I brought my own parts but unfortunately I got the wrong ones so they returned them for me and ordered the correct parts, then since it took longer than expected which was my fault they fixed a electrical issue I had for free. They took care of me very well ! I brought in a foreign car Audi Q7, came late after calling them, needed the work done urgently on a Sunday. They were about to close, they still took my car. The battery needed replacement on my vehicle & is located under seat & job probably takes an hr or bit less since since there are special bolts etc. They fixed it quickly & very friendly service! He’s fast, efficient and amazing work

I usually do oil change at the dealership, last visit to dealership, they told me of a list of things needed to get fixed with price tag almost $2k, I was in a rush and felt its too much. A month later, I had a warning sign on the display and friend recommended this mechanic. I dropped my car at this mechanic, the next day, the mechanic called me and informed me of list of things must be fixed. I compared what they recommended to fix with the dealer list. I was amazed with the professionalism and skill of the mechanic in diagnosing and discovering of the problems, the advice I was given to prioritize what should be fixed first and the pricing was very fair.

Had a fantastic experience here. After receiving a very competitive quote and the ability to fit me in quickly, I went ahead and had them swap out my fuel pump for my Truck. I dropped my truck off in the morning, had it worked on in the afternoon, and picked it up all done that same evening. Top notch and speedy work.I appreciated the fact they showed me the old parts without prompting as well as the packaging from the new parts, shows a high level of integrity and transparency with their work. Staff were super friendly, polite and professional.I was able to use a loaner that my kids thoroughly enjoyed and didnt miss any work to get things back on track.Overall this was an excellent experience and Id definitely recommend their services. I was at the Chevron across the street with a busted radiator hose. A worker at Chevron sent me to this repair spot. I showed up around 7pm on a Friday with no appointment. They had my car fixed and I was gone by 8. Theyre super nice, relaxed, honest, and cheap. Im really glad my car happened to bust on me so I could meet this crew. Thank you again for helping me!

My hubby went here first because they were close. He said they were a pretty honest group of fellas. I took my car the next week with issues and sure enough, they were honest and upfront and charged me what was quoted and kept in touch with me every step of the way. We sent my daughter here also and they are now are family mechanics. Seriously, I never refer if I wouldnt go myself and these guys are really great, you wont be disappointed. Also, they stand by their work which is a quality that is hard to find.

I want to say first and foremost that when I took my car in with a battery issue last November, they did a phenomenal job, quickly and cheaply got me fixed and on my way. Thats why theyre rated as high as they are.The second time I went there, I dropped my car off at the start of a Tuesday with an overheating engine, a coolant leak, and a check engine light that indicated the need for a thermostat replacement. I called toward the end of the day after hearing nothing, and was told they attempted replacing the radiator cap but still couldnt identify the source of the leak.Fast forward towards the end of the day Wednesday, and they said they had to replace the thermostat hose and it would be done tomorrow. I got the car back at the very end of the day Thursday, drove it for 5 minutes, only to have an even worse leak and the same overheating problem and check engine light. I brought it back, next day they say they have to order the part (a different hose) special and it wont be available until Monday. I agree to wait. They tell me I can have a loaner, but one never becomes available.By the very end of the day Monday, I get the car back, check engine light is still on, but no obvious overheating, or leak. I drive it very lightly for a couple of days, only to have all the same problems reappear.I take it to a different place, where within one day they identify a visible crack on my radiator, what I suspect is the real cause of all my problems. This other place actually test-drove it, whereas Safety Auto only left it running and waited. Couldve saved me hundreds of dollars, but they didnt look hard enough and treated symptoms instead of causes, while leaving me largely in the dark for the whole ordeal unless I reached out to them. Will not be taking any future vehicle there if and when I have issues.

PLEASE READ! They damage my transmission and Hood!! WORST SHOP EVER!!!I started taking my car there to get some work done on my car I found them through Yelp as I requested services first two times I went there for suspension work was completely fine until they left everything went horribly wrong the shop takes zero accountability has no idea what theyre doing unprofessional and will screw you over! Ive had to Major incidents that have cost me hundreds of dollars and now thousands first mistake they made was leaving a tool in my hood preventing it from latching. Me and my daughter were on our way home after leaving safety Auto when are Hood flew up hitting the windshield it was the most scariest thing for me and my daughter and I had to pay for a tow truck my hood was extremely warped and bent I had to pay for it to get fixed. When I called them to address the issue with them they immediately denied it without even hearing what had happened and took zero accountability I even drove to them and show them the tool that he removed out of mine engine bay and placing it in the shop as it was his. After we came to an agreement they were going to offer me free service that never got completed second incident that happened resulted in me having to replace my whole entire transmission!! After changing my transmission fluid they overfilled it by 2 quarts resulting in the fluid leaking through a seal that can only be fixed by pulling out the transmission. Ive had to pay for all their mistakes with no reimbursement or no accountability or responsibility of their mistakes at all whatsoever I contact them and communicate to them and have given them any chances with no resolution they refuse to pay at this point whatever you do do not take your car to safety Auto please.Add Note!! Their response below is simply far from the truth!! The real question is, was I compensated in any way? Was I held financially responsible for both to mistakes? The answer to both of those questions are YES! they took zero responsibility resulting in me over $$$2,000 in Damages by their negligence so please Choose Wisely!

I have been going to Mohammed and using his shop ever since my girlfriend referred me to him 4 years ago. She had nothing but amazing thing to say about him and his service, he lives up to his reputation and more!I have taken multiple cars to him for anything ranging from a simple oil change to extensive engine work and he has been nothing short of professional and extremely fair priced and has honestly made magic happen! I drive an Audi so mechanical work or even general maintenance can be quite spendy, but Mohammed and his shop are very knowledgeable about European cars and can get the job done quickly! For example, I went to him to to do my 100k maintenance and change the timing chain which is one of the more expensive jobs. Mohamed and his shop did it for almost 1/2 the price of another shop that I got a quote at. Another example of great customer service from him: Last winter when there was a huge downpour, I accidentally drove through a puddle that was extremely deep and ended up flooding my engine and getting water EVERYWHERE....I thought my car was toast. I called Mohamed first at like 7pm and he immediately offered to come pick it up (after hours) with his tow truck to take it to his shop and by the morning his shop had gotten my engine and turbo all taken apart and cleaned out before there could be any extensive damage! He definitely saved my car from being a complete loss because of his quickness and attention to detail.Bottom line, if you are looking for honest, quality and fair priced mechanic and give you the best price around, take it to Safety Auto Repair.

As a single mom with no car experience and little income, I would have been ripped off taking my car to other places. I was about 200 miles from home when my transmission on my car went out at about 8pm. I was a short distance from this shop and saw it had great reviews online. I called at about 830pm expecting an answering machine. Instead the owner, Mohammad, answered and told me to have my car towed and leave it at his shop and he would take a look in the morning.Long story short, Mohammad went above and beyond. He answered outside of business hours. He stayed in communication with me and updated me on the problem and different resolutions. Mohammad found me a transmission for a great price and installed it very quickly. My car was back up and running within a week and at a fantastic price!!!It could have really been a mess of a situation. Mohammad is an absolute all star and I would recommend anyone having car troubles to seek him out. Im debating a 200 Mile drive for any future car issues at this point, assuming the car can make it, to give him my future business. He was really that awesome! Im a lifetime fan at this point!!!

I absolutely had the best experience at Safety Auto Repair. I took for BMW 328i to BMW Service Centre for annual maintenance and they told me I need to replace few things in the cars engine and estimated the cost to $3000. After looking around I finally brought my vehicle to Safety Auto Repair and Mohammed took a look at the car and within minutes he was able to correctly diagnose the car and informed me their is no issue with the car other than the leak from engine valve which needs to be fixed. Safety Auto Repair were able to fix up the engine valve and few other minor defects at a very reasonable cost and saved me more than $2000. Highly recommend Safety Auto Repair, friendly and honest staff, quick response.

This shop is unprofessional and will lie to you and on top of that they are thieves. Their mechanics seem to not know what they are doing. You will leave with your vehicle more messed up or not fixed. The owner is in fraud. Whatever you do avoid this place at all cost or it will cost you! After reading the reviews I see Im not the only one that they refuse to compensate do to them screwing up my car

My vehicle has been suffering from engine noise/vibration, and I wasnt really having any luck getting anyone to look at it without an appointment a week or more out.These guys said to come in on Monday, theyd at least assess it.No good news, but he didnt try to give false hope, just told me outright that it sounded like my engine was blown, and gave me an estimate of what that would cost.While it was FAR beyond the value of the vehicle, I left knowing at least in general that it was catastrophic bad.Checked with another mechanic, and while he was more specific, the cost result was the same.I appreciate the candor I got at Safety Auto, and if they werent too busy, Id probably go back again if needed.Giving up on my van, but at least I found a place that will lay out an honest assessment.

Not too happy with the service. I asked them to test to make sure everything works on an 06 Pontiac Vibe Base and to give me an estimate of what needed to be fixed. The mechanic didnt give me a straight answer regarding the state of my fluids. The staff did not wear masks at all times and they didnt enforce proper covid protocols. I should have gone to Gregs Japanese auto for the inspection. They left black grease marks all over the place in the interior, I found scratches that werent there before and i didnt realize them until after i bought the car. I end up buying the car because the mechanic said it was just needed an oil change, valve cover, and break maintenance. well as Im driving home i push the air circulator button so i dont smell the car in front of me and it doesnt stay clicked, doesnt work. center dome light flickers when its in the on setting, only works when its on the door setting, which means my door has to be wide open for it to work. This is BS I made emphasis for them to check EVERYTHING. Nothing was even mentioned by Safety Auto repair. They just took my money and DID NOT do a thorough inspection. The only reason why I am giving any rating is for the person who works the front/reception. He wore a mask, and was very kind.

Having a car requires maintenance. And that maintenance must be done professionally, timely. My 2001 Lexus LS 430 needed a timing belt installation. Not a job for a DIYer or dubious mechanic. I came here to change the Acura MDX antenna that got smashed by the garage. I bought the part online. The price is good, they done it fast and pro at it. Way cheaper than a dealer. They also changed my oil at the same time. Highly recommended base on price, their knowledge, and quick service. This used to be Lam auto repair, but the name change but the quality is still excellent.

I came in because my wipers popped out of the transmission on a rainy day. Chevy couldnt even take a look at my chevy to do a 5 min job. Came to this place because I cant drive any further because of the rain. FARSHAD look at my wipers for me and fixed it and wished me a safe drive. Awesome work bro.

Brought my vehicle in shortly before Lam closed down his shop for the night; my car had been overheating. Despite the late arrival, Lam was very welcoming and willing to investigate. He refilled the coolant, reattached and reinforced a couple clamps in the engine, and also replaced my old windshield wipers as one was beginning to tear. Simple fixes were all that I needed, apparently. Lam was conversational and friendly; his rate was not overly expensive. I would certainly bring my car to Lam Auto Repairs for future service.
