, his after service was remarkable. He followed up on the car. When we brought up a concern regarding brakes, he made an arrangement with service department. Brakes were taken care under warranty of certified cars.We had bought Lexus and Mercedes few times in the past and did not have this pleasant car buying experience.
