This is a new place. Magic Toyota moved here from the location they used to have before, which is just up the street/next block. The older location became selling used cars only.The staff at this location seem to be friendly, I dealt with few of them especially at the service department. I can say that the place gets really really busy. So, no wonder if you end up asking for a part in your car to be fixed, they might miss order the right part, and they might also not call you when the part arrives.This has happened with me personally, but one of the service agents at this location and his name is Brandan did a great job making up for the miss his colleague has created.I have also seen him trying to help other costumers who have been waiting for sometime, because one of the female service agents apparently wasnt on the top of her work.I think the management her should pay a lot of attention to all the details and ensure that customers expectations are met.Good luck.
Dekking as al car shops does, but honest.
Tommy was the sales person who helped us. Very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He let the cars speak for themselves. I dont think the Toyota is the right fit for us at this time. I wish we could do business with Tommy. He really listened to what we were looking for.
Short version: checkout CarMax across the street.Long version:We have been shopping for two cars. After visiting about a dozen dealerships we have bought one and were hoping to buy one from Toyota Magic. After a salesman gave us a quote on the price that was a bit too high for us we told him that we need to sleep on it. We like doing our research before spending 16+K. That made him mad, was disrespectful to the idea of me asking my dads opinion on this car (who is a car mechanic) and wouldnt shake my hand after I thanked him for his time. He took the quote out of my wifes hands and drumatically crumpled the paper. I havent seen a salesman behave this way.Shame the quality of this Toyota salesman was so much lower than their cars. The price probably wasnt bad and I would have seriously considered buying it after doing a bit more research on Consumer Reports, but I sure not coming back to this place after tonights experience.
Took some to.e to look at a vehicle we were ready to buy then we were told the vehicle had serious title issues. Cant understand whybit was even out in the lot priced to sell.
Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, not really any good deals on the cars, unfortunately.
Our car salesman was helpful to a point super pushy kept telling me I was wrong and told me every car he showed us that that one was the best. If I go back I definitely dont want to give him my business!
Drove up there for license plates and they didnt have them.Very big disappointed.Update... Used car, Mercury 2003, paid CASH for, stopped running after 38 Days and I called the dealer and they didnt do anything to remedy the situation and I am going to make sure that nobody I know is wasting a second at this place.
