My vehicle has been fixed right the fist time, every single time! I trust them. I especially appreciate Kevins (Service Manager) kindness and honesty. I have never once felt like I had been sold a service that I did not need. He always carefully listens to my concerns and explains my options. I went to get an oil change on a Thursday morning and even though they seemed pretty busy the staff was super welcoming and helpful. It was my first time at this Audi location and I was surprised to learn they had complementary Lyft rides so you don’t have to wait there for the service to be done ! They made the process very easy and returned my car washed and vacuumed. They will definitely continue to get my business for sure. Excellent customer service.

The service department goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I trust bringing my car here to get serviced as I know it will get the best care. Matt in the service department is really knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time in explaining exactly what will be done and how long it will take. He also was great at in keeping in touch with updates along the way. Also love that they send a video showing exactly what they checked in the service appointment and detailed explanation of what might be needed to be replaced. There was no pressure in buying any services or parts. Just clear explanation of what is needed for my car to keep me on the road. Very happy with my experience here!

Irresponsible and non-communicative customer service.After test driving a CL 550 we noticed that it has a cracked windshield. We negotiated on the price during two back to back visits (Sat and Sun) but didnt arrive at an agreement. However, 10 minutes after I leave the sales rep texts me to say they have accepted my offer. We talked the next day and he told me that since the windshield is a safety issue, they have to replace it and cannot release the car without replacing it. I asked if they have a timeframe and he said they have to check with their vendor and that he will let me know. The next day I follow up (and even tell him that I have located some windshields online) and he tells me that their vendor is trying to locate the right windshield and that he will let me know as soon as he has any info. Once again, I ask him to keep me updated so that we can move forward with the deal and he says ok. The next day I text him to get an update and he tells me that they sold the car to someone else!!! I reminded him that we had a deal and he said the other person was willing to buy it as is...pending windshield! WHICH IS WHAT WE HAD NEGOTIATED AND AGREED ON!!!! I would have been happy to put down a deposit, but the way he talked all along seemed like they couldnt move forward with the deal until the windshield was replaced.Lesson learned: when these guys say we have a deal; we just need to fix the windshield what they really mean is dont count on us.
This was my first ever experience buying a car, I had an absolutely great experience but I have to give a shout out to Lucas. He made the process so easy, was never pushy, was eager and excited to help and answer any questions I had. I would have never guessed he was new, he is extremely knowledgeable and kind, he truly is a valuable asset to the team from what it looks like. I highly recommend not only this dealership but Lucas.

Had surprisingly very good experience here after a few not so good ones with other dealers. Marc on the sales side was very helpful and easy to work with, and so was Tyrone the internet sales director. Finally the sales manager was also friendly and willing to make a deal without wasting much of time time. They also had no issues with me taking the used car to a toyota dealer for buyers inspection witch took a couple hours. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I came here with a used Fiat in mind and was extremely impressed with Dans customer service and ability to work with me on a price I was comfortable with. The sales manager, Wes was excellent as well.I bought my car under no warranty or extra tacked on fees and unfortunately, the next morning I ran over a screw which resulted in me needing a new tire. I was highly impressed that after reaching out to Dan and Wes, they refunded me for my tire although it technically was not their responsibility. Their promptness, honesty, and professionalism stands out and I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them down the road. Thank you University Audi of Lynnwood!
Called on a car that just arrived and was told it was there but going through inspection and was not available yet. Talked about my trade and that I was a buyer for the vehicle and to please notify me as soon as the car was available for sale. After multiple texts with the salesman I was informed that a deposit was placed on the vehicle and was no longer available. I was never given this option and was under the impression I had to wait u til the inspection was done. I had been looking for this exact specification vehicle for months. I cant stand this type of backdoor business and selling out from someone.

Came here for the first time. Kevin at service department is awesome! Quick service, cleaned my car and price is reasonable. Definitely will come back. Only suggestion is the appointment line is always busy. I almost give up. The online portal should have an appointment reschedule function. Overall it’s a good place to get your car taken care of!
We had a very pleasant experience with Audi Lynnwood. Mr. Marc Canas took very good care of us from the get go.He accommodated us with a last-minute appointment request for a test drive. We were able test drive the 2 vehicles we were interested in. He was very patient and answered all of our queries. He understood we were in the exploratory phase and gave us all the space we needed. We really appreciated this gesture.When we were ready to make our purchase, he offered us very competitive quotes and a very fair trade value for our car. Once again, this was a very hassle-free affair. This was such a pleasant experience that we decided to do business with Marc, despite the fact that we had originally planned for a different vehicle, with the Audi offering a close second.The purchase experience was very good as well. Marc took care of almost all of the process for us and made the actual transaction a breeze (all the papers ready to be signed) and we were in and out in a flash.Post-purchase, Marc took great care explaining every unique feature/tech of the vehicle that we purchased. Once again, he went out of his way answering all of our queries and briefing us on everything that wed be eligible for.Fast-forward a few days, Marc has followed up to make sure were enjoying our new ride. The system they have for showing the final inspection of the work is really well put together and makes you feel confident in the work completed.This is the first dealership I have worked with that is so upfront and honest. Had a great first experience with my Audi service. They sent me timely updates with live videos from my car’s servicing. They also took good care of Covid precautions and sanitization. Overall, liked the process. And Kevin was our service executive. He was very sorted throughout the process and was on top for all timely updates to us.

I called the service department about my 2001 A6 2.7T. Kevin answered all of my questions quickly with prices and estimated time frames for simple services and 1 major item ( timing belt replacement ) as an item I asked for....not something he suggested. Very helpful and ZERO pressure.After moving up to Mukilteo from Olympia.... I know where I will be taking my Audi from now on.Thx Kevin. You rock!!
Their service advisors/mechanics are certainly upselling on things that arent needed. DONT FALL FOR IT.I took my car in for an oil change and I asked for the transmission oil to be changed - per my request. They charged me for it and they did an inspection instead.Then, they proceeded to suggest repairs worth of nearly $2,000. (THAT I DIDNT NEED).I took my car to 4 mechanics, all had their own individual shops in Edmonds, Shoreline and a Lynnwood.Turns out the repairs I needed only cost me $600.I will never take my car here again and I suggest you be VERY careful before trusting dealerships, especially this one. Their service centers are money making, for any car company.P.S 1 start goes to the nice service they had: coffee and Lyft within the area.
Terrible customer service, I was talking to Tyrone (the internet sales manager) since Thursday saying that I was interested to buy a Mercedes C63 amg that they had... He took 2 days to answer me back, finally on Saturday someone called Marc calls me and I say “I want to give you a down payment to hold the car for me” so he said he would call me back on the same day to set up everything with me.... So nothing then on Sunday he sends me an email saying they sold the car....Such a terrible customer service and communication. Not recommend buying with them.
The only review I can give to this place is due to the service dept. I tried purchasing my vehicle here but they didnt seem like they wanted to sell me a car. Ended up purchasing elsewhere. But I do use the service dept dye to this being the closest audi service to my home. Brought in my Audi for service and had some issues but they solved all issues instantly. Because of the response to my issues I will be bringing my audi in for service here for as long as I live in the area. Great customer service.
I live in Idaho and was leery about purchasing a vehicle online because of not being able to test drive or even do a walk around but I felt comfortable enough to follow through after reading the reviews and bought a Volkswagen Tiguan S. My salesman Travis helped me though the process and I drove back to Idaho with no problems. After a couple days I noticed the transmission was acting up and come to find out, it needed a completely new transmission and my whole fear in the beginning was now a reality. After a couple days talking with Travis, he got the message out and the director, Mike, touched base with me to let me know it would be taken care of and my car was brought back to Seattle that day. My vehicle was made a priority and fixed with a completely new transmission (waiting for parts was the thing that took the longest). After it was fixed, they flew me out to Seattle, picked me up from the airport, filled my car with gas and I was on the road again. Yes, the problem wasn’t great at all, it was unforeseen but the resolution and the end was great when everything was said & done. Everyone was prompt at getting ahold of me to remedy the situation, and in the end, there was no haggling with the cost to fix the vehicle, I didn’t pay anything out-of-pocket from the car getting hauled back to the plane ticket, or even gas to drive back. It was a bad situation but the great review is because the way everyone at the dealership responded to it. They were understanding, awesome to deal with, and made sure there was communication during the whole process but they made sure I was completely taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better scenario because of how well they took care of me. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and recommend them also, especially if anyone had the same worries as myself.

Marc helped us agree on a deal prior to arriving in person; making the entire process very easy and relatively quick. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their staff. Best of all, our son is extremely excited.

Great people to work with!I found a Jeep they had listed online and inquired about it. Marc promptly responded and answered any questions I had. I flew to Seattle with a one way ticket and was prepared to take an Uber to the dealership, but to my surprise they had arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and the manager even called me when I landed in Seattle to make sure everything had went well. Everyone was very professional and Marc was great about making the process as easy as possible. I really appreciated how much time he took to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

As a first time car buyer, I am thankful for the patience and courtesy that Chris Cliff and Kjell afforded me. I came in to look for a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in great condition. At first I was hesitant, especially because there was no subaru certified pre owned warranty. They were not only able to fit a warranty in that fit my budget, but they went above and beyond even after I signed the papers.I was getting cold feet and 2 days prior to pickup requested that they bring the car to an independent shop for another inspection. Even though they were slammed busy, Chris and Kjell made it happen.After driving it back home I also discovered a very small chip on the passenger side mirror signal indicator allowing water inside the light housing. Chris and Kjell worked with me to get it fixed without me having to pay out of pocket or deal with insurance/warranty.Im impressed by the level of customer service and no questions asked attitude they have taken. They certainly didnt have to and made this experience memorable in all the right ways.
This place makes me feel good about paying what my Audi cost. I love my car, its dreamy. At this point its 3.5 years old, and little things occasionally need attention. EVERY TIME I come here for service, these guys are prompt, courteous, efficent and transparent. Their communication is excellent. During covid, they are amazing. There is a box for used pens, keys in a plastic bag, I felt really comfortable picking my car up. When it comes time to buy another car, this is the kind of service I am hoping for, and will bring me back to another Audi.

Bought a 2014 MINI Countryman S All4 from Greg Preciado a couple days ago and are very happy with his help. He was quick to greet us on a snowy day, very willing to help us look at the MINI, laid-back and low-pressure. We had a TERRIBLE experience at another dealer a couple days before our experience at University Audi Lynnwood. My wife was skeptical to be going out again looking at vehicles. I found the vehicle I was looking for on their website, contacted them and spoke with Dan Klock. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I told him what my thoughts were and he went out looked at the vehicle, took it for a drive and reported back to me withing a half hour. We went to look at the vehicle the next morning and had about an hour before we had to go to an event. The vehicle was CLEAN (unlike the previous dealer) and in great shape, just like he had reported to me. I told Dan the plan for the day (if things worked out price/trade etc.) and he was ready, met us, we test drove, talked trade, price etc. We had to leave for our event and Dan kept us updated as to progress during the event. After our event I called Dan back, and told he we were on our way. Dan had our vehicle detailed, fueled and ready for delivery. Once we returned to the dealership, we were only there an hour, signed and ready to go. I cant say enough GOOD about Dan and the whole team at University Audi Lynnwood. They treated us well, my wife was impressed and he treated my kids with respect and caring.

So I didn’t end up purchasing the red 2018 S4. I thought long and hard about it. I love the ride. And Ryan was one hell of a salesman. My wife urged me to get the car. She told me over and over to purchase the vehicle because I deserve it and work so hard. For my own reasons the timing wasn’t right. I found a vehicle I was interested in via Carfax. I sent out a request for information through them and was contacted by Tyrone Lawrence the same day. I live nearly 100 miles away from the dealership so we set up an appointment to see the vehicle. I had several discussions via email with Mr. Lawrence, even early in the morning hours before the dealership opened. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. We ended up buying the vehicle in a very smooth transaction and Mr. Lawrences personal touch at the end was more than amazing!
I went in for service on 10.30 and worked with Kevin. The only reason that this isnt a Five Star rating is, I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but it still took over two hours? I understand with COVID things are not as timely but this seems a little excessive. That being said Kevin was excellent and apologetic of the time delay. He offered addl services without the usual pressure techniques which I appreciated greatly!
I purchased a CPO 2017 Audi A6 with the help of Vadim. I had been looking for an A6 for close to a year and Vadim took the time to understand how particular I am. His excellent communication skills came in handy because I found this car on the University Audi website two weeks prior to it being certified CPO and officially ready to go. I put a deposit down and Vadim kept in touch every couple of days with status updates. I plan to work with him again on my next vehicle purchase.

Nothing but great things to say about my 2017 A4. I have had it for just about a year now and took it in for its 40k service. Fife Audi service shop unfortunately discovered a coolant leak that needed repair. After a bit of back and forth if this was covered under warranty it was determined that the car was 2 weeks out of warranty and the service was not to be covered.The reason for the bad review for Lynnwood is because of what I learned about my warranty. When I purchased the car at Lynnwood it had gone through all checks to pass for Certified Pre-Owned which would have extended my warranty for another year. What they fine printed me on was the fact that there was an open recall on the vehicle and if I purchase the car at that time I would not receive the additional 1 year warranty that would have covered this service. A car can not be CPO with open recalls, and the sales team at Audi Lynnwood sweet talked the deal and never really explained the consequence for taking the car home that day. So I ended up signing papers that basically would void any warranty that could have been in place if the recall was corrected.It is really unfortunate that the Audi Lynnwood sales team was unwilling to work with me to cover what really was a small cost in the grand scheme of things.I love my Audi and my next car will be an Audi but it will not be from The Lynnwood dealership.
The salesman: Vadim was very helpful. I bought a preowned car from University Audi Lynnwood and I have no real complaints. Even though its an Audi dealership Vadim was able to answer questions about the car I was interested in (BMW) and made the whole process really quick. He walked me through the whole thing. I think I was in and out in about an hour and a half (including a vehicle inspection of my trade-in, the actual trade in and buying my next car) with nothing done in advance. Bottom line Vadim was very honest, relaxed, and a pleasure to work with.The dealership: Finance was a breeze; nothing hidden with everything upfront. The signing of paperwork took me maybe 10 minutes if that and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The only thing I wish I had gotten that I did not was a little more money for my trade-in but thats to be expected. Its not a very large dealership, but its not small either. I liked that because large dealerships can be hectic so if you arent decided where to go buy your next car this place is definitely worth a trip!
This review is for the service department. My experience was absolutely terrible! I called in on July 8th to make an appointment to bring my S5 in for service and spoke with Liz Mitchell. She rifled off a couple of dates until we landed on one that worked with my schedule. When I asked her if I would be able to get a loaner vehicle with that appointment she said “unfortunately, there aren’t any available that day.” She said that she would be able to get me into a loaner today, July 16th at 1 pm, so I booked that appointment. Well... I just showed up and guess what? No loaner. Kevin Fountain said I could leave me car and they would drop my off at my house. How nice considering I took time off of work to make this appointment that was schedule 8 DAYS AGO. What a joke. I’ll take my business elsewhere!
We had an amazing experience at this dealership. When we walked in the first time we were a bit skeptical because they said they had the car we saw online but the service department hadn’t inspected it. Within the week a wonderful sales associate Mark gave us a call to say it was in and was more than helpful. We felt very respected and taken care of despite our young appearance (which has been a problem at some dealerships). Not only did we walk away with a car we liked but they stayed open late just to make sure that we were getting the car we loved. Wish I could say more but I guess if you are reading this review my recommendation is visiting because even if you don’t know if you will buy a car, they will help you with a smile on their face the entire time! Great collection of cars in excellent condition, reasonably priced. Worked with Marc Canas over a couple of weeks. Very friendly, no high pressure tactics, professional and courteous. Test drove a 2016 CPO Audi purchased for a no haggle price. Paperwork was quick and efficient and manager did not pressurize me into buying extended warranty etc. Car was delivered home at promised time and communication was prompt along the way. Highly recommend the dealership and Marc if you are in the market for good CPO cars.

I called and set up an appointment to come look at a vehicle, Tyrone was so nice and personable on the phone and the reviews for this dealership were overall promising so I was so excited to come in and test drive then buy the bmw I wanted. Unfortunately, immediately upon arrival we felt unimportant and more of a bother to our sales man, Marc. As soon as we walked in he asked for our ID and insurance so we could go on a test drive which is great but he didnt go out with us to go over the car he didnt ask how our extremely long drive was at all he was cold and rude and as I was asking if I could use the restroom he didnt even let me finish my sentence before interrupting me, pointing behind me and saying you can use the restroom over there. With the amount of money I was about to spend I wanted to feel welcome and listened to. He ignored everything we said. My husband mentioned he does most of his own work then marc kept calling him a mechanic...he is not a mechanic but marc wouldnt know as he never asked. We mentioned multiple times where we were from for him to later turn around and ask if we were from Washington??? This is the strangest experience Ive ever had when at a dealership about to spend this amount of money. My husband bought his M4 from Elliott Bay they were amazing I highly suggest them if youd like to be treated with respect when buying a high end vehicle. I could not work or carry on with Marc I tried multiple times. I ended up buying the exact same car in a different color at BMW of Portland and the drive was well worth it to be treated with kindness and respect. My husband and I are young for the money we make and Im wondering if its because of this or maybe the fact that we drove in, in one of our less expensive daily drivers that we were blown off or not taken seriously but we have already warned our friends not to purchase here and sent others to Elliot Bay.

I bought a used 2005 VW Passat from this dealer on the agreement that it had been thoroughly inspected and approved in great mechanical condition.24 hours later the check engine light was on. 72 hours after purchase the car would not run. The repairs of this vehicle were going to cost close to $3000.Despite the car being older and purchased without warranty, Kjell and Andrey worked alongside their management to get the approval for me to be reimbursed for the purchase of the car, the tow to the service shop, the cost of the diagnostic, and for my flight home as I was buying this car in hope to drive it to where I live in California.This dealership is honest and has honest customer relations.
They were very helpful. We bought a certified pre-owned Audi here and it was very good transition. We flew to Seattle from Michigan and Dennis (sale manager) even helped us for the paperwork that needed to be done in Michigan for registering the car. Both the salesman (Tony) and the sale manager were very nice, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place. After we bought the car, the mirror that they installed was not calibrated right so the dealership paid for recalibration of the camera. This dealership is very nice, people are nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend this dealership.
We came in late on a Saturday 15 min before closing and the salesman came out to help even though they were closing soon. Showed us the vehicles we were interested in and didn’t pressure us at all. He was off the next day but set us up with Mark the next day, he had the car out first thing in the morning (Sunday) for us to test drive, and let the car sell it self! He was so helpful with all the technology in the car and all the “bells and whistles” and in a few short hours later my wife ended up with a wonderful Q5! Next time we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely look at University Audi in Lynnwood!
I appreciated Tyrone’s low pressure approach. He really let me look over the car on my own and didn’t hound me. I also appreciated the quick purchase process. A suggestion would be to ask the customer about their payment method before you prepare any paperwork, would save time and confusion on some financing fees that might not apply. Overall excellent experience and I’m loving my new car.

I bought a Mercedes Benz C-300 from University Audi Lynnwood dealership and I am loving the car so far. Tyrone, who was the salesman, was super friendly and helpful. I flew from Boise, Idaho to pick up the car in Seattle and I was honestly super nervous since it my first car purchase but luckily everything went super smooth. They picked me up from the airport (Thanks Danny for picking me up and being very welcoming), which was super nice of them, offered me snacks, took care of all the paperwork super fast and handed me the car with full tank. The car was in excellent condition and exactly as described. After weeks of my car purchased, I noticed that my exterior door handle lights were burned out and when I contacted the Manager (Dennis), despite buying the car AS IS, he helped me right away replaced the exterior door handle lights. All I could say is that I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend anyone out of state to get in touch with these guys. I promise they will take care of you. Tyrone was absolutely amazing! It was almost a month of car searching and speaking with numerous car salesman, so I definitely had experience the various types. He was such a pleasure to work with, I didnt feel pressured at all. We had to bring our newborn and he was very accommodating. If we ever need a car again and they have what were looking for we will most definitely reach out to him.

One of the things I enjoy the least in life is buying a used car. I go into the experience with a sense of dread, wondering if I can trust the person who is selling me it. True story: Left vehicle for oil change and minor repairs. Received call about timing belt and tensioner which would need service in near future. Went to pick up vehicle that I had driven to shop, and it did not start. I discussed this and the service advisor claimed coincidence that the problem happened while the vehicle was being repaired. I was given quote for repairs, 2648$, seemingly a bit much for a vehicle worth about 9000$ on the open market.I spoke with other shops, and found a detailed quote, line for line, for 1498$ from #1 Yelp ranked competitor.Given the embarrassment of accepting a well running vehicle for an oil change, and handing keys back to customer to a vehicle that would not even start, one would figure the shop would at least attempt to save face by matching the competitors price. They did not.I had the vehicle towed out of the Audi garage to the competitor, where repairs were completed in timely fashion, for the market rate.Was I unreasonable to figure that the customer would expect a serviced vehicle to be in at least as good shape when picking up as when dropping off.I liken it to a medical procedure. If a patient with health problems comes in for a physical, and leaves in a body bag, would it be appropriate for the medical practice to claim zero responsibility? Is there not an expectation that if you walk into a medical providers office, that you will walk out?Go to Stones German Garage instead if you need repairs done on your Audi

FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTTook my car in for an oil change.-Asked if they used oil certified for European cars (as a joke) and the tech said he didnt know.-Said there was a complementary wash and vacuum. There was neither, at all.-They adjusted my drivers seat all over the place.+ Car is not leaking oil+ Car seems to be running as good as it wasI will not go back there.

Went to University Audi a couple years ago to check out a Touareg. Wasn’t my liking and so did not pursue the vehicle. However the service and attention I got from GREG PRECIADO was great. He never did try to sell anything not force me. He showed me what I asked for and respected my opinions.This made me go back to University Audi again this Feb. Went there looking for something very specific. A used B8.5 S4 manual transmission. They did not have it. And so I test drove an A6. Again, there was not pressure.The very next day I got a text from Greg saying that a car with the exact specs that I was looking for came in and wanted me to have a first look at it.Throughout the entire process of the car being inspected and certified Greg kept me updated on the status.Thanks to him, now I am a proud owner of a beautiful black B8.4 S4 with Manual transmission.
