I order a sandwich online not my first time. This time I was not happy with my sandwich. The tomatoes were soft like they have been cooked, and there was barely any lettuce. The sandwiches are not cheap but the quality of the sandwich needs to be better.

Publix is always a good shopping experience, and almost every employee Ive ever met is friendly and helpful.

I love the boar head subs but recently I havent been able to get cheese spreads on my subs so I cant give it 5 stars. If you have had the cheese spread you will know once you have it you cant go back! It makes a dry sandwich moist and very flavorful. Ive asked for the spread but theyve told me its unavailable.

Some items can be found for cheap and are high quality, but otherwise a bit overpriced on most items. Staff are kind and helpful, store is very clean.

I am from New York and was shopping to prepare an Italian Feast for my friends. They had everything I was looking for so that was great. Nice clean store. Publix would be my go to if I lived in Florida.

This Publix is on the smaller side so it doesnt have all the varieties that other Publix stores carry and sometimes runs out of sale products. BUT it more than makes up for it with how easy it is to get in and get out. Service staff are usually around to help when needed and checkout is consistently well staffed. Employees are friendly and management runs the stores efficienctly and effectively.

All the employees can always guide me in the right direction when Im looking for something. Always very polite and courteous. The supermarkets always clean.

Overpriced and Quality Deteriorating. Everything is so much more expensive and very few BOGOs. When they do run BOGOs, it is usually on items that are expiring. Produce has been terrible. I bought strawberries and two days later, there was mold all at the bottom.I have tried Whole Foods (via Amazon app), Instacart, Walmart+, Target Pick Up, Sams Club Pick Up. The best so far is Krogers Delivery!!!

Smaller publix but still great quality and a liquor store next to it with good sales/deals. This is my regular publix.

The only reason I gave this Publix 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don’t have as much product/variety as other stores. We entertain often and it is impossible to find a simple cheese and cracker platter here. Even during the Super Bowl, they only brought in one small option. I live right around the corner from this location but often have to go down to Walmart just to get this. Considering a platter like this is one of the most common things you provide when having guests, it’s frustrating that they carry zero options.Aside from that, this is a small but fairly busy location that is very clean and well-maintained with a friendly staff, as is expected from Publix.

After getting caught in a storm at this Publix, I was happily surprised that some of the workers were waiting by the exit, willing to wait with my cart while I pulled up to load my groceries. Great service and seemed happy to do it.

Very crowded, we need a new Publix. Isles are crowded and if employees are stocking ( even when they need to) its even more of a pain to shop. Customers are rude, employees are overall great.

Many of the staff members in this store are rude. Dont let that turn you off though- this is one of the nicest Publix stores around. Has an excellent selection compared to smaller stores. The location gets busy, so for maximum pleasure- shop during off peak times. Ive never seen a Publix with so many rude employees. The store manager must be really terrible. Its a shame because other than the staff- this is a nice store.

This is an excellent Publix store. They have great fresh fruits and vegetables. I see them cleaning the carts, baskets and store so it seems like safe place to shop. The staff was nice

I almost always have good experiences here however I went in today for lunch and got the spring vegetable soup in the deli. If you look in the ingredients there are only vegetables in the soup. I personally don’t eat meat and have a meat intolerance. I was very upset when I ate half the soup to find chunks of chicken in it. Now I have an upset stomach and no more lunch. I did call to let them know for other customers and they said they would check but they didn’t offer any resolution for me and I’m a bit disappointed that I paid for a lunch I can’t eat.

Its unbelievable how much this store has changed, seems like its gotten worse every year. It use to be a great friendly place to shop, but now its like no one in the store cares anymore. You can never find a grocery associate anywhere, and when you do it seems like its a problem asking them for help. The Managers in this store now are about the rudest I have ever seen. I have asked the Assistant Meat Manager for things only to be told its out of stock and they wont have it till the next day, but I come back later in the same day and the have it stocked, its nice to know that they allow Managers to lie just so they dont have to do something right then. All I see them doing is playing on their phones more then working. I will be taking my shopping needs elsewhere as it seems the Store Manager dose not care!

Whether I am getting a sub, groceries or a vaccine, this location is great. Most staff are friendly, fast and efficient.

Publix is superb but this one in particular is consistently understaffed with absurd lines and wait times at checkout, every visit, 5+ people waiting, backed up into the aisles. and only a couple lanes open... never fails.

Always a pleasure to shop at this Publix! The bakery is superb, the produce is fresh and the people that work there are friendly!

They post signs saying ththeththey require masks. They have even listed themselves as requiring masks when you look them up on Google. However, people keep walking into the store without masks. And they arent addressed, stopped, or asked to put one on. When I asked the customer service rep about it, I was told they werent allowed to ask anyone to put a mask on.I have to wonder how many germs have been circulating there and for how long.

Disappointed by the large number of customers going sans mask. Interestingly the store no longer has any signs up mentioning any standards for use of mask while shopping...this is the same place you want people to get their vaccine from 🙄. Disappointed in Publix and in humanity.

We have been waiting sitting beside an 88 year old lady waiting for her script for over an hour! She said that the script was electronically sent by gp over earlier today! They can visibly see the elderly person in pain and to have wait I asked if hers can be done before mineven!She asked how long they have now said we will push it to the front of queue! I get they are busy however to be spoken to rudely and dismissed is shocking and disrespectful to the elderly!Never will I use publix pharmacy again and I will be sharing this story -For a family owned business, your community should be everythingDisappointed

My local publix, not as big as the one further down, but usually has everything I needed. For the freshest fish, lamb and beef, I prefer Whole Foods, but for everything else, I love my publix. Now, if Wegmans ever gets down here, all the others will go out of business.

A good publix

Staff is super friendly. But during the “covid -19” county and state enforced masks. Masks were not enforced at this Publix. Several customers walking around the store with out masks, several employees and even managers walked past them and said nothing. I know things have been crazy but that made shopping a little more unsettling. Knowing that “ safety concerns” aren’t at the top of their list.

The difference between the Sunlake location and the surrounding locations is insane.During the meat shortages early on during this pandemic this location had almost no inventory, while the Trinity location was full. An inventory issue is clearly an issue when the three surrounding locations had plenty of stock.The final straw is your products expiring at an alarming rate. Multiple times I had purchased salads and bagged shredded lettuce and they were brown and slimy the next day.Your lunch meat has not been better. I purchased lunch meat 3 days ago and its molded and slimy. This has happened twice.Had it been a one off occasion it would be understandable, but your consistent lack of quality lately is enough to take my business elsewhere.

I love this location! Great customer service, and everyone I feel goes above and beyond to help you if you need. I was getting a pub sub today (Mrs. Karen made it) and she was the sweetest person. I always love getting pub subs (I mean they are the best) but she made it even better keeping conversation with me! I am beyond happy with my experience.

This is one of two Publix closest to my house. They are very friendly and clean. I have nothing but good experiences every time.

This rating is specifically for the bakery. Every weekend we visit around 8am to pick up fresh rolls or croissants and every time they are either overcooked left from previous day or we are told they are in oven and will be out later. How as a bakery do you have your rolls out mid day? The bakery staff specifically one lady who I will not mention name is so rude and should not be working with the public. I have made my complaint over the last 4 years to management and corporate and still no changes. Very frustrating we need to drive to the Publix on Collier where the bakery is amazing and staff are very nice and accommodating.

This is the worst Publix location I’ve ever been too.

I love this store. The employees are amazing. The seafood dept gives me recipes and suggest how to cook different fish. The produce department shows me new vegetables and describes how they taste and what to use them in.

I’m not a fan of the pharmacy. Staff isn’t very friendly. I constantly have to call to get my prescriptions filled, even though I’m supposed to be on automatic refill. I never had these issues with CVS. My prescriptions filled like clockwork and the staff was always super friendly and helpful.

Fabulous deli, bakery and customer service, but better prices can be achieved elsewhere.I love Publix and highly recommend them. They have great quality deli products offering either Publix brand for a good quality lower cost brand or Boars Head for a better quality moderate cost brand. The items in the deli and bakery are always fresh. The bakery offers an array of baked goods from breads and cookies to pizza dough. Any of the departments are willing to help you out with a smile on their face. If you cant find something theyll walk you to the item in store or offer to order it for you.The only reason I dont spend more of my money at Publix is because may of the items they sell can be purchased elsewhere at a much lower price.
