Bought a 2002 BMW X5 4.6is the car looked mint except that I didn’t like the black the wheels, previous owner had painted them black.. (which I will sort out)..I flew from Boston to Seattle and picked up the car from Cyrus who was wicked cool. Then I drove the X5 across country straight back to Boston without any issues. Posted picture below in upstate Washington, sunrise in Montana, and on the border of Montana and N Dakota.

We had a great experience. We saw the car we were looking for but we were out of state. The entire transaction was done with a few calls and emails. We drove in an picked up our car about 5 days later. It was a quick turn around time with the paperwork. Our plates and registration were mailed to us within three weeks. I was in the market for a 4th generation Toyota 4 Runner for months. I came across a 2007 Toyota 4 Runner with 120k miles at this dealership and was very excited. It would of have been a entirely remote purchase as I am out of state. This seemed to be a higher-end dealership and their Google reviews were very good. The pictures and the video walk around posted on their website looked practically flawless. I understood this was a 14 year old vehicle and it will have normal wear and tear, however this thing looked spectacular. I decided to order a pre-purchase inspection through Lemon Squad (cost me $ 179.00) and was very glad I did. The mechanic reported an active engine oil leak, extremely rusty exhaust manifolds, evidence that the previous owner(s) smoked in the vehicle, potential brake/warped rotor issues, and the rear cargo door was functioning by a piece of string. Of course none of this was pictured or disclosed. The salesperson asked what my mechanic said, I told her, and her response was well if we fix it up would you still be interested? The sales people were very responsive and nice but charging top dollar for a vehicle with that many issues just isnt good business. I am sure they sell some nice vehicles, this one just wasnt it. If you are buying remotely, get your pre-purchase inspection done, well worth the money.

Do yourself a favor and check this business out. I drove a hour and a half to check out a car. And not disappointed!! Great people and excellent service. Highly recommend Cyrus. Thanks again!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE. They are not transparent in providing you as the buyer details of an out of state purchase. They NEVER advised no tags are provided UNLESS you pay WA taxes. If I was advised I would have done so or planned accordingly with getting temp tags in my state BEFORE the arrival of my vehicle. Educate your sales staff to ensure all info is disclosed to the buyer…BEFORE you finalize the sale. I give one star due to me purchasing my car which I arranged & paid for my own transportation pick up on a Friday, & the dealership sent the car with NO temporary tags, or paperwork. Unfortunately Im unable to drive my car due to this which is a major inconvenience. I was advised I wasnt given a tag because I didnt drive it off the lot per the manager Christian. It shouldnt matter if the car is driven or shipped off the lot, the bottom line is, the temporary tags could have and should have been provided. I contacted other dealerships in the Lynnwood WA area to inquire, and every other dealership stated the car should have gotten shipped WITH TEMPORARY TAGS! Its inexcusable to close on the purchase of a vehicle & the owner cannot immediately drive their car. I submitted all documentation as require. Overall my car buying experience with this dealership has been poor. If you live out of state, I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Their eye of selecting used vehicles is phenomenal and they do their best to ensure that what theyre selling is at certified level. Mike (one of the sales representatives) has been trying to get me to visit the showroom for the longest time and I kept procrastinating thinking I was going to be pressured into buying. When it came to narrowing down my choices, Mike made sure that the choices I made had fit my budget and also my everyday driving experience without compromising any of the details that I listed as a must have (everything down to the interior, bells and whistles, etc.). Once I found my vehicle, there still was no pressure to purchase right away. Mike let me think about it over the weekend and gave me the comfort that I wasnt acting on impulse. Surprisingly the car was still there when it was time to make the deal (and the financing, even though it can be overwhelming and a hassle) was a pleasurable experience. I dont really know where to start. Mike and Keon made the process so easy for me to buy my dream car from Quality Auto. I live about 150 miles away and I really didnt want to take a long drive up to Lynnwood before talking out some kind of deal on the phone because that could have been a waste of a day. I spoke throughout the day on the phone with both Mike and Keon and we managed to work out a deal and get all the paper work rolling so that I could come in the morning, sign some papers and be out the door! Mike was a very respectful and knowledgeable person. In no way was he pushy or rude, Keon was great as well. All in all, I would definitely buy from this dealer again!

Purchased 2011 Honda Crosstour from this company, was told the car was in excellent condition. After driving less than 100 miles found it needed brakes, spare tire, jack assembly and 2 axles. My mistake for trusting and not checking it more carefully. Shame on them for scamming this old disabled Vietnam veteran.

Working with the sales team at Quality Auto Center was a breath of fresh air compared to other local dealers. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, their general manager Keon was great to work with. Keon took me seriously as a younger buyer, worked with me on a mutually agreeable price without playing games, and was extremely accommodating of my concerns, going as far to offer to pay for a pre-inspection by an authorized dealer. Furthermore I did not feel pressured to make a purchase at any point and the team was quite understanding when I ended up finding a different vehicle optioned closer to what I was wanting.

We are not the type of people to “car shop” for entertainment. So, after months of research, we knew the exact make and model we were looking for and had narrowed our search down to two cars at two different dealerships. We have never enjoyed the car buying experience in the past because of the typical corny sales lines, hard press last minute push, and the “I would love to help, but the “Powers that Be” just won’t let me do it” statements during negotiation.This was, by far, the most comfortable and enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had (and we are middle-aged…we have had many). We drove an hour to see this car, and were immediately greeted by Mike, who we had spoken to over the phone the evening before about the car. We were handed the keys and allowed plenty of time to drive the car and explore its features. Afterward, we told them that we had one more car to look at, and were surprised that there was no uncomfortable hard sell. Why? Because they know they only put quality vehicles on the lot, their customer service is top notch, and they don’t have to panic because we would be back. And they were right...the very next day we were back to finalize the deal. We sat in a comfortable office taking care of business and they even spared us the uncomfortable hand-off to the finance manager where the real hard sell typically begins. Casual, knowledgeable, and professional…that is what we experienced. And because of it, they have our loyalty. I wonder what we will buy next.

This is the best dealership in Seattle. They have a wide variety of luxury vehicles at very affordable prices. One of my favorite things about this place is they don’t bombard you with questions, ask you about money, make you look at other vehicles you’re not interested buying, there are no “dealer tricks” up their sleeves either. I was there on May 1st, and they were nothing but kind, Cyrus (salesman) was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and let me see all the ones I was interested in, he didn’t continuously ask me about money, how much I could put down, I told him what I could do and that was it, he made it happen. Paper work was done in like 30 minutes and it was on a Saturday, when you’re at normal dealerships they are always like “let me see what I can do with the numbers” always back and forth with you, not QAC though! They’re so professional but also friendly. Joe the (financial manager) worked with me as well, lowered my monthly payments and also found a warranty for the vehicle I wanted. He didn’t pressure me and make me feel small when I told him what I can and can’t afford. It was an overall wonderful experience. I WILL be going to this dealership for my next vehicle, and if you see this review and don’t check out this dealership, you’re dumb because this place is awesome! It was time to replace one of our vehicles with something more reliable. We didn’t want to purchase a used car from where we lived in the north east because our extreme winters really starts to wear cars down. So we turned to online shopping and found exactly what we were looking for all the way across the country at Quality Auto Center. At first I was hesitant about buying a car from out of state unseen, but as soon as I started talking to Cyrus he immediately made us feel more confident about it. Cyrus gave us any vehicle information we asked for. Pictures, videos, and he even had the car put on a lift and had pictures of the undercarriage taken. He and the team at QA were helpful through the entire process. When the car showed up it was EXACTLY how it was shown and described. Actually it we thought it was better. It still smelled like a new car and the interior was in perfect condition. Cyrus and the team exceeded our expectations. We will certainly look to them for our next car.
