The rating is for the sales person Alyssa Stiller. The dealership would be three stars. They put gas in the car for me …. Almost a half tank. There was no spare tire and they found a way to not offer 3 months coverage on anything. Danny has been great to communicate with. The service took a few days, and he offered up an Uber and a rental car depending on what would work best. All concerns were taken care of timely. However, as I left the lot I noticed 3 more items and called Danny, and he was able to get me back in the next day to diagnose. That is today. So, I’m waiting to here about next steps. Overall the team has been very professional and responsive in correcting the concerns with this newly purchased vehicle. Only 4 stars though even though the service has been good because there have been several issues with the new/used car after a week of owning.

I had taken my Ford F-150 to another Ford service center in North Seattle and had a bad experience with poor customer service. Such a great change going to Harris Ford - great service, great work, complimentary Lyft ride to/from home and very friendly staff. Highly recommend going there over other closer dealerships.
I have been going to this location for ten plus years. They have always been straight forward and honest, and when there has been miscommunications they have apologized profusely and did there best to right the situation. They have fixed my car a couple times from wear and tear and I have no issues later on. Trust these guys with my car absolutely. I have a Ford.Danny has helped me and has been great as well. Everyone is nice there. But it is a business and they are usually really busy.
We are coming off an incredibly enjoyable experience at Harris Ford with Sean and Malakai. My wife and I had a clear idea of what we wanted and these two gentlemen never played the classic games you experience at dealerships. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and generous assistance of Spencer and Beshoy at Harris Ford. They were quick to respond to my interest in a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. They dynamically utilized all methods of communication to provide information to every question. It was easy to schedule a short notice test drive and they provided expert knowledge on every aspect of the vehicle, further strengthening my personal research. They efficiently organized and provided all the resources and tools needed to purchase a car in less than 24 hours from seeing the website ad. Received professional service from a well trained courteous staff. In addition, desplayed great attention to detail: repaired items still under warranty. No out of pocket! I made an appointment for an oil change, and asked when I called to confirm how long it would take and was told 1 hour to max an hour and a half. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and after 2 hours asked how much longer it was going to be and was told another hour because they were just starting on my vehicle! Also, my paperwork says I requested a tire rotation and I did not, I dont mind because they probably needed it but dont add services and say I requested them!

Just had an awesome experience today buying a Ford Escape! Quickly, Bill Aldridge had emailed me informing me the car was available and if Id like to come in for a test drive. We went back and forth for a bit as I wanted to negotiate before going in so I hopefully avoid having a similar experience as I did at the prior dealer.Bill and Ronnie who helped with closing the deal were nothing short of kind, informative, straight forward and time efficient which I personally love.I filled out a credit application, gave them the copy of my pre-approval from my bank and I was out of there. Just bought a car from these guys on Thursday, engine is already making a strong burning smell with minimal driving, tire sensors are busted and there’s a massive dent on bottom passenger side when the car fax was clean so something happened but probably wasn’t reported. People were nice but clearly tried to rush us along so we wouldn’t notice. Spouse is furious, would not buy from them again. We genuinely feel played.

As a first time car buyer, I never thought it would have been so easy to do as such. Both Beshoy and his manager Spencer, made the experience interactive and smooth. They kept in contact and didnt disappear like Ive experienced before. They even went as far as meeting me halfway to the dealership, as I did not have my own car, so I could finalize the purchase of an awesome Jeep Renegade! Have had my car serviced here and have also sold a car here. Both experiences were very good. They gave me a better offer than Carmax, and went out of their way to correct an error they made on some of our documentation. Employees are attentive and friendly.

I went to Harris Ford Lincoln to look at a 2018 Camry. The salesmen Spencer and Beshoy quickly went over the Carfax. When I asked about the fuel pump replacement to the vehicle, they kept dancing around the question instead of directly answering it. I told them that I wanted the vehicle taken to my preferred mechanic for a complete inspection. They were very insistent that I skipped the inspection. They used pressure tactics to try to get me to purchase the vehicle. I had to reiterate several times that I needed time to think about the purchase before they backed off. Buyer beware. They will try to sell you a lemon and wont care.
Had a great experience. Our salesman Ronnie was great with my 4yo. The sales manager was very easy to negotiate with and very personable and Jacob the finance person was very excellent to work with. Best dealer experience I’ve ever had.

Service department is terrible. I made an appointment online for a simple oil change. When booked there were about 10 time slots throughout the day giving you the impression they would work on you car sometime shortly after you bring it in. When I brought my truck in my Service provider asks me when Ill be back, I said Im waiting for it, I made an appointment. He proceeds to tell me that they dont schedule oil changes. They do them as things free up. Then warns me it may take a couple hours. Three hours later, ZERO communication about my truck and when it will be done. Their confirmation email said nothing about this all day experience for AN OIL CHANGE! They obviously dont care about their customers time and Im going to find some place that values my business

After making an appointment for both airbags to be replaced in my 2006 Ford Fusion, I finally appear on my October 5th 9:00 a.m. appointment only to have one airbag replaced in record time and without any type of lift or Uber back to my home. My vehicle was not washed or vacuumed out as Harris Ford has shown in the past to be their trademark and customer service which left me even more disappointed.After realizing that only one airbag had been replaced I refused to return to Harris Ford for them to complete the job and continued on to Bill Pierre Ford to have the passenger airbag replace on the 20th of October. Service was minimal at Harris Ford and the so-called inspection of my vehicle failed since it was not performed correctly to show any problems safety or otherwise in my vehicle to which I know needs replaced. Itll be a long time coming before I return to Harris Ford.
Going in to buy a vehicle was a troubling decision for us. My wife and I debated on whether we wanted to shop and buy online or go in the old fashioned way. We decided we’d give this place a chance, so we made the drive down on a weekend. Our sales rep Beshiy instantly greeted us and made us feel welcome! He pulled the car upfront, and showed us what it had to offer. We weren’t planning to buy first time in but it was hard not to, we ended up moving forward with a very nice F-250 and we couldn’t be happier! I recommend this place.

Our second truck purchase and Harris made the process easy; they were fair and professional throughout. Our product rep, Winston, was looking out for us but was also a fair negotiator representing his company. People in the industry should aspire to deliver the service and integrity that Winston and his team provided.
I went to the dealership interested in a truck they had and the salesman asked if he could take my truck and get it appraised. When he came back there were multiple chips in the paint on the doors where they clearly were dinged on something. Then we negotiated a price for the vehicle and at multiple time I requested my own keys back and they straight out refused to give me my trucks keys. The only way I could leave was by buying the truck. Unfortunately it didn’t end there. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve had 6 problems with the truck that were not disclosed up front. All of these problems should have been addressed by the dealership before selling. Luckily the guys in the service department are really good and were able to take care of everything so far. Knowing what I know now, I would tell people to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Not to mention everyone you talk to there is very condescending.
Overall positive experience, I would recommend Harris Ford and is highly probablethat I will purchase another vehicle from them. Salesforce work hard to match my requirements with inventory, and clearly communicated available options. Remote pre-sales activities including pre-approval before arrival was straightforward. Vehicle matched the online description, was properly detailed and sold with full tank. Finance process was quick with minimal up-sell.My only recommendation for improvement would before them to accept larger amount on CC for down payment, in these modern times customers shouldnt be required to leverage physical checks

At this Location (facility), I found a wonderful gentleman whose name is Mahdi that helped me a lot during my purcshe of Ford Escape Titanium AWD car. He spent every second to assist me buy the best car and I found thsat car really nice. He trained me with the features and all the necessary measures I should take for a safe drive. Spencer is also the one who I found an amazing guy in the dealership that asisist me much in the decision of the purchse and the pricing. Both guys are very friendly with customer like me and are smart enough to handle customer in a manner that is really likable. They are an asset to the company I think, meet them when you decide to buy car from that dealership.

My rating is by far not on account of the salesman I dealt with. He was great. Sadly Harris couldnt get payments in the range I wanted, plus I was trying to get out of a lease and they actually got the wrong payoff amount. So I ended up going somewhere else and got a vehicle. A week after I was in, I got a phone call from someone, I didnt get his name, but as soon as he heard I got a vehicle somewhere else, and I was trying to tell him about them getting the wrong payoff, he totally hung up on me like a child having a temper tantrum. So professional!! I will never go back to Harris!
This location is a disgrace to the supposed professionalism they claim and advertise for themselves. They have been anything but professional. I have a company vehicle I had work done, and had to have another part ordered. They said they would do so and call me back when the part arrived. This part was critical and was relevant to the fundamental operation of my vehicle. However, they did not call me back at all. In fact I called them four times over the course of four weeks and was never able to get in touch with the technician I had been assigned. Emails notifying that technician to call me back were sent during the first two phone calls, and eventually, on the third phone call, another email was also sent to the supervisor, but even then--no call back or update of any kind.I finally made enough bluster that I was able to get through to some kind of supervisor on the fourth phone call--THREE WEEKS later. From him I was able to get in touch with the technician that had been assigned to me. The tech told me that he was sorry that he had forgotten to call me back. For three weeks. At a FORD DEALERSHIP. Not some local Jack whos doing mechanical work out of his garage, but the professional, official Ford dealership, just forgot to call me back because they were busy.Whatever, right? People make mistakes. Okay, I said, well, can we get this done now? Yes, they can, they tell me. We schedule it for the following week. Well, on the DAY OF my appointment, early that morning, when I am just about out the door to go take my vehicle in, after I have made sure I cleared my whole day of calls (because I cannot work without my truck and all the equipment I have in it), that same Tech tells me he needs to reschedule me AGAIN. For the FOLLOWING week.So, needless to say, I said no. I said I will take my business elsewhere. Then, he says I can do what I want but my company is still going to be charged for a restocking fee because they ordered the part. Utterly unprofessional, unethical, and just plain wrong. They broke their word, were either incompetent or irresponsible, and proved themselves to be unworthy of their high-minded advertisements.Go elsewhere, to those who will actually follow through and do what they say they will do.

Bought a 2019 Chevy Crew Cab Pickup at Harris Ford a few days ago. Grantham (my sales rep) was totally AWESOME to work with, and positive throughout. I put him through a long day comparing multiple used vehicles, trying to stay within my budget, while even considering a possible new purchase. I finally purchased the like new pickup I initially came in to buy. Steve in Finance was another pleasant surprise. He was GREAT to work with and managed to get me an even better rate than I was approved for elsewhere. Both men were a pleasure to work with. The vehicles and Dealership were very clean. ALL the staff I dealt with were very professional, and easier to deal with than I have experienced most times in purchasing a vehicle. Great job guys!
Started contacting this dealership inquiring to buy a new kia telluride.I sent the inquiry message, along with my contact info. 2 days later I got many texts while I was at work and couldn’t reply. When I got home that evening I looked at my phone to find another text “hi just wondering if you had time to discuss with your husband”. I am single and have no husband. I didn’t reply. They texted me asking again if I’m still interested. I copy and pasted the message I received and told them I am no longer interested in doing business with their dealership. His reply was “sorry I must’ve confused with one of my other clients who is married”. Unprofessional to say the least.

The process although long went very wellHowever had an appointment, was there early. The car I came to look at was across the street. It was totally out of gas. Waited fuel. Then the battery was dead. Finally got it going and I ended up buying the car. But, I just wish they would have been more prepared.
Terrible car buying experience.They lied, were disrespectful, aggressive, and always changing their story.I left with the vehicle I wanted, but it exhausting, stressful, and dishonest from the start.I was lied to by the salesman, the sales manager, and the finance person. They all work together, none of them will take any responsibility, and they will all toss the problem to one another without fixing the issues.
Quite possibly the WORST service Ive ever received. In summary:-16 unanswered phone calls-Went to check on my car (see issue above) it was in the parking lot unlocked, keys in the ignition, gas empty and battery dead. The left it running for however long it takes to idle through 15 gallons of gas.-7 days to figure out warranty info (I did it within 10mins by calling 1800 Ford)-Dysfunctionality appears to be systemic and they need to wipe the slate-Was told I didnt need bolts in the factory installed hitch pictured below.(that was BS, interested in what you think)I have on record 16 phone calls in three days where Im trying to get a status. I was ONLY able to reach the service rep IF he happened to be the one picking up the phone.No work was done on my car for an entire week because they couldnt figure out the warranty. I called the 1-800 ford national number and the woman on the phone ironed it out within 10 minutes (it was absolutely 100% covered).After 16 basically unanswered calls I decided I needed to just stop by on a Friday afternoon. I asked for the keys to grab some stuff out of the car and they couldnt find them. Turns out he left them in the ignition, gas was empty and battery was dead. The left it running for however long it takes to idle through 15 gallons of gas.I was going to have it towed to another dealership, but they pleaded and I caved... seems like everything is working after week two.When I went to checkout, ZERO mention of the absolute catastrophe.I posted in the FordTransitUSA forum and several offers from other techs/dealers from across the country to make it right (meaning they arent all like this).

I usually get chased off by salesmen’s general demeanor to just force a sale on you. Gus was excellent and he was the deciding factor in my decision to make the purchase. Make sure you ask for Gus!

I got my 2011 MKZ serviced here a few days ago. During my oil change my service rep. Daniel noticed something wrong with one of my tires that could have easily led to a serious accident if they had not checked everything. Robert (Bobby) took great care of me yesterday when I was looking for a new truck for my business. He knew a lot, and when he didn’t know a detail, he would go check his references. That is important—I have had other salespeople tell me whatever they wanted (even if it wasn’t true) to make the sale, but he verified the details. He also was down to earth and not pushy. The rest of the sales experience was easy, too. Would recommend highly.

I was looking online for a new car and saw a 2019 ecosport. I called and got connected to Robert and was able to make an appointment the same day. When I asked if there were another colors, he was kind to look at the inventory and let me know. When I got there, the car was ready for me to test drive, everyone was wearing a mask. The process was smooth and efficient. Everyone that helped me was knowledgeable. I left that night with a new car that I love and can see myself driving for a long time!
Nick and the rest of the team were great to work with. My process was about 3 weeks long and Nick was always prompt in answering my emails. When it was time to physically look at and drive trucks he spent as much time as needed showing me different trucks and answering all my questions. When it was time to talk numbers the rest of the team was great to work with. Im very happy with my new truck and the over all experience at Harris Ford.
