This is a nice Dollar General store. I like their gift cards, gift wraps and gift bags for lower prices than other stores. I also like their snacks and candies. They have plenty of options for good prices. It was a good place to get Halloween treats. The store seems clean and nice.

The Dollar general is a great place to go and lose for your everyday needs. I know everybody that works up there Karen Dawn Jacob Leslie and Trish in Dennis. Theyre great people. of course they gave my son a chance that would be Jacob thank you for that! And thats not the reason that I go there. I like going to the dollar store because its cheap and because of the friendly faces that I see there everyday!

The older lady with the short hair that was stocking shelves tonight at 7pm is extremely rude.

Went to find something and had a hard time finding it so I asked the cashier where it would be. He did not even respond after looking directly at me if I was management I would get rid of this person.

A nice clean store, full of all kinds of value items. Selections as high as I can reach, and I’m not short @ over 6ft tall.Prices are always great. Getting a little long on the lines, but only a few days before Christmas every where is busy.

Dirty looking store. Under staffed like a mofo. During the 5 minutes I was in the store, the cashier left her post twice and went all the way to the back of the store for something while she had a line of customers... she needs help!

Karen, the BEST associate, was there helping everyone with no voice today! Such a Doll.Store was jam packed, as usual, with great deals. My candles from last time this year are back in a variety of flavors. Theyre in a cast iron skillet for $6.00, and...you can REHEAT the wax! Awesome little gifts to keep around.

Oh Karen! The most unfriendly person who’s job involved customer service..... seriously I mostly of the time go to another general dollar store because of her attitude towards the customer even towards elderly. If you don’t like your job why apply there to begin with....

Good prices on everything. I got some motor oil and later that day went to car parts store and the same oil exactly was near 3 times the price. The store manager is always trying to make your visit better, even if its just putting a smile on your face. Would of gave if a 5 star review but the checkout girls always seem like your a bardon to there day.

Its the Dollar General. Other than the store being a bit of a mess. Great store.

Love the products the store carries but the staffs customer service is horrible! I actually have worked in guarantee customer service satisfaction training workshops and if your company ever needs to do a training class let me know. I say this with the kindest of intentions and I hope that your company really thinks about doing something like that because its been more then just a few employees.

Every time I go there I get the woman who is so rude to me, that I have decided to go to another store. I dont go to get abuse verbally.

I like this location it is close to home seems to be more organized then some of the other locations Ive been to the staff always seems to be friendly and helpful and whatever the question I have maybe as well as Ive seen them be the same to the other customers around me.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. My first time at this DG in my neighborhood (I usually shop at other in the surrounding areas) & I had the WORST customer service experience Ive ever had in the longest time & I never had an issue at any other DG store. Tricia & Karen claimed to be managers on duty gave me the hardest time just to cash out. 3 transactions later (yes “3” times I gave them the benefit of the doubt) a problem with every single trans. Final excuse was they were managers but not the store manager I cant override its a store rule. I was flabbergasted left a cart full of items, as I felt it became personal when I noticed they were nice as pie to all the other customers. Cant help but to think me speaking to my son in another language (trying to calm him) might have been the root of it all. These ladys were not helpful one bit & were rude including body langage. Ive seen in the comments it isnt the first time it seems like the cash out ladys in the front have an attitude problem or seem bothered just to ring up ppls items. I will never be back! I reported the issue to coorperate as well I was treated unfair & these women seemed bothered acted careless thats not who I want cashing me out. No thnaks! I’ll pass! I’d like someone friendly with positive customer service skills, - a people person which should be a must when hiring for a cashier position no matter the seniority. Not once did they apologize for any inconvienince for the errors but neither was there an attempt to fix anything.PS: Im shopping with a toddler who had just enough 2 hours in the store & couldve been less if not so many problems & back and forth from them with excuses that didnt even make any sense when I go to other DG’s they know how to look at their system and correct any “systematical erros” as one would expect a manager(s) be trainned as such in order to excell in theyre services to customers.

Dollar General is always a good place to find some decent deals especially in the clearance section. This Lutz location has a wider variety of items in general then the Land OLakes location however is item selection in general seems to vary somewhat store to store

Wow too bad I cant give less than 1 Star. Was in line behind an African American woman and I havr never been so upset for someone else. The cashier Karen was friendly to others and so outwardly rude to this woman. Droping her license on the table instead of handing it back. Making noises about her choice of payment. I thought it was 2018 not 1968. So rude to treat a customer like that.

The workers there are always polite and the store is clean and in order.awsome store i always go to that store instead of the other stores around it.

Ive been coming here for years. I was very disappointed with the service the last few times Ive bought anything from here. Denny was especially very unprofessional and rude today along with the lady working with him. Today especially I felt very unwelcomed and almost like I was an annoyance. I doubt I will return.
