Stopped in today to upgrade my phone. Stood there for about 25 minutes before someone helped check me in. Told it would be about an hour (2 people in front of me). Got a text that I would get an update when there was only one person in front of me in line.90 minutes go by without any updates. I go back in. I tell the agent at the store that I checked in almost 1:45 ago. He cant find me and goes to speak to a manager. I overhear him say that someone (from Verizon) removed me from the queue. So they just throw me back in line.He tells me that Ill have to wait. I ask if he has an estimated time frame, and he rudely tells me there is no way to know and to just wait. I get a text saying there is one person in front of me.I ask to speak to a manager. He didnt tell me what happened, just that Id have to wait. No apology. No youre next in line. Nothing by rudeness.I left the store. Called their customer line, and I was told they couldnt believe a corporate store acted like this. But...theres nothing anyone can do about it.So...you guys make a mistake, dont apologize, explain, or correct the situation, and then yell at me because I think its unfair treatment? That seems fair.Wow, Verizon, wow.UPDATE:Of course, Verizons response is to apologize for the wait time. Its not about the wait time. Thats just an attempt to make me look impatient.The issue is that Verizon 1) removed me from the queue and then didnt own up to it (luckily, I overheard it). 2) then yelled at me for their mistake 3)no explanation, apology, or accountability to own up to Verizons mistake.Having to wait in line is normal. Being yelled at and mistreated because you cant manage your own queue is not. Accept the blame where it belongs and do better.
I went to this Verizon store, Because I had Digital SIM issue in my new Ipad Pro . Technical support send me to this location for more help.One of the team I met, Totally unhelpful. Even didn’t try to look to my tablet, Said (Our system in this store doesn’t support the digital SIM). I explained that technical support, said if they can’t solve the issue it’s considered defect. She was very rude, and refused to diagnose the real issue. and she said you can contact the customer service to replace it.Store was not busy at all only me and other customer.If the store doesn’t support the digital SIM, why they send me there. It’s $999 device from Verizon, had an issue from 1st. day. They refused to help and rude.I never had bad impression before with Verizons customer service in any store. Not recommended this Location to anyone.

Took an over hour to try and turn in a phone. Full store, 5 employees. 1 employee ( I think he’s the manager) talking on the phone with his friends about sports and then he disappeared. 2nd employee finished with her customers and disappeared as well. Excuse given was that they had to go on break - with a full lobby????? I know people have to eat but it took 4 minutes to handle my return. People in front of me have been there for 4 hours, I felt terrible for them. Finally Ali came & took care of me in yes, 4 minutes! Thank goodness for him!!
Got my new phone from here, absolutely incredible and nice customer service, 12/10 Frog plus buy another phone in 2-3 years from here again
After a 45 minute wait, the rep we got didnt know anything about the android phone offerings nor the best plan upgrades. We walked out.

Went in while store was open because we are interested in getting new phones as we’ve been customers of Verizon for 15 years. The store had 2 employees literally standing there doing nothing with no other people in the store and we were told that we needed an appointment to do business here. Must not want our business. I mentioned that I guess we will go somewhere else and the response was “ok” by the female employee standing at the door.

Yes I got the answers for my questions after I came in the store, but the welcoming was too bad.I arrived to the store at 7:52 pm and the store was closing at 8 pm. The door was closed (probably COVID-19 precautions) but a tall guy opened the door but he blocked my way in to check if I am having a long transaction of not because they are closing soon, but that was not the best practice to represent the company and the best customer experience. I did not feel welcomed at all, although I had a couple of questions to ask.Dear Verizon Customer Experience team and Operations,Even if the customer arrives at 7:59 pm, he should get the full service without limitations and you handle internally the over time issues with your store teamNote: that was my 3rd attempts to switch to Verizon and you sales team failed to close the deal.Thank you
I got a new Galaxy & my salesman was so personable. He even helped me transfer my info. (W/the Smart Switch App...) I was already a customer & will remain one!!

Only 2 assiciates 7 people waiting. I Was third in line waited for 40 minutes and they were still working with first two customers also they had no Samsung phones. I was there a month ago and they said they were on back order then. I will just try a retail outlet to get my phone.

Stopped by this store today with my wife to see about new phones. Were told we couldnt come into store together. We have one account and wanted new phones and upgrade to unlimited data. We make our decisions together and it would make it harder to decide on what we want if we cant do it together. I understand about covid rules but with the two of us being a couple i see no reason why we werent allowed to do it together.

Im so very disappointed. My husband has had this Verizon account for 20 years and Ive been on it for 12 years, never have we felt so neglected in their service. We were looking to get new phones all around and add a line for our new middle schooler. Their door was locked so I had to wait a moment for someone to come open it. We were asked what we needed and then told only one of us could come in! I looked around and there was only 1 customer in the store. As a married couple we make all decisions together. Plus, we were buying more than one phone and adding a line, so we were essentially doing two customers worth of services anyway. They didnt seem to want to work with us though, so we are now headed to another provider to weigh our options as we need this done in person. I am just so shocked it has come to this.

Tried to go in with facemasks on an hour before they closed and the girl there didnt want to help us. Said she wouldnt let my wife and I both come in although we showed up together and nobody was in the store. I said I wanted to get 2 phones and she told me to just call customer service. When I tried to call the store after, the voice automation said too busy to take calls even though nobody was in the store. As other reviews say, they made us feel like we were bothering them...Maybe that wasnt the case, but they definitely will not get my couple thousand spent on new phones...

And if your looking to get a upgrade of sign up don’t be fooled come to an actual store like this one not an “authorized” retailer and this store is the one to come too!!! Horrible customer service and misleading information. Needed to contact store to make sure they had my old phone which was defected when I received in mail, but they dont accept phone calls. This store is not down the street from me, absolutely ridiculous to think someone can have there hands on the old device with all my personal information on it. Looking forward to hear from management.

Absolutely horrible service. Will never attempt to shop at this store again. Went in to upgrade all 3 iPhones. Daniel has the worst attitude and instead of helping just wanted to argue. All we wanted to do was upgrades! Instead we were told they don’t so that there. Hummm? At a Verizon store? Would highly recommend going to a different store(especially if you are looking to upgrade)

The nicest, most helpful staff....all of them. I am an oldie but goodie and a little daft for 77yrs. They have gone out of their way to help me learn my new IPhone 11 and my new IPad. They also have been masked and mindful of my vulnerable age with excellent awareness. Being stuck in is not bad with my new toys and their instruction! Happy happy! Lin Malzone
I purchased 4 galaxy 10 phones for my family all in one day With screen protections, however 3 months later one of the phones crack we tried removing the screen and go to find out they never put one on. Then one month later my own phone cracks and same thing It never had the screen protector on that I purchased and still have receipts with proof. They have disappointed me and literally robbed me.🙁
Very good customer service, A Man named Briond was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming to this Verizon with the top customer service. Way Better than other Verizon’s I’ve been too.
The staff is very nice and professional but we had issues when purchasing 4 new phones. There was a problem with the sale and promotion and we needed a refund of $799. It took about 4 months to get it. In the end, everything was taken care of.
I just had seriously the EASIEST and most PAIN FREE experience at a phone store ever. Do yourself a favor and ask for Briond. He is patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is not pushy at all. Best of all, I was in and out with the new phone I wanted and all promotions honored within 30 minutes. I’m so glad I opted to come in this specific location and ended up working with him. Literally made my day. Great customer service. Thank you Briond for making this painless!

Shawn and Brian were great. My phone, some how, had a blind mode turned on, I couldnt operate the phone and had no idea how to fix it. They fixed it and I was out of there in less than 5 min.
When elsewhere to get a Verizon phone, no service here! Not one other customer in the store, 6 staff members sitting around.

I would leave a zero star if possible. Daniel lied to me about a phone. Once confronted that they had made the mistake he said it is not their problem. Daniel and his shift supervisor have refuse to make it right. They want me to pay for their mistake rather than correct what they have done. Stay as far away from this location as possible.

The manager Gaskin wasted 3 hours of my wife’s day today. We ordered a phone upgrade online (big mistake) and after the fiasco of navigating the vzw website and finally getting our order through, the manager refused to give my wife the phone... after she drove 1 hour out of her way through xmas traffic to get there... waited forever and then an hour back. He was very rude and wouldn’t help her out. I willnever return to this Verizon again and we were going to buy 3 sets of AirPods and phone cases for all of our children. Needless to say, the phone and all the accessories were purchased at our more local Verizon wireless resale (not corporate) store. So disappointed in the customer service of this store..!
