Most noticeably here is that the staff was all quite friendly. Like any Dollar Tree, the shelves are in a state of always being partially empty with boxes of Chinas best waiting to be stocked. I like that they sell Zapps potato chips. If only I could find the Bee-licious ones they used to sell in the 90s. Anyhow, store is clean enough, and Google Pay works at the register.

I have always had a good experience shopping at this Dollar Tree. But today was exceptional! I recently had knee replacement surgery and this was one of my first outings. I was planning to use a shopping cart and there werent any in the store. When I asked if they had any, a gentleman who worked there immediately went out to the parking lot and brought one in for me! I wish I had gotten his name, but you dont usually see that kind of customer service these days. Thank you so much sir!!

Almost all the food and snacks were expired! I came last week and saw they were like that and then I came again to see if there were new snacks since it’s the closest store to my job. The same ones were still there! Some were even expired since all the way back in Dec 2020.

This Dollar Stores shelves are always fully stocked,...unlike many others. Be careful, though. Those $1 purchases can add up quickly

One of the cleanest, most organized and quietest stores Ive been in. However at the time, both mine and my significant others cards were declined from two different banks with no issues on our end and had to use cash. Technical issues I suppose that happens, but friendly cashier at least!

I love this location! The store is very organized and larger than most. The customer service was very good. However, the customer service at State Rd 54 location is OUTSTANDING. This locations customer service is not lagging very far behind the State Rd 54 location though.

I love location because they have a better selection on their food and better than the store on sr 54 in Land O Lakes.

I would give this store a 5 star but shelves are bare for the past 3-4 months. Big store, can find many great items if its stocked. Seems like 2018 has been a tough year for this store. They had a female store manager, not there, than a male store manager, not there, and now you have these two hard working ladies who go out of their way for their customers, respectful to their cashiers. Always greeting everyone who comes in and still smile on a busy day. Those two should be applaud for being dedicated to their jobs, and I give them 5 stars, especially during the holidays while they both seem to be sick at the time. But kept the lines in order, helping cashiers work smarter not harder and announcements to assure that they are doing all they can to make sure all customers were well taken care of at the check out. Like the Dollar Tree on Van Dyke. Its clean and staff is pretty friendly. Things are usually organized and it not like other dollar store environments. I come here for my spices, gift wrap, and cards. Cant beat the price. Its convenient to my house location so Im probably there more than I need to be. This location even has frozen food although I dont purchase.

Big store.Had things in stock that I couldnt get at other Dollar Tree stores....lots of Halloween decor already...

They have great deals and staff. Its almost hard not to get candy from there because of it. Its a great place to shop.

Friendly staff. Usually pretty well stocked with everyday items and seasonal items. Good prices and good for a quick stop in especially for those on a tight budget.

Came in today to browse with my boyfriend and was planning on buying a few things. Upon 2 minutes of entering the store and glancing down an aisle I accidentally dropped something from a counter and picked it up, I was met with a shout from the next aisle over from an employee who promptly yelled if youre going to goof off leave the store! I was appalled that I was scolded by an employee for a mere accident and was uncomfortable so I left. I loved coming here but will not be returning considering my mother has had rude accounts with her as well.

This Dollar Tree location has the WORST customer service I have EVER seen!!!!!! Cashiers never says anything when they check you out ...no hello, did you find everything you were looking for, no thank you have a good day ect. They just stare at you.There is no one on the floor to help if your looking for something. Shelfs are barely stocked. The other day the Manager open the door at a couple minutes AFTER 9am and instead of letting us the customers in that was waiting outside she shoves the flower cart thru the door to go outside...no good morning or nothing. Last time I checked customers ALWAYS comes FIRST!!!!! Very Poor management and staff.
