This is a good grocery store. I like their bakery items, good cakes, cupcakes and brownies. They also have good produce which is nice since I enjoy good fresh fruits and vegetables. Check out time is reasonable. It seems clean and safe for shopping!

I like this one because it is always clean. The stall is awesome! They walk you to the product you are looking for instead of telling you where it is. The Pharmacy staff is so great too. They Actually remember your name. Wow! How great is that!

Got a cookie cake for my boyfriends birthday. They dont hace any bags large enough you can balance the cake in...so when it slightly got unbalanced, the cake crumbled on itself, and oozed out of the package. The cookie dough was soggy and oily. Ive had a horrible day and then this happened. Gotta love it.

I have been there in some time but it was clean and bright. I went there for the meat sales and wasnt disappointed. The staff was very helpful too. I will definitely go back.

So I occasionally shop at this location. Im never really impressed with the customer service. But a couple weeks ago, a young man helped me in the bakery. He was very polite, super helpful. I got everything I needed so I was happy. Of course the prices are much better than Publix. I do wish you guys offered more already made sandwiches.

About three months ago I decided to no longer shop at Winn Dixie. Let me start by saying that for almost five years my husband and I started shopping there and spending between $400-$600 a week at the Winn Dixie in Lutz on US 41. Three months ago, I had an incident where I am not sure if I misplaced or maybe left a ground beef in the shopping cart or what. It was on sale for $5 and some change. I called to see if I could just grab another one. The manager said not without the receipt. After all the money we have spent there they couldn’t deal with losing $5 and some change. I would understand if this was always happening, however that’s not the case, I had an off day obviously and was a good shopper and customer. Last week at Publix on Nebraska I had an incident where I thought I left a whole bag of groceries worth possibly $25-35. I called there and the manager without asking for a receipt told me to just swing but and grab what I was misplaced. I told her to just hand on the phone while I looked in my car and around the kitchen again. I remembered my 4 year old wanted to help and put things in the fridge. Sure enough that’s what happened and I told the manager all was fine and I didn’t need to go there. Not once did she ask for a receipt nor did she hesitate in providing excellent customer service. That call would have lasted only one minute had I not asked her to hold while I checked. Winn Dixie obviously does not miss the $400-600 that I spend weekly on groceries which I have been spending at Publix now. Thanks WD for your business!

I love Winn-Dixie you cannot beat their meat prices they are becoming more and more like Publix to be competitive and thats nice I like the buy one get one free specials I love the pharmacy they work with me every way they can how to make it easy for me to get my medications I especially love the staff in the pharmacy I also love the one supervisor Joan I think her name is John shes outstanding however there is one person there that works when Joan is not working she has long dark black hair Sperry route shes very nasty and she doesnt need to be in charge of anything shes awful she needs to be fired in my opinion shes very rude to that customer so take what you want is that its my opinion

I have been shopping. At various winn-dixies for over 5 years. Today 02/27/2021 I went into store and attempted to buy over 100 dollars worth of groceries. In the past 3 to 4 months I have been having trouble using my points so I have learned to call the reward center first to make sure they were active. As I was ready to insert my credit card to pay for my groceries I said I wanted to use my 13 dollars in points and was told my points were locked out. I am over it. No one tried to help or care they lost a good customer

Nice store. Clean store. Super awesome staff. Prices are way high on some products in order to offset the bogos which is understandable. Mandatory mask policy, which i dont agree with but many do so i get it.

The shelves are always stocked, the store is always clean and with the exception of one grumpy lady that works the customer service from time to time - the staff are super nice and friendly. I have been to other locations that are not anywhere near as nice. Would 100% recommend

I love this place. I especially like the lady that works in the deli. I wish I knew her name. She is like Grandma aged, brown hair. Had a mask with kittens I believe. She makes my trips. The gentleman who checked me out,tall, dark hair, is always extremely friendly(we talked about how his mom shops at target and they are out of stuff, but winn dixie has all of it)I got chicken breasts! First time in 2 months. Ill make the drive to go there.

Nice clean store but way over priced. Was looking for fresh green beans, which I found, but not so fresh. They looked bad.

Winn Dixie is great for the BOGOs, and quick pick ups on the way home. But I cant do all of my grocery shopping there. They have an extremely limited area of organic foods. Which I desperately wish they would improve on. The service has always been wonderful. No complaints there whatsoever.

Nice clean store with nice clean and new shopping carts. They always have a bunch of different buy one get one sales going on here every week. Super friendly cashiers with helpful employees here. Easy parking. Easy access. Open late.

I don’t particularly care for this Winn Dixie other than its proximity to my house. Cashiers never seem happy about being there and the fresh food is just sad. If you have to get dry food or something simple it’s ok but I would avoid for fresh stuff and regularly shopping trips. And their receipts are so hard to decipher I can’t tell if I got the deal or got screwed. Who knows?

The BBQ wings and bakery cookies are good. Deli staff and cashiers are friendly. But the last time I was there a item didn’t ring up. The cashier called the manager to ask about the price. Instead of looking up the price the manager just told the cashier that the item couldn’t be sold. So I couldn’t buy that item. Publix would not do a customer like this.

Customer Service at this location is Top Notch. Aisles are clean and well stocked. Everyone is friendly and personable. If you shop their regularly the cashiers and managers will remember you, say hello, and even remember which cigarettes I buy.

Came through at lunch time when it was not busy. When I checked out there were 3 employees at the register chatting. They rang me up without every saying hi or even a single word directed at me. Then after I paid they stared at my groceries until I grabbed a bad and bagged them myself. They were quite friendly with the man behind me in line though.

I wish I could rate this higher, but then Id just be a liar. This store is just fine, not a favorite of mine, but will do if thats your desire. Most their employees are great, a couple are too sedate, one needs to go ahead and retire.

Winn-Dixie is the closest store to our home which is a big plus. Even if it was futher away we would still shop there because of their excellent prices on beef, pork and chicken. Some other specials are available in the flyers that we receive. Wine is a good buy also.

Produce section is out of this world.They never check lettuce or salad greens.It is old brown looking. Yogurt section with expired items. They do not go through expired items and they still sell expired flavor yogurts.

This location is a gem.

I love this location. Today, the girl bagging my groceries left everything piled up on the belt and I had to reach over the cart to put them in. I looked at her and said really? The cashier said, shes mad at you Crickets. What an idiot.
