I come here for oil changes and they do a great job. They can usually fit me in same day and are fairly quick. I love my money staying local.I also had them revive my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, it was a big job that I think was pretty difficult because of a lot of old rust and corrosion. After they were finished and I took the truck home and something wasn’t quite right. I called ahead and they insisted I bring the truck back in same day and they fixed it immediately. No charge (even though they had to use one more small part). I’m a fan.

My family used Olympic auto for years but it was sold to a new owner who is unethical. We unfortunately recommended this business to friends before we knew what they would experience here. They needed a van fixed from CA and after almost TWO YEARS and much runaround and legal issues, our friends finally got their van back, barely functional. FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO GO. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Jibran wouldnt even speak to my family or our friends when they came in to ask questions; we would have to find someone else he wouldnt recognize to come in and ask about the van otherwise he would disappear. Even his mechanics have had issues with him as an owner. Youve been warned. No I did not take my personal vehicle here and yes, this is a very real review.

Im writing this because I need to save you from visiting this spot and getting looted. Nobody deserves this and no on has the right to be taken advantage of. Very unprofessional and a shady operation going on here. Most likely your vehicle will leave with more issues then it came with. The experience with them will be one of the most terrible encounters you will have throughout everyday life. Please take this review and save yourself from visiting this spot. I could continue endlessly about this spot, hopefully who ever reads this will be able to understand right away and run the other way from this mechanic.

Very shady and dishonest!!:( I did some work for someone here named Jibran who after I left and had paid me immediately called his bank and had the money reversed!!! He wouldnt even let me come back to get the parts. Had to start grand theft and petty theft case on this worker here! :( Police are now involved. Absolutely no peace of mind with his work ethic or his theft as the police called it. Will update soon. STAY AWAY!!

He was charging me 2 to 3 times the rate others were quoting for me for the repair of my rear end. Didn’t seem to care about my business or be friendly in this process either. AVOID HIM AND THIS PLACE! Named Jibran. Horrible service and prices!!

Olympic automotive has been a very good repair shop in our neighborhood for the past 4 year and i always appreciate the way the owner and his staff threat customers. I was passing by today and decided to schedule my BMW M4 for maintenance. They acknowledge how busy they were but still booked me in the next couple minute and also the turned arround was so fast wowwwww!!!!! Speedy and reliable service...Thanks again

Took them a month to engine swap our Honda Odessey, it was in perfect condition both entirior and exterior with 130k miles, the only issue was that the timing belt broke while driving and messed up the engine. He returned the car to us with half the electronic functions in the car not working, there was no AC, they changed the ignition of the car without changing the locks, alarm does not work anymore, VSA system does not work, half the windows did not work, and on top of all that, the transmission developed issues only two weeks after we received the car. He keeps asking for more money, when he returned the car to us in worse condition then we gave it to him, I would give a zero star review, I now have to sell this car because I don’t have to money to fix it, even though it used to work great before the engine swap.

Great shop! I had some vehicle trouble while visiting from Canada, and they dealt with it quickly and properly. Had me back on the road and on my way home the same day, with no BS.The owner is a really nice guy.Price was quite reasonable. Just do yourself a favor and go here for help.

Brought in my Bmw x5 when a/c quit blowing, expecting an expensive repair they were honest and informed me of a wiring short. They replaced the wire and a/c is functioning as it should at the cost of an hour labor; would recommend.

These guys are very reliable. My breaks went out in the snow. They saved me at the last minute when no other automotive shop was open. I reccomend these hard working guys to anyone.

I had some mechanical issues last week so I went to this shop. They fixed my car and they told me about all the issues that my car had. My car is running smoothly now. I recommend this place especially if you drive a BMW

I took my Toyota Pickup here because it kept popping out of gear. Steve at the front desk was extremely helpful and told me that I needed a new transmission after he drove it around the block to diagnose it. He helped me to find an affordable used transmission as well. My truck was ready in two business days, my only negative is that they didnt contact me until 20 minutes before they closed in order to inform me that my Truck was ready. Im glad I live nearby, otherwise I might not have been able to get my truck until the next day. The work they did seems to be solid, and my truck is running like new now!

Left trash throughout my vehicle after working on it. Overquoted me on repairs. Rude service. Will not be coming back.

Quality work done here i bring all my cars her and i get treated with respect also the mechanic that works here they all really know what they are doing and they dont charge to much it is always a fare price and if you need loaner car they are more then happy to accommodate your needs.I wouldnt take me car anyway else

I took my car to these people because it was making a noise. They drove it, looked it over, then quoted me over $1200 to replace the alternator and timing belt assembly. I was uncomfortable with their quote and with their “place of business.” I took my car to STS Customz for a second opinion, who promptly found an exhaust leak and got me out the door for less than $200. There was nothing wrong with my alternator or my timing belt. To anybody who needs their car worked on, STAY AWAY from this business.

I have a 2009 BMW 325i and my car was not running well, when it was cold it would shake for a long time and when I made a turn it wanted to turn off. I took it to Olympic Automotive and the lady at the counter said that I needed an appt. so that the mechanic can have time to thoroughly inspect the car, she got me in that same afternoon. So glad and happy I did, my car was fixed and the price was lower than the quote given by the BMW dealer. Not to mention now I have an to go shop for my other cars too! This shop took care of the needs of my 02 Porche 911, my Lexus IS250 and now I am taking in my BMW M3. They are great!, they educate me on the maintenance as well as when to do certain inspections. I have been coming here for 18 years and now my kids are going there too! Its family oriented and very friendly. I love to go and be greeted with a smile all the time by Isabella, she is awesome and her customer skills are highly rated by many!

Jim worked on my 95 BMW last month and did a great job. They used the special synthetic oil I requested and the car was ready on time. Now it runs better than ever and the oil leak is fixed! I plan to take the car back when it needs service at the end of summer.

My experience at Olympic auto was great.The owner Jibran is very friendly and pay attention at every detail about your car. I highly recommend everybody living in Everett /lynnwood to come to this shop.

My car was fixed about 10 months ago, but the problem came back. New owner accepted the warranty from previous owners and fixed my car for $0. New management seems more experienced and honest.

Misdiagnosed my problem. Kept having delay after delay after delay. When they said it was done it had the exact same problem it started with.

I needed a hitch installed on my Ford Ranger so I took it in. I spoke with one of the mechanics and the next day I brought it in and within an hour it was installed properly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Olympic Automotive for anyone needing automotive service!

Best mechanic Ive ever had!

My wifes Audi in for an oil and filter change, standard service. It took all day, they could not reset the service indicator (by their admission their equipment was too old and we were told we would have to take it to the dealer for the reset) and the car was returned with greasy hand marks all over the interior. To add insult to injury they well exceeded their verbal price quote attempting to charge for time wasted in attempting to reset the service indicator. Unprofessional and unacceptable.Do not take your (or your wifes) car to Olympic Automotive for service, go somewhere else.

I bought a 2005 scion tc motor from OLYMPIC AUTOMOTIVE INC they told me the motor was running when they pulled it out the car..... when i took it too a different shop too get it installed the motor was knocking i called them too tell them the problem they kept hanging up in my face kept putting me on hold and hanging up and they couldnt figure out who it was that even sold me the motor sense no body was there they said they got different people working there .... they kept making up excuses that the manager was on vacation this is the worst place too get your car fix or to buy anything from dont believe them they are lair and they will rip you off ....

Stay far away from this place. Incompetent and unprofessional.Short story: Went in with one issue, left with the same issue (after being told it had been fixed 3 times) and a new issue as a result of their work. Owner was rude and yelled at me after expressing my concerns. He blamed my car being old on the fact they didnt fix my problem (after admitting they misidentified the source of the issue 3 times).Long Story: Went in asking to fix a specific noise my car was making. The mechanic (Steve) told me the noise was due to the transmission fluid being too full. So I paid for a transmission service. I was told the noise was gone. Went in, the noise was still there. The mechanic told me he felt bad because the noise was actually a result of an old belt and ball bearings. The owner(Jibran) argued with the mechanic (in front of me) and said the noise was a result of the power steering pump. The mechanic assured me he was right and told me he would waive the labor because he misidentified the problem. Got a call saying my car was ready and wasnt making any noise. Came in and the noise was still there. The owner told me that he knew the power steering pump was the problem and because they had misidentified the problem (now 2 times) and said there would be no charge. This is what happens when the owner is not here. The mechanic called me later and said he was sorry he misidentified the problem again. They replaced the power steering pump, told me the noise was gone. Came in, noise was still there, and now was a new whining noise. Owner refused to give me documentation of repair because he did the work for free. Took my car to the dealership for repairs, found the actual source of the problem (alternator) and fixed it (imagine that). They did say I needed a new power steering pump because it was failing. I called the owner and told him this, he became defensive, started arguing with me and blamed my car for being old. He also said I should be happy that he did free work on my car even though it was bad. I had requested he pay for the repair at the dealership because they would actually do a good job. He said it was too expensive and would not pay for it. He said he would replace it at his shop. I refused to let them touch my car again. He told me to give him back his power steering pump and to go elsewhere. He refused to give me any documentation of the power steering pump replacement and said the reason why they did bad work was because I harassed the mechanic.I regret ever bringing my car to this place and hope you dont make the same mistake as I did.

Bad service. Went to get my 2019 Mercedes checked and got very bad service. Dont recommend.

My boyfriend has a BMW that needed an oil change and the brake fluid replaced. I said I would help out by taking it in for him while he was at work. Had to take it in three different times and here is how those visits went...1ST VISIT: Had an appt at 9:00am, brought it in at 9 and I was told it would take one hour. I walked across the street to Starbucks and the few other shops to kill some time. I gave them two hours just in case they needed extra time and when I returned at 11:00, I noticed the car had not been moved. They said they were very busy and had not gotten to it yet! Even though I was frustrated at why they would schedule for me to bring it in when they didnt have time to work on it, I said it was fine, I will bring it in another day.2ND VISIT: Was told they open at 8:30am and could drop it off anytime and if we just left it there, they would call when it was finished. So, dropped it off at 8:30 and went about our day. We never received a call all day saying that it was ready. Knowing that it was closing soon, we decided to call them. They said it was done and we could come get it. We had to rush right over to get it before they closed so we wouldnt have to wait til the next morning. They should have called as soon as it was done...its not our job to call them and ask if it is done! As soon as my boyfriend started the car, the brake light was on (the light on the dash saying to check the brakes). When he went in to ask the mechanic why, the mechanic said he saw that there was no meat left on the brakes. When my boyfriend told him that the brakes were done one year ago and that the brake light wasnt on before we brought it in, the mechanic then changed his story and said that the brake sensor was bumped when they took the tire off and somehow got ruined. The mechanic said that he would order a new sensor for us and put it on for no charge since it was due to a mistake on their part. My boyfriend was irritated that he was lied to about the brake pads but agreed to bring it in again to let them fix their mistake. We were told to bring it in anytime on the next Friday and it would only take a moment.3RD VISIT: I went in around 10am and a man named Dimitri was confused at why I was there. He checked with one of the guys in the back and came up front to tell me that they had the part but forgot I was coming in and to come back at noon. I returned at noon and sat in their very dirty and very cold lobby for about an hour. Dimitri then told me the car was ready and the total was $39. I then said, Umm, what total? He said that there wasnt any charge for labor but we had to pay for the sensor that had been damaged (by them!). I told him that we would not have came back if we knew we had to pay anything, we would have taken our business somewhere else because of the awful customer service. We just wanted them to fix what they damaged. I told him that I was not paying because thats what I was told and he needed to talk to my boyfriend. He called my boyfriend but there was no answer (he was at work). Dimitri kept the keys and told me we will wait to see if he calls back. There was no way I was sitting there for hours until my boyfriend got off work and was able to call him back, but I definitely wasnt paying. After a few minutes of Dimitri having to listen to me vent about how I was fed up with everything that has gone on, he decided to give me the keys so I could leave.MORAL OF MY LONG STORY : DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO OLYMPIC AUTOMOTIVE!!!!
