My uncle took my family and I to this Walmart after the airport loss her luggage. Honestly, it looks like a really nice from the outside and I was impressed with the outdoor living section as well. Food- this location was missing my favorite crackers and the overall isle looked like it needed to be restocked. Clothing - they did not have boys shorts for my nephew. I mean it’s Florida and 80 degrees where are the shorts?! Tons of sweatpants but no shorts. Also, they could use a bit of a better selection of women’s pajamas shorts. My sister could not find any at this site. Toiletries- excellent and well stocked. Service- not great but okay. The customer service associate made me go back to see how much the socks my sister was trying to purchase due to no tag. Bathroom- okay but it was a bit messy. Standard public restroom experience but not horrifying like most. Overall, I would recommend because it’s a good experience.

This is an excellent Wal-Mart store. It feels clean and safe. They have good groceries, household items, gifts and holiday items. Their prices are very reasonable and staff was nice each time I shopped.

Great Walmart! Clean and friendly workers. My only reason for a 4 star is because even before the pandemic they never seemed to have lots of stuff in stock. Other than that they are good!

I dont think Walmart is worth the problems I have to put up with while visiting. They use to have the upper hand with low prices and 24hr availability. Now they close earlier then some other stores and their prices have skyrocketed. Not too mention the lack of products they now carry.

They NEVER have enough motorized carts!!! The one I was using died at the back of the store. A very nice lady stopped an employee and told her I needed help. The employee came back with a push cart because there werent anymore motorized ones. My lower spine was just re-fused, right hip replacement, both knees replaced, terrible arthritis.Tried to return things that I bought online but the computers werent working and I couldnt do that either!!!Forever out of my favorite yogurt too!Wheres CUSTOMER SERVICE??????

Walmart has fair prices, but the environment is questionable to say the least. Most of the staff are nice and helpful but some are not. While other customers seem inconsiderate and weird. The shorter hours also make it hard for me to shop after work.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I only usually shop here maybe once a year but, I wont be back. The employees are rude and apparently miserable. They had a lot of people stocking shelves as most were empty as it was a Monday. I dont know how many almost ran me over or cut me off and not one said excuse me or even an hello. The only words the older woman at the checkout spoke to me was 63.38 (my total). Handed back my change no thank you, no nothing. Walmarts price arent that great either I can get most things cheaper at Aldi. I still had to go to the grocery store as the shelves were bare and I couldnt get what I needed. I cant believe people shop here with this kind of service.

Thank God they have self check out because I would love to support the individuals that are on the checkout lines, they move so slowly. Collect your carts. Clean your aisles so people arent tripping over items. Sadly, not the worst walmart I have been to, but also a poor one.

Wonderful Service from Thalia, hopefully I spelled her name right. I was in the ladies department/dressing rooms tonight. She was Amazing. She was very attentive, helpful and engaging with me as a customer. I think it’s important to acknowledge people when they’re doing a great job. I was equally impressed by her coworkers who told me she had just started there and how supportive and encouraging they were for her. Very impressive team work!

Come on its walmart. This happens to be one of their larger supercenters. They have all the groceries and the garden shop and everything. Although right now October 16th 2021 the entire garden center is filled with Christmas stuff. They have just about everything and the cheapest price is anywhere. It may not be the highest quality stuff in the world but you cant beat the prices. Besides its fun to walk around and see the people of walmart. And if you dont know what that means, try searching YouTube for that.

Clean clean clean! This Publix seems to catered to the students of USF who eat much healthier therefore providing a higher arrangement of vegan and vegetarian food choices as well as mostly organic products. If eating healthy is a priority for you this Publix will meet every need.

Parking lot is a disaster, shelves are empty, not one time have I ever been able to get everything I need in one trip. I always have to go to another store.Oh and employees barely have any knowledge and the self check out is back breaking because theres not enough room. Matter of fact i wouldnt even give it 1 star!

Typical walmart. Store packed like black friday. Only one checkout lane open. Garden center closed over 2 years. Sell ammo for belt fed machineguns but not bolt action hunting rifles. I tried to buy something there but walked out due to not having a register open. A few weeks earlier i went to buy an oil filter and they were closed. When the heck did walmart start closing? Now i just keep driving and go to rural king.

First walmart gas station i have seen. Clean ... small... and cheap snacks. Also lotto tickets and scratchoffs.

Great service and huge inventory but their best selling items run out fast. Returns are quick and their service people are nice. With all retail stores you will of course meet someone rude but overall this place is pretty decent. However.... BEWARE... (reason why I wanted to share this review) Someone broke in our car, stole my purse and a few more personal belongings at their parking lot. Dont forget to lock 🔒 your car.

Found what I needed pretty quickly in each department. Prices are about the same on certain items but this location is closer to home. Self checkout was pretty quick as well but didnt think I bought anything that needed approval but age thing came up so assistant came over helped and was gone.

Shopping is always an easy task at Walmart. I find everything on my list, however the associate at the self check out should take her job with a more cheerful approach. We all have bad days, but we try to make the best of it, and dont stay on your phones so blatantly while you are supposed to work. Sorry that it sounds so negative, most every other employee that I encountered was engaged in their job duties. I dont have any other comments, except that Walmart is one of my regular places to shop at.

Im From Raleigh NC and Im here visiting family and I decided to go into Walmart while my Husband was sleep in the 24/7 ER across the street I know bad wife but he was knocked out because he had gotten bitten by some fire ants so I rushed him there. So while I waited I was like let me run to Walmart pickup some stuff right quick, I met some of the stores nice employees Zac in the garden center he was very Helpful he even Help me bring my groceries and plant out to my vehicle thanks Zac, Linda, her personality was Very lively and friendly Go Linda and Fatima she stop what she was doing to lead me to Zac and Linda I really enjoyed my visit to this location Im sadden a little because there were two other ladies that helped me my cashier and the other lady helped me with one of those riding carts I wish I knew who they were they were very nice and professional Good Job Kevin. They showed they had a product in stock on their website but when visiting the store they did not have it. Overall we like this store though because it’s always clean and well managed.

This is the worst Managed Wal-Mart.. people waiting over 45 min to check out at self or cashier.. wait to check out and your told that the register your at is only cash but I can go get in line in an odd number register. No announcements or anyone letting people know. I would rather pay the extra money and go Publix.. I only came here because my husband wanted something that Publix doesn’t carry. Well they will now.

I had a few returns from two different receipts. Got home and saw that I was not given full credit as one of the returned items was NOT scanned. Tryed reaching the store multiple times to no avail. Sick that Im out the money. My guess is that now surveillance has been wiped out from last weekend. So disappointed!!

This location is always busy and a little difficult to find a parking space. But its always clean and employees are friendly. Customers are nice too!!

This is the better than average WalMart store. They had an ample selection of everything. Plenty of people working there putting stuff away on the shelves, etc. Has a garden center but not much selection for now, understandably because of the season. Made a few purchases, did not have any hand sanitizer when I arrived there to get my cart & the gentleman in the corner on a stool just pointed to a bottle of sanitizer & paper towels but the hand sanitizer gels in automatic dispensers were both empty & no one seemed to care.

I have to say this is my first visit to this particular Walmart and it was very refreshing to be able to go in and everything be where it was supposed to be and well-stocked as opposed to my regular Walmart in Wesley Chapel which I will not go to anymore, mainly because I was treated very rudely and insulted by an employee.This Walmart in Lutz is now my go to Walmart.

Online pickup experience from store is consistently bad. They have a kiosk and a screen where you enter the order number and wait. The kiosk is not connected to anything else. So you wait like a fool till you get annoyed and then you ask an employee to pick my stuff up. Thats when they know you are in the store to pick up. This has happened multiple times. And after many reviews I gave to them I realize that they dont care about customer satisfaction one bit. Two stars are for the fact that they offer pick up here for items needed urgently.

Great food, great service. Best cuban cuisine in town, I guess thats why theyve been there so long.

The pharmacy is great. The employees in the isles are rude. There have been one or two really nice employees but most of them seem miserable, theyre always complaining and when you ask a question, their response is like what do you want.

This is honestly the only Walmart I prefer to shop at it is clean professional and the employees dont seem like they want to kill themselves

I only went in to use the FedEx store. They seemed annoyed that I was there and it was an overall off experience.

They never update their app. Shows in stock but when I get there (usually only 5 to 10 minutes later) they are sold out, or the price is different then what it showed on the app. I also use the grocery pick up. On numerous occasions my food has been missing, or they give me produce that is already rotting. I like their prices on a lot of things, but its getting to the point where Id rather spend the extra money and shop at their competitor.

Good store friendly associates a little crowded aisles were a little narrow but overall a good store.

Don’t use WesternUnion there, sent my money to wrong location and now late fees I have to pay for their mistake.

Disappointed that I have to check myself out in order to get out of the store in a reasonable time. Just hire some more folks and take a little less profit please!!!

We did pick up today because I especially dislike this location. The produce always rots fast. The employees act as if youre inconveniencing by trying to shop around them working. And dont even bother asking for help.....I gave 3 stars for todays customer service. It was pretty straight forward. I think you guys should allow tipping the employees though.

I went to this store on regular basis. However i feel there are lots of improvements that could have been made to match up with other walmart supercenter in adjacent neighbourhood. For example, it could have been more varieties for similar products, much cleaner, brighter and providing different sizes of buggies for various needs. With these, there may be more business considering its in a great location.

Great place to shop. Find everything your looking for under 1 roof. I was shopping for a grill and not only did I find the perfect grill but they were also on sale. What a deal!

The pick-up consistently takes at least an hour to get your groceries out and then half your order is out of stock. This place is so poorly run it’s pathetic. I feel for the employees that are understaffed that are working hard, the management should all be replaced with competent people that know what they’re doing. Wouldn’t recommend ever doing pickup at this god-awful location.

I need to offer a suggestion, take away electric wheelchairs and replace them with peddle wheelchairs. Every time we go there there never is any available.usually occupied by extremely obese people, who need excessive anyway, it would save the store money not having to charge them up. Otherwise there were many empty shelves

Ridiculous. Waited in the jewelry section for close to 30 minutes. Workers claimed to call someone over to help three times and no one ever showed. This is how your store loses money.
