Michael and his team are consummate professionals. These guys know their stuff and I have full confidence they are providing the best service possible. After 20 plus years, their consistency and service has been excellent.

Made an appointment waited a day and another on the day of the appointment. They said my car was tire was fixed. Drove off the flat tire was still on and thought it would turn off after a few minutes. One day later my tire is completely flat. They wasted my time and erroded my trust. At least this locations is not to be trusted. The tire would not even inflate. It was left in worst condition than when I took it there. Stay way.

Over all, Discount Tires does a solid job. Before the pandemic it was a 5 star experience as I have had all my autos updated with new tires.As they say, the experience is in the details. From cleaning the tires to making them shine, it was great, they have since dropped on star and I think this is due to shortage of staff, as I picked up a bolt in my tire from the local lite rail construction and went to get it repaired on Saturday. They were booked, so picked up a Monday morning appointment and went home. Lucky I work from home, so went in this morning 10/18/2021 @8:45am, polite, professional check in. Tire repair went fine, they had a full day, so the guys were already rushing. I have a Trailblazer SS AWD that has special caps from the OEM on it, they did not pay attention and just put on a plastic cap. I pointed it out and they had to go find the original cap to keep it OEM looking.Got home and decided to check my air pressure on all 4 tires. They used to check these things and put them all at the recommended psi. I am lucky I had bought a small compressor years ago I as I just balanced all 4 tires my self, but many people would run on the miss matched tire pressure and with cold temps could have a blow out.Attention to details, still like Discount, but they do need to remember the details is what makes it a win.

Bought online as the pricing was aligned with Tire Rack. The crew working in cars seems nice, brought them a set of wheels for a tire install.Called to update my appointment, then showed up - no appointment to be found. Nevertheless, they were able to process me later that day.New (minor) scratches on the wheels post -install. Adhesive for the previous weights not cleaned. The quest for the perfect installer continues...

Ive always had a good experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tire rotation and balancing is free. The prices are reasonable and they will match a lower price if you find it.

This happened to me twice already. I have always use this store for all my tire needs for all of our cars in the family, total 4. Today my son from college came home and we have scheduled a tire rotation on 7/7 at 9am with email confirmation to remind us of the appointment. When he showed up at 8:55am, he was told by the check in desk that his appointment was at 11am. He even showed the staff of the email confirmation but he insisted it was 11am and gave my son an attitude that he will need to wait and he will try to push up his appointment This happened tome at another time.If the system is wrong, then the company or the store will need to fix it rather than giving the customer the attitude. This is about customer service. They need to know there are many other companies out there providing the same service Discount Tires does. The manager need to train their staff of what is customer service is about. Maybe they think they can push around a college kid?Other than this, the technician are well trained and I have been happy with their technical services.I will be happy to talk with management if they will call me of this review.

I’ve been going to the discount tire here in Lynnwood and the location in Northgate for years. I always get a fantastic deal on tires and their service is very efficient and friendly. Great group of folks. Most recently they patched my tire for free after removing a screw, they were able to turn this around pretty quickly despite me not having an appointment. They even price matched Costco for me a couple of times so you can get the same tire and price without the insane parking lot!

Always love getting my air for free and done right here. They will definitely always be my first thought for any tire needs.

So, I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment. The gentleman who checked us in said it was no problem. They got us in quick and got us out quick. They plugged the hole and rotated my tires for free. AND they were done in a hour. I would absolutely recommend them!

I ran over a bolt which punctured my tire while driving in Lynnwood today. I had been to other Discount Tire locations, I went to the Lynnwood store for help because it was nearby. So glad I did! I was checked in immediately and when I mentioned I had to meet a friend shortly, the staff got me in quickly and plugged the hole in my tire. I felt all the staff was friendly and professional and it was great to get the problem resolved so fast! I have always had good experiences at Discount Tires stores but this was exceptionally easy! I purchased tires for my Mercedes here under two years ago and they are already very bare. When I went in as the tires are still under warranty the manager tried telling me that because of my car that the warranty period is cut in half even though everything clearly states 50,000 miles. The manager was extremely rude and kept raising his voice despite mine staying the same. In the end he said they would be covered under warranty, which by the way, later his computer system even showed they were still under warranty, but that next time it would only be half the warranty. Going forward I will not be going to any discount tire ever again. Not only was this a very negative experience but when I asked about an alignment, the manager said they don’t do them. Why would I get tires from somewhere that doesn’t or won’t do an alignment? Poor experience.

Been buying tires from them since 1995. Arizona New Mexico and now in Washington. Very good Tire Shop. They have always matched competitions prices.

Solid crew here. Made an appointment online the day before for 830 am for the following day. Showed up and they had my car in the garage in just a few minutes. Needed a rotation, balance and a flat repair. Additionally, the wheels on my car had not been rotated in a while and sat for longer periods of time and were absolutely corroded onto the hub. To put it in perspective, I had removed one wheel a few months ago to do a repair and it took me about 30 mins of hammering before I broke the one wheel loose. I was promptly informed that my car was all ready to go in less than 1 hour. Not one mention of how corroded on the wheels were and how difficult they were to remove until I asked about it at the end. They then said that the wheels were pretty stuck on there but they got the job done and went the extra mile cleaning off the corrosion from all the hubs and bores. Thank you to Juan and the other guys in his crew for the hard work. I have been to many discount tires and this one is a great one. Just plan ahead, make an APPOINMENT and you will get excellent service and not waste time waiting.

I know so many people swear by Les Schwab but twice now Ive had better luck with Discount Tire and honestly I think they are better, at least in the Lynnwood area. About 6 years ago I got smart and asked for quotes from 4 places. I had a rock stuck which ruined one rotor. Les Schwab told me they all had to be replaced including the break pads. Plus new tires was a hefty sum. I got a quote from Discount and they actually showed me that it was only one rotor that was ruined and I had plenty of life left on break pads. Plus I received brand name tires with a higher mileage warranty instead of house tires. Two weeks ago, I got quotes from both places and again, Discount came in with a lower price for better tires and higher mileage warranty. They are taking excellent Covid precautions with in car check in, have very fast service and my vehicle drives great. The only downside I see is that they dont offer alignments but I have a good mechanic that does mine anyway.

If Im spending $700 on two tires, and likely going to spend $700 on another two tires, then I expect better customer service; in person and on the phone. I even got charged for a tire disposal fee for the tire I took home! And the other one wasnt even on the vehicle. Definitely will not be back here!

I went in to discount because I had a nail in it. After the tire was fixed it still leaked. Went back to get it fixed again and it holds air now but it was mounted backwards with the lettering on the outside and they installed the wheel weights on the outside of my mag wheel. So now I need to make another trip to your store to get it installed right. I am not sure how much training your personal needs or gets but they sure could use more. I have bought several sets of tires from you guys and I have never had a problem before. Make me wonder if using your services is worth all the time I have to spend getting one tire fixed. And it will be a factor in my next set of tires or recommending you in the future.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a tire shop. Ordered tires 2 weeks ago and when I went in to get them installed they just told me then that they dont have them and that they couldnt do anything about it. Never going back here.

Called for changing tires from factory tires to continental tires. Offered tire rotation, wheel aignment and brakes. Alva and Kevin did a great job

I start driving my car after DT changed my TPMS. After 10 miles tire pressure monitor start flushing. I return to DT and explain what happened. I guess that my spare tires TPMS (not chaged) bad. I told that I have old TPMS One of them is good, I ask DT to exchange it. They are agreeing and take my car in shop. Mr. Cody came and ask whats going on, look on my old TPMS and told they all not good I have to buy new from them. (Before changing TPMS on all my tires they was checked in Costco tire center and One was GOOD). I ask him to check them on computer. He checked and told me they all bad. I didnt believe him and ask to check sensors from different car, newer model. Answer was same, bad.I went to another shop and in 15 minutes start driving without any problems.Will I go to this DT again, or recommend to friends - NO.

I never thought Id leave a review for tire replacement, but here I am! Unexpectedly got a flat last night which is heartbreaking when youre unprepared for it. I took my car in today (set up an appointment via phone, was quick and easy to do so) and received stellar and compassionate care, which is so far from my expectations that I almost cried. The prices were great and the time it took was much quicker than estimated. Will definitely return for all my tire needs.

So this place damaged my rims they said they came in that way and that Im lying about them scratching my new rims. Ive had them 3 weeks. So the employee that did this wont take responsibility for what he did. This place is a joke take your stuff to a different place because they dont care here.

I have been a regular customer for more than 30 yrs and been happy so far until yesterday when I waited for more than 30 minutes to have my tire air checked. Service guys came and went and just looked at me waiting in line and did nothing. I decide to leave and go to nearby Les Schwab instead.

During the pandemic, Discount Tire is taking the necessary precautions to not only serve customers with the same quality Im accustomed to! Ive always been a fan of Discount Tire, from when I was back in AZ and happy to continue using them from now until I dont own a vehicle anymore!

Horrible customer service, got a flat wednseday told tire was ordered and will be here next day found out next day tire wouldnt be here till friday, left the vehicle with them at 1:30pm to get 1 tire done, went there at 5:30PM just to find out they never even started on it they finally started on the car at 5:40 pm BTW they close at 6:00pm. Terrible customer service at this location never coming back here again

Had some tires mounted on my new wheels and they were very accommodating. The tires came the very next morning from when I ordered them. The employee helping me was genuinely glad to help and very polite. I came back again when my TPMS wasnt working and he went out and fixed it right away. Even apologizing when it wasnt his mistake. Highly recommend!!

I went here 2.5 hours before they closed and they didnt even bother telling me that I could have made an appointment to be seen sooner. I see cars pull in and be checked out, when I asked why I had been waiting for 2.5 hours they said I didnt have an appointment. I will never attempt to go back. I prefer the burien store. I thought the friendly customer service would be a Ross the board. But, I was wrong. No curitosy to let me know about the appointment

I had a low tire pressure light and showed up at 5:22, this store closes at 6:00. These guys did not blink an eye, they found a whole and had me out the door in 25 minutes. I will absolutely be back and recommend this store to all.

They go on the first come, first served method for dropins. They need to look at the overall daily scope of work and push through the service calls that only take a few minutes to fix. This would not only open up more business for the store, it would also keep the customers with quick fixes moving out the door. It took me 3 hours to get my flat fixed! In and out fast and correct is not something that is going to happen at Discount Tire.

Friendly professional at a good price. I have never had any problems with them in the years I have been coming to this location. It can get really busy so do expect to have to wait a bit. Can be hours till they finish with your car. But there is a Fred Meyer in the same parking lot and some good restaurants with in a 2 block walk so have some patients and you will get good service. Cant say enough good things about them.

Big shout out to Tom, he was very understanding to my concerns with a special order and followed up with me assuring the tires were ordered and on the way verifying tracking. Installation was quicker than predicted. I have been buying tires here for decades and will continue because of their dedication to customers needs and professionalism.

The men here are amazing. I went in for a simple tire rotation with my 3 month old and all the workers were so helpful. They were quick with getting all the information needed and getting my car into the shop. The gentleman that pulled my car out when it was done even had the backdoor open for me to easily put my son in his car seat. I wont be visiting any other store if I can help it.

I stopped by on Saturday to have a nail removed and was told there was a 3 hour wait. The sales associate suggested I make and appointment. He said I would be in and out. I arrived Tuesday @12:25 for my 12:30 appointment. My truck sat in the lot for 25 minutes... Then was moved into a bay where it sat for another hour. Im still here waiting for a simple tire repair after waiting for an hour and a half. Not acceptable. Whats the point in the appointment.

Yo when I say this is the place to go if your tire is jacked up...mean this is the place to go... They hooked me in less than 20mims for free!! But of course I tipped because they r just that awesome and deserve it!! Great place hands down.
