‘88 Ford camper van would stall, then not start. I left it w/ Ron and he faithfully drove it daily till it failed for him. Traced the odd problem and fixed it. Awesome! Two other mechanics had failed.

We brought our RV in, literally the day we needed to leave on a cross country trip, to have new springs installed. The crew went above and beyond, staying in touch with us throughout the process, and getting us on the road even earlier than we expected! The price was great and the springs work like champions, our RV handles so much better now.

Mom and Pop, family vibe!I had a great experience at this shop; I had taken in a company vehicle to get some work done for an intermittent issue. Long story short, I nor the shop techs could get the particular issue to arise when time came to diagnose, and the shop owner didn’t charge me for their 1/2 day of time, rather he suggested to bring the vehicle back when the issue arose again and they’d drop everything to take a look.Definitely earned my trust! It’s not everyday a business wants to help, not just take your $.

LATS did my F350 with no problems with an oil change and fuel filter change. I think they over-charged me for the filters. They charged me 107.29 for the fuel filter and 41.20 for the oil filters (Both were Motorcraft oem).

Disappointed. Had to bring vehicle in twice to fix the same issue, in less than 3 weeks. No consideration for previous charge or work done prior, and they charged me again. I was never advised in my first visit that the issue might return, especially so soon. In spite of this? No apology. Just another bill.A little integrity and humility goes a long way with me. Even a small gesture would have kept me as a client. I dont like leaving negative reviews (this is, in fact, my first), but this was a bit much. I feel like I was taken advantage of.I will not be returning as a customer, and I cant in good faith, recommend them to anyone.

I needed to take my box truck to get new brakes and a DOT inspection. They got me in super fast for an appointment! This is near my house so very convenient location and I will be going here for my trucks from now on!

I cannot say enough good things about Lynnwood Auto and Truck. This is my place to take my vehicles moving forward. From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands. I dealt with the owner, I believe his name was Dan. What an awesome experience. I took it to a dealer and they quoted way high and were recommending I replace parts that didnt need replacing. When I spoke with Dan he said he fixes cars as if they are his own so he doesnt make unnecessary fixes just to collect more money. I could tell Dan was being honest because he fixed what was needed and the truck runs as good as new. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone needing auto repair. A+++++

Edited-- I still think these guys are pros, super knowledgeable and fairly priced. But Ive been displeased recently with the time its taken to get work done. The last two times I brought my 4runner in to have a major service I made sure to make an appointment-- they were booked two weeks out. They didnt start working on it until two weeks after I brought it in. In that case, whats the point of an appointment? Either way, they absolutely stand by their work, and I have yet to work with such knowledgeable staff.

I had an excellent experience at Lynnwood Auto. I took my car in thinking my brakes would need to be replaced. There was a snafu with my appointment date and I wasnt on the schedule for that day. They were fully booked. They told me to leave the car and they would squeeze me in somehow. They called a few hours later and said they would like to sell me some brakes but that I didnt need them. They checked everything and test drove it and couldnt find anything wrong. Hooray for Lynnwood Auto! They did change my oil and the charge was under $40. Their honesty says a lot about them and their service and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good service experience. Give them a call, you wont regret it!

I called this place 3 days ago inquiring about a head gasket repair on an old truck. The lady who answered said she’d have to get the manager to call me back to see if they’d do the work. I have yet to get a call back. This was my first experience with this place and I’m already highly disappointed that I didn’t get a prompt call back. If you don’t want to do the work, then tell me that, don’t leave me hanging. Scheduling vehicle servicing shouldn’t require the owners approval. Either you guys do the repair or you don’t, that simple. Don’t do repairs for some people and not for others

Took my truck to the dealership, they broke a piece told me how much to have them fix it after they broke it. They didnt fix that or what I originally brought it in for. Still charged me $250.Took my truck to Lynnwood Auto & Truck. They fixed what the dealer broke, and they fixed everything else. For a whole lot less. My truck runs awesome. These guys are great. Fixed my truck on time & on budget. They have earned my business big time.I highly recommend this shop.
