I took my car in to Service King because it was who my car insurance worked with and I’m so glad I trusted them to choose the best of the best!!! They communicated about the process the entire time and my car was done sooner than expected. The quality of work they did to fix my passenger quarter panel and some other damage was absolute top tier. I highly recommend anyone to get their cars serviced here. Professional, friendly, and above and beyond workmanship to get your vehicles fixed.

So happy to have my car back as good as new! I seriously BABY my car and the team at Service King took was all over it. They work closely with Geico and as the person who was hit they didnt help me at all. They did not communicate with me until days after my car had been dropped off. I asked for an estimate on a different repair (window) and they never bothered doing that after requesting multiple times. I was left to pick up my car not vacuumed, on empty and with empty promises of helping me buff out a scrape on the side. They seemed unorganized and definitely unprofessional, I wont be returning!

Service king repaired our vehicle with a lot of damage so it looks like new. They kept us informed throughout the whole process (we were really impressed). They got parts quickly repaired the vehicle 5 days ahead of schedule including painting. Randy and Sara were our main contacts and very nice and responsive to any questions. These folks did an excellent job repairing my Lexus SUV. The repair was flawless (and I’m a perfectionist). They also did a great job of coordinating with two different insurance companies - and even coordinated a detail service when the repair was complete, which was a last-minute request from me.I guess the biggest endorsement I could offer is that I liked their work so much that I’m about to take another vehicle there.

I am an extremely picky person, take pride in maintaining/servicing my vehicle, and was extremely worried about the damage to my truck when someone backed into it in a parking lot. I was referred to the Alderwood Service King location in Lynnwood, WA by a co-worker of mine, and decided to take my vehicle in for a repair estimate. Nick, and the crew at the Alderwood Service King, were very compassionate, understanding, and reassured me (and all of my concerns with the damage) throughout the entire process of my insurance claim. They handled my claim with the utmost importance, and were very helpful in explaining/advocating, on my behalf, with the insurance company about the actual true extent of damage, and the necessary repairs to return my vehicle to its original condition. I am absolutely satisfied with the final results, and very appreciative with the amount of time and effort that went in to reassuring my concerns with the damage that was done (and the repair process) to my vehicle. I went to pick up my truck from Nick, and the crew at Alderwood, this morning, and I am extremely happy with the results of the repairs that were done... as if nothing ever happened... the way it should be!! Update 10/03/2019. I have continued to take my vehicles here since my last review, and have referred my friends here as well. That gives me a grand total of at least 15 years of experience with Aldercrest. In that time, some of the owners kids have started to work for him and the business has expanded to additional locations. However, the owner (Nick) has managed to keep his standards as high as ever and I continue to be impressed. Every time I go, I take mental notes on how I might improve the customer service within my own business. End update, Begin previous review: These guys are fantastic. Ive been taking my vehicles to them for over ten years, total of 4 claims for various reasons. Each time theyve been amazing. Theyve gone above and beyond expectations every time. My entire neighborhood goes to them as well, for the same reasons. Incredible customer service, quality work, they work well with insurance companies even if they arent on the insurance companys preferred or recommended list. Theres not a single thing they could have done better in any of my experiences with them.

Super friendly staff. Nick gave me an estimate and fixed my door (enough to close it and make it drivable) on the day of the accident while I’m working details out with insurance, etc. Nick went above and beyond to help me. He was also super friendly with the all customers coming in. Really nice guy.

We have had our cars in six times for repairs, all no fault of ours. We seem to have a target painted on them! Aldercrest has always done an excellent job! We were referred to them by Lexus of Seattle, as that is where they take their cars. Two of my Lexus have had metallic paint that has been matched flawlessly! Great place to take your car. Took the car in for a simple bumper issue at 8am, they told me it would take a couple hours so. They called and had it ready by 10am. The delivered the car to my work. The price was very reasonable as well. Very impressed.

They were still willing to look my car over even though I was late due to traffic. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were amazingly good and they actually talked me into less expensive parts when the quality wouldnt matter (e.g. you dont need a brand new, or even like-new, fender guard since you cant see it without getting under the car and its main job is to tank the hit from road crud).Once they had the parts, they worked fast - the car was only out of action for one day and part of another. When my bus was going to be late, they even offered to stay a little later than closing time so I could get my car back that day. Very cool 👍One tip: if your car is still drivable, ask to pay for the parts up front (it costs the same either way); that way, Service King can order them right away and you can keep your car until the parts arrive. The alternative is to leave your car with Service King until the parts show up, which could take quite a while depending on rarity and time of year

I took my car in to get an estimate for what I was almost certain would be more in repairs than what my car was worth. The driver’s door had been pulled open beyond the stops, which bent the hinges and the pillar that the hinges are bolted to. The back end of the door was hanging low and the door would not close properly. Recognizing that a full repair (new door and fender panel, and work to straighten the pillar) would not make economic sense, the team at Aldercrest worked some sort of magic to get the door lined up we’ll enough to open and close and sent me on my way in under 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Chain service with average service. Find yourself a person that has been doing this 30 yrs and not two weeks or this is their 7 job this year. I ask why should I use your shop the rep said I dont know or care if you use our shop or not so I didnt. So I took my 8K repair down the street to where they could tell me why I would use their service and did care if I used it or not. If the rep cant tell you why they are the best then they are not.

Horrible customer service, owner is a sneaky racist who tried to overcharge me by 10,000 dollars for a simple paint match on a door. Comedy in the least . Would have preferred them to simply have a sign outside that said “we don’t serve colored” Service cost money but if you are a minority he is going to try and shovel your business down the street as minor and below him or simply overcharge you . Ignorant service all around this establishment.

I was involved in an accident and brought my truck to these guys. They had great service and made me feel comfortable. The work done to my truck turned out awesome. It doesnt look like I was in an accident at all.

My family has used Aldercrest for years, we would simply not consider anyone else. What I love the most about them is when I call in, they immediately pull me up on the computer so when discussing my car they are on top of the issues and readily have solutions. They make me feel like their only customer, and trust me this is a very big operation.

My wife hit a deer with our 2006 Lexus and pretty much destroyed the entire left front quarter of the car. Aldercrest was where I intended to take it as they had done a small touch-up on the car previously and had not charged me. I felt I would get good service with them. As it turned out they are on my insurance companys preferred list so that part of it went very smoothly.My wife was recovering from surgery when the car was done (earlier than the promised time) so I was unable to pick it up for over a week. Sean offered to get it to their side of the ferry in Mukilteo if that would make it easier. As it turned out I was able to get a friend to take me to the shop so that was unnecessary.Throughout the process both Aldercrest and my insurance company (Hartford) were great to work with.Prior to the work being done the shop provided me with a complete list of all parts that needed replacing and all associated costs.The work they did was flawless. The car looks better than when we bought it. I have only had it a day but I looked it over pretty carefully and could find no indication that it had been damaged. Perfect paint match and they even replaced the clear vinyl chip guard.I have no idea about their pricing in relation to other shops as the insurance company paid for all but my deductible. I would think, however, that if their pricing was out of line the insurance company wouldnt deal with them. Additionally their work is guaranteed for as long as we own the car.All in all excellent work and great customer service.I am very pleased and would recommend them.

I have a 1982 truck you and 23 other body shops did not want to fix the fender bender on my truck. I have been looking for a shop to fix this for three days. If I call a yard company and they said NO we wont mow this yard I wont give you a quote I have plenty of easy work. your yard is to hard good luck finding someone to mow your yard. I would expect a one star review. Dont worry all of the shops that said no got one star. Enjoy your easy work

My car was dented by a hit n run driver. I stopped into Aldercrest to get a quote to determine if I could pay for the repairs without filing a claim on my own insurance. I was educated by Nick that due to the nature and sensitivity of my Hybrid car that the repairs would most likely cost close to $2k! However, Nick offered to try and plunge the dent out for me. Well, him and his team of miracle workers were able to plunge it out!! The customer service at this shop is second to none - they were very upfront and honest with me! I couldnt recommend this shop more - I sincerely appreciate the education and the honesty Nick offered me. I know now that if something like this happens to my car again - I have an honest, trustworthy place to have my car repaired. Kudos to this business and their team of employees!!!

I had them repair my front end that was hit on my 2009 Mercedes CLS 550 and the work that was performed was five stars. Customer service was five stars. They reached out to my by phone not by text a live person lol saying when and what was being done. I picked up my car and the front bumper needed to be touched up in one little spot and they asked me when would I like to bring it in to have them fix it and they fixed it with a smile when I had time to bring it in and not when they could fit me in. I will always bring my vehicle and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same.

Worst service! Unprofessionally done! Expensive labors!I brought my Lexus in to this body shop.Be ware: a customer needs to adjust his/her time accordingly to the body shop even if the shop provided you the pick up date. I gave them a week to fix the rear bumper. However, one of mechanics was on a vacation, so the late afternoon a day before it was supposed to be fixed and called me that car isnt finished yet due to a mechanic is on a vacation.Also, expect to go to the body shop at least three times. I went there 3 times just for fixing the rear bumper (Still unsatisfied but dont have a time to go there and fix it again).Also, if your car has something special features inside, make sure that you keep those features off or turn it off. Otherwise, they will play with these features (such as showing off to other workers,etc...).

Fixed up my wifes RAV4 here for some minor damage to the side of the car. They were super professional and nice. I had some delays picking up the car but they were willing to stay after hours so that I could pick it up. I also had some issues after picking up the car regarding the door but they were quick to address it after I brought it back in. I would highly recommend this place to any and all.

Ive been here twice. The first time was for structural damage to a relatively new vehicle, and they did a great job. The vehicle looked as good as new afterwards. The second time was for minor damage on an older vehicle, and not only did they give me a thorough quote, but they confirmed that it was perfectly safe for me to leave the damage alone if I didnt consider the fix worth it. Aldercrest has earned my trust.

I was rear ended twice within a year and at the recommendation of my adjuster, both times I used Aldercrest. I am absolutely impressed with the experiences I had. They have a rental car waiting as soon as I drop off the car. They do a thorough job. Ive never needed to ask them to redo anything. They are fair and have integrity. The first time I was rear ended, there was damage to other parts of the car but altogether, the fix was only 1700ish. The second time I was rear-ended, only the bumper was damaged so they only replaced the bumper. It cost around 300. Theyre also very quick.Disclaimer: I work for PEMCO Insurance but my opinions are my own and not that of my employer.

Terrible in every way. Insurance scammers. No communication. Incredibly rude. Busy so wait is incredibly long for every step. This is the first review Ive ever wrote never experience such a terrible business situation like this. We caught them in many lies. The guy who was in charge of our car was never in and impossible to reach. Turns out our insurance has many ongoing problems with them also!

Only problem was it is in two locations. We needed the wrecking yard across the street from their office.

They were able to get my car fixed quick and took care of it hassle free
