Kisha is knowledgeable about cars and smart, detailed and efficient with the financing. We were in and out - test drive, trade-in, financing - all of it, in an hour and one-half. One week after purchase an automatic window of our new purchase quit working and Tal fixed it for free in 10 minutes. Overall had a very good experience with this location and Kisha (the owner I believe). We had a trade that she valued fairly (I decided to sell private anyway). Purchased a vehicle that was correctly priced and Kisha was very responsive and helpful thru out the process. Many of the negative reviews about this location are about car repairs or “as is” sales. If you are going to buy a car as is you either need to 1- go have a mechanic check it out, or 2- get a warranty or know there may be issues. When a car is not certified the dealer cannot know all potential issues. Additionally, a family run business cannot sell at good values and then spend $$ every time something breaks on the car you bought “as is”. If you don’t know cars, or don’t have car buying skills please have someone help you purchase who does. This is a good team of people that are running a solid business and I believe they are always trying to do the right thing.

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! After researching, and researching, and RESEARCHING what I wanted, I found my car at this car lot. We live a couple hours away, & it was mid-winter, so of course I sent my husband...and his beat bud....right over the pass topic it up & drive it back, before dark! God, that man loves me...lol. I emailed back & forth with Kisha. She was great, and even held the car for a few days so we could arrange the best options for travel over!I have had the car for over 6 months now, and still absolutely in LOVE! Best car and truck buying experiences ever!

I can not say enough great things about my experiences with this lot. I have bought two vehicles from them Audi Q7 and an Audi Q5. Hands down the quickest, easiest and most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. Both my vehicles were solid and I felt safe driving both of them in the dark on my 120 mile round trip to work every day. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, they made me feel comfortable. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to the Price is Right Auto Sales.

I wish Id listened to the other reviewers who warned us not to buy from here. We purchased a great looking older Denali from The Price Is Right Auto Sales earlier this month. It drove well on our test, had some miles on her, but was exactly what we were looking for to haul our camper. After agreeing to our price I found the exact same vehicle listed for $497 less on another site but we didnt receive a discount. We purchased, left and took it in the next day to look over some of the things we knew it would need. Well, that turned our $8k vehicle into a $12k+ purchase. The steering column was leaking, the back door lock didnt work, it had multiple gasket leaks (which our trusted mechanic said will happen with time but usually if its looked over by a shop they should have replaced them before selling the car), and needed a complete fluid flush. And, thats not all. We just took it out to pull our trailer and now realize there isnt power to the trailer brakes so weve got an appointment to fix that at the end of the month. For as much $$$$ as this car will end up costing we could have purchased a much newer vehicle. We will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend anyone purchase from them.

I purchased my 2nd car from this dealership about about 2 months ago and I absolutely love it! I live a couple hours from the dealership so I messaged them about the vehicle I was interested in and got a quick response with answers to all my questions. Arriving at the dealership, I was pleased to see the car ready for me to test drive and freshly detailed. The owner, Kisha, was very pleasant to work with which is one of the reasons why I decided to purchase from this dealership a second time. Not only was she super sweet and helpful, she made everything a breeze! I had 3 children with me so that was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dont do it.If you mention taking the car your interested in to get a buyers inspection by an outside shop, she will offer a 6 month warranty to you, straight up. Take that warranty because in 3-5 months, it wont run anymore.And make sure to check the stuff on the car before you drive out off the lot! She wont tell you if something doesnt work or defective on your new purchase. She has no problem selling as is even if the vehicle isnt road worthy.

Good guys to buy a car from. Which I did. I wish I could say that all went smooth. I went to my bank for funding and after that didnt work. I let Marty find financing for me which he did at 4%. I got the car and went on a road trip to Mount Vernon. The engine light came on so I called them and they took care of me. I have a new catalytic converter in my car and I am happy as a clam. I would buy from them again.

After finding a vehicle that was in my budget on their website I went in to this dealership. When discussing the vehicle and options with the owner, Kesha, stated she would be able to throw in a 6 month warranty! This was excellent to hear... until I asked if it would be ok to bring to a mechanic to check it out. She then told me the warranty is off the table if I get it inspected. . . Why would that be I wonder?We took it in to a shop got a buyers inspection and it came out everything appearing to be ok with the car.Since I wanted the peice of mind with warranty I asked about adding the 6month warranty that she took off the deal. She stated I could only get a 2 year warranty... not 6 month as she was going to add. . . Because the bank wouldnt finance the 6 month only a 2 year .. odd.The next day head lights dont work. We fix ourselves instead of returning to dealership.Fastforward 3 months ... the engine had some smoke and misfires so we take it to a shop.The transmission needs replaced... which a warranty would have covered...This dealership is shady and was not a pleasure to deal with and now Im stuck with a broken transmission 3 months after getting a new car.I would think twice before investing any money on vehicles from this lot.Be advised.

Bought two cars here so far and also checking for the next one. i traded in a couple cars too. they have beautiful cars that all come detailed and clean. problems are addressed usually before they get sold to you. they dont have a super mechanic but the one they got does a pretty good job. super easy to work with .if there is anything you dont like about something that is bothering you. They are more then willing to work something out as long as its reasonable. fixes and prices. And if you notice something they will take care of it. I have had way way way better experiences with this place then so many other places, that are playing salesmen and not customer service. highly recommended . a bit pricey on some and pretty decent on others in my opinion. but they take care of you here. if im ever shopping around for another used vehicle this is one place i check out 1st. but understand, dont low ball them with ridiculous offers. be reasonable, it is a business, work with them and they will work with you.

Purchased the car end of Feb, and was very satisfied with the sales people and the deal on the car was better than I expected. The car was in excellent shape and clean and just happy that I got there when I did because before we even finished the deal another buyer was looking the car over for purchase for their daughter. Am very happy with the dealership and their efforts to make purchasing a car painless as possible. Back in August The Price Is Right Auto Sales, sold me a black Dodge Caliber. Low miles and no noticeable scratches and no dents. The price was 5k over the value of the car, but I brought the car anyways. A week later, I was hearing really bad noises and the car wasnt driving very well. Turns out the suspension was bad, really bad. The oil pan gasket is leaking. And the car has trouble starting up. Every time I get something fixed something else goes wrong. Getting this car from The Price Is Right Auto Sales was the worst mistake.

The vehicles here are a little pricey here but they actually are a better vehicle for your buck.They have lower mileage, nicer ammenities in the vehicles, cleaner, and so far so good the car we got has everything working. I was rude at first because they wouldnt come off the price but Im apologizing and will be back if I am in need of another vehicle. The owner is pleasant showing cars and not pushy. The vehicles once you drive them sells them self.

I would never buy a used car anywhere else. Kisha is so knowledgeable about cars and financing. The added bonus that weve known each other for 25+ years, she knew exactly what I would like. I went to her lot with a specific car in mind (my dream BMW!), but she wouldnt let me buy it without showing me a couple other cars she thought I would like and having me test drive them before taking the BMW out for a spin. She just wanted to make sure that I was making the best decision for myself and that I had all the options in front of me. Because the BMW is a diesel, she gave me both the pros and cons of a diesel engine so I knew what I was getting myself into. Ive known for a long time that shes incredibly smart and knows her business inside and out, but Ive never been more impressed with someone. She is clearly passionate about her job and, more importantly for her customers, she cares deeply about getting everyone into the best car for them and with the best deal possible. I suggest everyone who is looking for a quality used car at an incredibly affordable price should definitely go see Kisha at The Price is Right!! Love you girl!!

I wish I could give them no stars. This place needs to be shut down. I have gotten 2 cars from them. First one was okay, the second ones transmission went out after 2 months of having it. Took it to a transmission shop that is now shut down and the transmission went out again the other night. Went in to ask for some help and Kisha the very rude woman that runs the place started making excuses then told me that she is not going to do anything for me. Again. I have bought 2 cars from them. Avoid them at all cost. They are very rude and unprofessional and love to lie.

I do wish I could give just one more star. Came in with a year of (good) credit history with a single credit card, as a first time car buyer. I came here because I read somewhere that they will look for financing for you. I knew exactly the car I wanted, exactly what I was looking for in it, and decided to close the deal knowing I needed to fix a few things to make it right. Kisha went into the office, came back shortly with the first credit offer of 11.99% with a low down payment, but insisted she should be able to find something much better than that. Good to her word, she comes back a while later with 3.49% with no down payment. She wrote up the paper work, took care of the licensing, and when I came back two hours later to pick up the car shed tied birthday balloons to the car. Didnt think shed even notice it was my birthday. I dont see me buying another car any time soon, but if I do Ill be checking this lot first. Anyone else buying a car, give this place a look as your first stop.

Bought my Mazda from them a year ago. Everything seemed fine until within the year my starter has gone out, my shifting cable has broken off, I had to get new sway bar bushings, and three of the four tires went flat. when I took it to my mechanic he said there were no filters, and it looks like it never had any liquid changes done in its life. Rip off place, selling junk cars.Edit: two years after purchase. another tire goes out, transmission has several problems, replaced the battery, and still randomly doesnt start. Again DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Was interested in buying a car, and so we stopped in this little dealership. Google said they did not close for another hour. Two men were standing at the front having a conversation when we pulled in. We sat in the car for a moment looking around at the cars they had on the lot, as we were about to get out of the car the two men separated, one got into a car on the lot and got on the phone. The other guy walked into the office, shut the blinds, and turned the open sign off. They both completely ignored our presence. We did not think that was professional or courteous at all.

We purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 from The Price Is Right Auto Sales in January 2012.Its been 4 years and we have kept the oil clean and done a minor brake pad replacement since the purchase. The truck runs great!

Ok so the only reason Im writing this is because Donald is making a false review. How can you sit there and say that she took you to a medical marijuana shop and bought you guys dabs and had no clue what the effects are when 2 years ago you gave a medical marijuana shop a bad review for under weighing your dabs. So 1 you have a medical marijuana perscription and 2 sounds like you have been doing it for awhile. 3 you cant say you didnt know what the effects where when youve been doing it for over 2 years probably longer since its medical marijuana and those shops have closed since it became legal for recreational use. Also you said they havent responded In 2 years. Why is it Taking you this long to write something

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. Sold me a car that needed over 6k is repairs within the first 30 days, then when I went to trade in for a new car they refused to send me my GAP insurance back or cooperate in facilitating the process. NEVER buy from them, shady, and will sell you a broken down lemon. CRAP, pure CRAP.

They helped me get into a car that was right for my needs and worked with me on payment options. They also floated me some money as part of the down payment and gave mw 30 days to repay them.

Hubbyband i purchased two cars from this comoany until Keshia broke the law. Hubby and i came to the lot to pay off our car. Keshia was lushing a car on us.. i told her no many times.. shr talked us into riding with her...Next thing i know..Keshia took my husband and I to Safe Patient weed shop and paid for high concentrated Marajuana oil. She paid for the dabs and we took them with out knowing the effects. Then once we were wasted she coherence us into purchasing a lemon car.When I caught on it was too late. Jiffy Lube had a problem with the car and advised us to return car. Next thing we know.. my husband and I had to replace the engine twice because they made an illegal deal with an auto shop. I sent the owners of Prices Right certified letters regarding Washington Lemon Law and purposely intoxicated customers to close a sale. Instead of responding, Keshias mother (owner)sent two black men to my home. One of them tried to get in my home and the other drew his fist up to punch me in the face. Due to thier behavior and illegal practices, I hired an attorney to deal with them. The company has not responded in two years. I had my attorney reach out again and Keisha has raised the contract to a massive amount surpassing the contract. I put this out there to protect consumers. Keisha has reported she is buying the company from her parents. I do not know her personally. However she got my hubby and I very high in order to sell us a lemon. 8 grand later we have the engine repaired to manufacture s requirements. This company was after my student loans. I missed my graduation because of this shady deal.. I worked so hard to graduate from college.. I am hurt and just disappointed that she would sell us a car with that type of damage knowing we have four children. This company is not good one nor do they value people. We are still in litigating...Due to the nature of her selling us the car.. the company owes us 9 grand we paid for the car, two engines and labor, monies owed to Enterprise car rentals, towing charges, and pain and suffering damages. I will keep the public informed on the outcome. Be careful all..
