Today was rough. Normally, they’re stocked and great. Will update with another, more pleasant experience. Staff was nice but it looks like multiple trucks were missed in the food section. I’m hoping it’s due to weather and this won’t be normal.

I will wait in a longer line just to check out with Sheila. She is just a ray of sunshine every single time! She’s always so upbeat, friendly and positive; such an asset to this store.

Target is always cleaner than Walmart but they tend to be a bit pricey on certain things. Well organized store and easy to get in and out of. I like that they have fresh produce available and a nice deli counter.

WHERE IS HALLOWEEN?? Boxes have been just sitting there In the middle of the aisle and no employee has been placing anything. This target has been moving so slow to set up. Whoever runs this target deserves to not celebrate Halloween. This is so stupid. Put it out already!

Lately they seems to be pushing people to self checkout. When I shop in the mornings, theres 1 or 2 cashiers and long lines. I have to shop, then ring my stuff up, and bag it? Are you out of your minds? You need more cashiers, nobody want to be forced to work there for free.

Just adore this Target location, layout is organized and easy to navigate. Huge food selection, and goods are typically stocked up well. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I just called the number hoping to reach someone to assist me with a purchase I made. The Voice mail system instructed me to push #1 for hours, #2 for departments, #3 etc, etc. I even called the HR department. I called 3 times and no one had the courtesy to answer the phone. So much for customer service. My next point of contact is to the CEO of Target.

Perfection! I love the 2 hour or sometimes less time to have the item shopped, and it literally takes SECONDS for employees to bring it outside once I check in. Amazing service. Leaps and bounds ahead of Walmart. As a mother of 4 young children, this has made my life so much easier. THANK YOU!!!

I love the curbside pickup option that Target and other stores offer. With Target, I loved that the associate was waiting for me when I arrived for my curbside pickup. That was pretty cool and convenient! Definitely helpful to have this option when Im running a large number of errands and Im in a rush!

Go in the store to pick up a game that was released today (10/8) and guy tells me it might take a couple weeks to put it out lol. Tag is on the shelf for it and there is a ad for it next to the case that advertises the date! Lol.

A very nice Super Target! Pretty large store with a big variety of mostly everything ! They sell food as well. The store was not too crowded. Aisles were wide, stocked up nicely and very neat and clean however, several items on the shelves have been opened and tampered with!!! Of course, it was the items I came to purchase!! The boxes were unwrapped, obviously opened, crushed & some even empty! When I bought it to an employees attention, he did remove them from the shelves but he said oh, I guess I can re package them. Really?? Really Target??? You would repackage an item that was tampered with & possibly broken & be ok with people buying it??? Needless to say, I made no purchases today. Ill be going to a different Target location from now on.

This is a SUPER Target. Everything under one roof. Good sales on various items depending on what day you come in to shop. I use the app & RedCard for additional savings. In store pick up is convenient when Im pressed for time. I love Target!

One of my favorite Targets! Clean, organized, friendly staff. It sits alone. So, no traffic maze to navigate or congestion from neighboring merchants (think Town Center).Parking lot is well designed, w/eco friendly shrubs and plenty of parking. I live in Riverview, but always visit if in the area.Today, great clearance deals (50%+ off) on heaters and humidifiers. No excuses for not being prepared next winter.Also, Red Hot de-icer for auto windshields. But, only 30% off. LOL! Really? In Florida? :)

This is a very nice target. They recently did an entire renovation of the store. It’s now beautiful and the layout is great. Unfortunately, with the renovation came higher prices. Are used to find good deals but they are very seldom now. They also used to have their clearance rack very organized and now it’s just a mess. For that I only give it four stars.

Target curbside pickup is a game changer! Through the app, notify them when you are on your way, and then Im here when you park. Employees come out fast and efficiently- I am so impressed! As a mother of 4 young children it is so easy for me to do curbside pickup

Although everyone is friendly and as helpful as they could be, they could not help with the creating a more tech savvy with ease of use for the customer as well as the target employees. Lets look at the Whole Foods App then consider the ease of use compared to the antiquated one that is currently used with Target. While shopping at Whole Foods, the customer shops for items put them into their art walks to the check out opens up their phone or gives ones phone number and scan the the app. All items that are discounted are automatically deducted while checking out. No need to take slow down the shopping processing by trying to scan your own items for discounts, having it not work, asking for help then not being able to get it. When you finally arrive at the check out and items do not show up as the sale price shown on the shelves, one needs to run back take a photo of it and bring it up to show. the people at the check out. The frustration level, at this point, makes the shopping experience anything but pleasant. This has happened many times. Please update your APP to be user friendly as well as more efficient.

This is my favorite Target super store. They are larger and have more items than Target closer to my home. I like that they have plenty of good frozen items, cleaning products and produce. I like how I can bring a bag and do self check out also

Jordan at the store on Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, FL 33548 needs to be recognized for her great service. She has defined what customer service should be!! I ordered about 20 items online for in store pickup but did not receive an itemized receipt printed from the store which I needed for buisness purposes. I was prepared to return the items and repurchase them but Jordan first went to try to print the receipt out using the online receipt information after that didnt work she personally called Target care to try and get one sent to me via email and stayed on the phone for at least 15 min while standing beside me. When that failed she went the extra mile to return my items one by one and allowed me to repurchase them without even having to bring them in the store. She was so patient, kind, and respectable. Please keep her around because she is the type of person that brings you long-lasting customers !

Absolutely, the worst experience at a target ever..Online order picks up should not take 45 mins. The customer service rep was rude to all of the online customers waiting for pick up. No one dedicated to online pickups..Ill never visit this store again. Horrible, just absolutely horrible!!!

Safer ingredients in food, personal care and safe laundry and home products (Mollys Suds) are now so available at Target and I appreciate that they care and listen to the customers who shop products with integrity! Ill be glad when this pandemic thing is over. I just experienced another level of ignorance. I ordered an item on line for store pick up, was advised it had arrived, so I proceeded to the store and parked in the parking lot in front of the doors where marked pick up orders. I walked up and discovered that that entrance was closed, so I walked about 75 to 100 yds to the other entrance, then walked all the way back to the closed entrance where pick up order desk was. After I received my item and after seeing several employees walk out the so called closed entrance, I proceeded to go out also, but was advised that that was not an exit, it was closed. So I had to walk all the way back to where I came in to exit.I understand safety and controlling people coming in, but leaving the store, thats nuts.

Higher quality merch than some of the other big stores. May cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. Definitely much cleaner and a better customer experience than the other major store.

I have been looking for a Nintendo Switch game. Even went to different Targets and called this store before driving 20 minutes out of my way for them to hold it. I got transferred back to customer service three times because electronics never answered the phone. I hand finally got the game and noticed it used to have a yellow clearance sticker on it but it was taken off. I paid $60 for this game. Found out it was on sale online for $51.99. Guess they dont price match. Should have gone to Best Buy.

I just left this store. It’s late morning on Christmas Eve and I was sent with a short list. I expected pandemonium, chaos and people in a frantic panic trying to find the things they needed while the store looked like it had barely survived a marathon session of cat herding.In this case, I was delighted to see how wrong I was. The store was busier than a usual Tuesday, I expected that. What I did not expect was the helpful, positive attitude of every single store employee I encountered and observed. It was clean, organized andI’ve never been in that store before. More than one person asked if I needed help finding things, I did look a bit lost, and then went out of their way to see where what I was looking for might be.I am no fan of shopping, but the staff at this Target made it one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you.

Had some problems with USPS shipment but Pilar, one of the workers, was very helpful in making the situation better. She sent me extras and ordered a new expedited shipment which was much appreciated. Thank you.

The Lutz Target never fails me. It is never very crowded and the staff is always there to help if I have a question. Store and bathroom is always tidy and clean. The drive up pick up and on-line store ordering are a life saver. I knocked one star off because even though the store is not that busy (at least the times I go), they never have enough lanes open, 2 maybe 3 at most. Sure they have self checkout, but I choose to use an actual person..I would like these employees to keep their jobs and not be replaced by self checkout lines.

This place is a scam. Went to exchange a shirt I got my daughter for a different one. They offered me $2.50 vs the $9 paid originally. The shirt was still on the shelf for $9. I could understand if the item was currently on sale but it was NOT.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this Target. Yesterday I ordered a few items online for pickup. The process was smooth and efficient. In 15 minutes, I got a message telling me my order was ready. I know they offer curbside pickup, but I feel more comfortable not making some team member bring the merchandise to me when I have no limitation or hinderance to walk inside to the customer service counter. At the counter, Alyssa greeted me immediately with a big smile. A scan of the barcode on my phone was all it took to complete the transaction, and I received a $5 gift card for shopping there. This is on top of the 5% discount with the Target credit card. At the end, my purchase was cost less than what I could find from mail orders. As always, I walked away happy.

Easy shopping! The store is easy not congested and its easy to get down the aisles. Its clean. The service is excellent. Checkout is pretty quick.

I love this Target! I wish there were a Super Target closer to me. I stop in every chance I get. The store is very clean and tidy. I really like the Archer Farms deli meats, specifically the roast beef.

I just wanted to let everyone know how great Sheila is at the Target on Dale Mabry and County Line road in Lutz. I have made my purchases in her line a few times and she is so sweet and kind. She must have a lot of repeat customers because I noticed she seemed to know some very well as she asked about their health, etc.. I normally have a good experience when I shop at Target but interacting with someone with such a kind spirit as Sheila makes the experience even better. I am sure that I am not the only person that shops at target that she has had a positive impact on. Thanks Sheila!

Target typically has everything for everyone. And Cartwheel makes it easier for couponing. Just wish I received more coupons. I wish they would hire associates that weren’t so millennial - hire some kids that still have the mindset of going out of their way to help others, and not be SO lazy.

This location is currently under construction so its a little difficult to find things and stuff may not be completely stocked. This evening my husband and I went to find the newest Disney Villainous expansion. The app said it was in stock but it wasn’t on the shelf. I stopped and asked Ryan about it and even though he was in a rush to fill online orders, he called for the toy department personnel, when there was no answer he went to one of the stockrooms to look for the game. He came back empty handed and said he realized the person for the department was on lunch and he would be happy to check in the other stock room if we didn’t mind waiting a few extra moments while he grabbed some of the online order on his way to check.He was back within 2 minutes, game in hand. Thank you, Ryan for going the extra mile for us and for still continuing to serve the waiting online customers. You’re awesome!

Although I could not access the bar code on my phone Jon told me not to worry he could look up my order. In only a few seconds he had the order number, and the runners I had ordered were in my cart. Jon was fast, friendly and efficient.

Let me start off by saying... I love this Target. Its close to home, looks brand new still, and i like the setup inside. However, i went here yesterday and walked straight to the Starbucks to purchase a cup. Thats it. I waited 10 minutes at the counter watching a young man make what must have been time consuming drinks, while a woman with tattoos on her arms slammed things around, and appeared to be doing her duties before she could leave (making coffee, putting dirty items into tubs, etc). The kid saw me, and two other people behind me and didnt bother acknowledging us, and the lady seemed angry that we were there, and was more interested in leaving than to bother helping her team mate. Finally she finished her work and briefly explained she had worked a double and was trying to leave. I worked in hospitality 7 years as a bartender and server so customer service is huge to me. I would never leave a customer waiting this long. Nor would i tell the customer ive kept waiting so long that i worked a double and thats why i kept you waiting! I wanted to write this review in hopes that Target management will see this and re-train these two people and teach them how to greet a customer, and let them know you will be right with them as soon as you finish up making the drinks. Its really just common courtesy..

This Target had to become my main Target when the one by the Suncoast closed (which is still a shame). Its a good Target and the employees are nice. I do wish they would add self-checkout registers like most Targets have and I wish I could get cell service in the building!

My experience at the pharmacy was great and the customer service attendant at the self checkout was being extremely helpful to the mother and her child next to me as I was checking out today.

The check out person was so gracious and help is always offered by all employees. The Land O Lakes stores are so different from the Miami area stores where I moved away from.

So big! It can be a little overwhelming. Clean, organized, never busy. Customer service always on point. Always have pick-up orders ready within minutes. Just a nice shopping experience.

The store is always clean, the aisles are not cluttered, and the staff is very friendly which makes my shopping experience very nice. Also it helps that most Target stores have a Starbucks which means I can enjoy my coffee while I shop.

I brought my 94 yr old mom to buy a new cell phone. I asked a clerk where to go and she took us to electronics and made sure someone was there. The tech on duty, Josh, was extremely helpful & patient explaining everything about the new cell to my mom. We had 1st gone to Best Buy & were very disappointed & annoyed with the salesmen there. The were impatient with us, like they wanted to get on to the next sale. Rather than answering our questions and helping us, they kept telling us to go online. Josh transferred my moms contacts and got the service straightened out completely.
