Always a great shop. My wife usually gets her oil changed here with no complaints. She especially likes that the staff dont talk down to her, an all-too-frequent occurrence at other shops.Today, I took my car here for the first time. They changed the oil quickly, then did a transmission flush that my car desperately needed for a reasonable price. These folks are the best!

Sometimes you pay extra for the customer service you want to receive. Brought 2 cars in, back to back, and they finished in less than an hour. In and out, and no one had a grumpy attitude like some places. Shout out to the crew Kayla, Jason, William, Christine and the man hiding below Ron! Well be back.

This might be a small business and all, but they know what theyre doing and theyre good at it. Not only they changed my oil, but they repaired my loose cap and got rid of a mouse nest in my air filter. If you can afford it, I highly reccomend.

I think this is the 1st time I’ve ever had my windows washed during an oil change?! Manager of the store was so kind. She could have let the military discount offer slip past me, rather, she made it a point to ask if I was military.Who gives 20% discounts anymore—especially for the pest who calls up looking for last-minute service? May she/they get all the business they want and MORE!Will definitely be back in another 5k!

Most of the staff here are pretty nice except the lady who appears to be the manager who is one of the rudest service people I have ever encountered. After receiving the same attitude and poor treatment on my second visit I will gladly drive the extra 2 miles to go anywhere else.

I went to get my oil changed and the lady said she wouldn’t change my oil because it was leaking coolant. I had just came from the car wash. I told her its not leaking it was wet from the carwash. She refused to change my oil. So now im looking for a new oil change place. Service has gotten so bad

Quick service at decent prices. Oil change, both diffs and transfer case fluid changes in under an hour. Techs checked all major components and let me know what they found. They did not push any sales and did everything I requested.

Latest Visit: the two ladies that work on my SUV is doing great job. Now they have coffee not last time. But still waiting area still not clean. Hope someone take care the lounge soon.Previous Visit: I gave 3 stars not for the service but the waiting facilities are dirty and usually in other grease monkey they have monitors to show how it takes and it passes that waiting time they would give us discount something like that. Here all the monitors dead. No bottled water or juices as available in other Grease Monkey locations.

I have used this location for several years for personal and for our Local Auto Dealership. They always do a great job and even though we mostly get oil changes only Nadia and staff are honest and will inform us if there is anything that needs attention.

Used to come here guys were super nice and informative but thi time the Lady who helped me had an attitude and rude.

Unlike other chains, Grease Monkey had excellent technicians who are well trained and have always done good work for me. The price is reasonable given the quality service. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else for oil changes

I went to do the oil change in my car and 2 days later,My car began to tell me that it had no oil and to stop to check the level and indeed I had to put oil on it myself because it was almost empty, I could not go to claim them because it was far away from Lynnwood. I paid almost $ 100 for the oil change and for nothing and this is unacceptable. Oct 6/20 8:30 am Mercedes Orellana.

I was late getting back to Lynnwood from a long shift with only 20 minutes until closing, but Nadia and Christina had me pull my work van in. They were done almost before 6pm when they close, and they even had wonderful attitudes despite the pressure of getting out to their own lives. I work in customer service and often times have to work late, I know how much it sucks, and they did it for me with a smile. beyond appreciated guys! Thank you!

Overpriced as expected for a quick oil change, so not deducting any stars here; this is what I signed up for. They were friendly and very quick, which is nice. However, you are apparently not allowed to drive your car into the bay. I got out of my seat and it was immediately apparent that the girl who was going to (attempt to) get my car into the bay had no idea how to drive stick. She stalled it 3 times within literally 8 feet. My apparent frustration caused another employee to jump in and save the day. He then told me that they give them 2 chances before helping out. Another employee said that she was still learning and he awkwardly left the waiting area when I told him that it wasnt professional to learn on my vehicle. Id go back in a pinch, but come on man, if you are going to insist on driving my car into the bay, you need to be able to accomplish this goal. I came here to extend the life of my engine, not shorten the life of the engine/starter/clutch. Yikes.

Just had my girlfriends oil changed here today and I was pretty impressed at the turn around time. We pulled up we were greeted very fast with a very professional lady, she took some basic information and explained the packages they offer which were all very reasonable. We may have been there about 20 minutes and next thing I know Im swiping my card on the way out the door. They gave me a detailed report on things that needed to be looked at and addressed in the future vacuumed the car and on my way I went. Full 5 star rating will be going back.👌

I need an oil change and a transmission fluid change and it was out in less than 40 minutes. I never felt like I was being oversold. The owner is friendly and helpful. There was trouble with their machine processing my card, and even though the bill was quite large she assured me it was okay to leave and run to the bank. She didnt even ask me to leave anything. She assumed I would have to go all the way back to my bank which was not close by at all. I knew it wasnt my card so I just ran across the street and got the money. It felt good to be so trusted with such a large sum of money. I will definitely go back. That was a completely back in my car and wiped it down which I really appreciate it

Only place we go for our routine scheduled oil changes. Very fast, friendly and not pushy I appreciate their infomation/opinion about what might need to be done to your car - but they dont push you in to it. Love this group and wouldnt go anywhere else!

I pulled in today for an oil change and by the time I got my car in park there was someone at my door to open it for me. I was greeted with, Hi, Lynzee. Same service as last time? I guess that someone had searched my license plate to find my name. Its not much, but as a customer I felt valued. Ive only ever been to Grease Monkey once before, so imagine my surprise to have such a welcome on my second visit.Secondly I was absolutely impressed at the speed I got my car done. Literally 4 minutes for an oil change, tire check, inside vacuum, and fluid top off. I realize I was the only one there, but still. Great service! Ill definitely keep going back!

Quick. Very friendly and knowledgeable​ guys. The customer sitting next to me said there were a couple things wrong with his car and he wanted to see if they would find them and if they would try and make up more charges, but when they came back to him with his paperwork, they actually found all the problems and didnt try and make up any additional charges! But they also went above and beyond and warned me of my front right tire had a huge bulge in the inner wall which was very dangerous since I commute daily to Seattle. Thanks you guys for giving me the heads up and letting me take it into Les Schwab a month before my tire warranty ended! Typically I do all of my oil changes myself, but I threw my back out at work so I thought Id give them a try. By far the best oil change service Ive ever seen(and I used to manage a jiffy lube!) Lol. Not only were they very thorough, but a couple of the ladies were nice to look at too:P Heidi was awesome and even drew a dog on a balloon for my son. I will def be returning to this location and recommend them to friends.

These guys are great, they really make sure youre aware of what they are inspecting and give great recommendations on how to keep track of youre required maintenance. Also honor coupons and then some. Over all great customer experience.

The technician turned the head lights on sign on my Prius dashboard and left it saying it is okay it will turn off in its own. Next day, my Prius was not able to be driven to my work so I needed to call my roadservice ppl and jammed it for me. Also last time my old Toyota Prius the air filter was not properly put so I had trouble.

3rd place I went to in one day, all of the others had a 45-60 minute wait. I was able to pull right up here and be serviced immediately. Great customer service and free cookies!

Terrible service! Avoid this particular place. Maybe someday they can learn how to reset a service oil light. Or even put forth some effort! Go anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!

If you have newer cars do not take them there. I brought my pickup there for an oul change and said to the guys face that I didn’t want it to leak afterwards. i Won’t even go into the overcharging. I simply wanted an oil change and no leaks afterward. 3 days later, my truck was spewing oil from the filter cartridge. I took it apart and found they never replaced the O-rings on the filter casing so I bought some at the auto parts and fixed it adding 3 quarts back in that it lost. Take your car or truck to the dealership instead of wasting money and time on these monkeys who can’t even perform a simple oil change

The greeting staff were at first helpful. They detailed the cost of the individual oil changes and services. In reality they show you an extremely low cost and then jack up the price upon checkout for various fees and addons and hope youll go with it. That and the fact they try and upsell you on every little filter make it bothersome to get your oil done here. Look for a coupon, otherwise go elsewhere.

Coupons online are a decent deal, however, they try to be really tricckky with the pricing. Im glad I didnt let them know upfront I had a coupon.Godddd only knows how much it would have been at that point. The actual oil change service was great, but I would have felt much better if it wouldnt have felt so scammmy and I wouldnt have had to make a huge deal about getting the QUOTED/AGREED TO price. I thought the bay timing was a good aspect, but it wasnt followed or accurate.

People here were really nice and the service was quick but they missed something that could have cost me lots of money. They told me my PS fluid was in need of a change on my GMC Sonoma so I opted to do it. The next day the power steering was making all kinds of noise, much louder than I had ever heard before. Checked the fluid level and it was completely dry - they didnt add any fluid back in after draining it. I think maybe they should start using checklists to ensure fluid in = fluid out on customers cars. I will not be going back here.

Service was ok. They did get me in and out quickly but had to convince them to do there job. I.e. Get authorization for a fleet vehicle.

Went there because they cleaned you car and gave you a coupon for tire rotation,tire rotation left as did the car cleaning,they told me it is complimentary and they dont have to do it if they dont feel like it,which is the last few times I have been there,90.00 for just an oil change,ridiculous,will be going elsewhere from now on.

The manager is terrific, super knowledgeable and works on the cars herself.

I give a ☆☆ here because although I was able to get my oil changed and use my mailer coupon my experience was not so pleasent. As I drove up I was directed to park in the designated spot (as expected). The GM staff member (a gentleman, I didnt catch his name) whom was first to greet me was friendly and began to assist me. We were talking about what my cars needs were today and mid conversation we were then approached by another GM staff worker (older female) and said: You did the high mileage last time so you want that again right? I replied with: Yes, thats what were were discussing she then went of to suggest other work that she recommended me doing, this was before I had turned off the car. I said: Na, I think just the same as last time cuz we are driving to Mexico she said that was fine then the guy asked to me exit the car and head the lobby/waiting area. As I did with my daughter and neice who were with me.The three of us waited for about 20-25 minutes before the women GM employee entered the lobby to talk to another customer whom had been waiting in the lobby as well. She called his name and began to tell him that when she was working on his vehicle with a small water hose that a sensor that was dangling had came undone and she will try and shove it back up into place, but he will need to get it replaced or the sensor may not work properly after that. The customer asked: wait what happened? It was working fine prior to me coming here right? She then began to get defensive to the point where she raised her voice and waved her arms about and argued back with: Well, yeah, it was technically working but it was loose and dangling by a thread and I am just telling you that it broke off when I sprayed it with the water, you need to get it replaced sir. They began to go back and forth with her raising her voice, it was just uncomfortable for the three of us and thr other women whom was in the waiting room durring this exchange. They finished going back and forth and then he exited the room to make a phone call and the GM employee called up the other lady whom had been waiting. The GM worker began to plead her case with this customer saying that: that was in no way my fault, it would have stopped working really soon anyway he needed to get it replace anyhow, it was just a little watter pressure that did it. The lady just payed for her service and left.After about 15 more minutes, the women GM employee came back to the lobby and told me that she was done with the car. She again suggested more work to be done on my car (un-needed work) (they have a we suggest only what is needed policy). I payed with my coupon and she gave me my free tire rotation and receipt as she pointed that the car was out way then I exited the lobby with my niece and daughter. I returned to my car, buckled in the kids then I searched for my keys that my supposed to be in the agnision. They were not. I stepped into the shop area to find a GM worker. I said allowed: hi where might my car key be, I didnt see them in the car the women GM employee said, oh he sat them somewhere, I dont know. Then continue with her current task.The friendly male GM Worke then ran up, found my keys and apologised politely. I accepted them withba thank you snd a smile to him then I left.I know this review is more of a novel type review, but that was my unpleasant experience for this location. The male GM employee was polite, and helpful, while the women GM employee was pushy, rude, and could stand to really work on her customer service approach. She put me off to returning back to this location for my car service needs. I will choose to go elsewhere in the future.

They said they honored other grease monkey coupons, but when I brought it in, they refused to honor all of the conditions and wanted to charge extra fees when the coupon said no extra fees. I cant believe they lost all of my business over a few bucks!
