After visiting a Verizon Corporate location, we were very dissatisfied and decided to go to Go Wireless, where I had always gotten great service. The corporate store told us that we would have to set the phones up ourselves as they dont do that, and also said that any franchise would charge us to provide that service. This, after making us wait outside with no place to sit, in 50 degree weather for half an hour. (They would not let us wait inside.) AT Go Wireless, we were greeted warmly, and allowed to wait inside where we were able to look at phones and make decisions about what we wanted. Shortly afterwards, Damian finished with the two other customers and helped us out. He transferred all my 89 y.o. moms stuff off her iPhone, and then spent the time to help her learn about how to use the new phone. For my husband, he offered to bring the model he wanted from another store if they had one, but since they didnt he ordered my husband the phone he wanted.He was all by himself in the store and kept very calm through all the interruptions, and was polite with everyone.I have always gotten great service from that store, and will never go to a corporate Verizon store again!

Jeremy did a great job !!!! I opened 5 new business lines and when the first bill came it was over twice what I was quoted. I called Jeremy and he called Verizon and stayed on them until the price was correct, he seemed to know the promotions better than Verizon corporate. I will definitely go to the store with any future wireless needs

Go Wireless Lutz is my go to Verizon dealer. Jeremy is always willing to go above and beyond to help whether it is answering a question, helping you choose the best device for you, or helping us non-techy people navigate our new purchases. I went in frustrated with not knowing how to upload something to my device and left a happy camper with my upload working. I highly recommend seeing Jeremy for your cellular needs! Even if there is a line, he is definitely worth waiting for! He also multitasks so the wait isn’t too long.

My family and I went in to switch from another carrier and buy new phones. Juan never even moved from his seat to show us any phones or really try to help us. Seemed like he didnt want to be there. When I asked him to tell me the pricing on plans/phones, he did, but when I asked him about discounts/promotions that are advertised on the verizon website he dismissed the request. It was clear that we were bothering Juan, so we left and went down the street to another verizon store where we opened multiple new lines, purchased new phones, and received the promotions that we inquired about.

Brandon, the Manager of this store had to juggle several customers at one time. He was very friendly, provided excellent service to each customer in the store as if each was his only customer. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail of my new phone and also helped me problem solve an issue that required a higher level of customer.

I went in the store a few weeks ago, and was helped by Jeremy. Not only is Jeremy one of the most helpful customer service members I’ve ever worked with, but he is very knowledgeable about his job and everything needed to complete my difficult task. I’ve been back in multiple times since then to add and change a few things and no matter what’s goin on or how busy the store gets, he’s been there to help every step of the way. Would 100% recommend working with him to get all your phone needs met! Walked out tonight very satisfied with my whole transaction.

I had ordered a new iPhone from Verizon online, when I transferred the old phone to the new phone it cancelled two working lines. I went to the store about 30 min. before closing, Jeremy was with a customer, but saw my concern and while still working with his customer immediately diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in short order. Jeremy gave fantastic customer service and truly cared for me as a Verizon customer. This is the type of employee Verizon can be proud of.

My review is WAY past due.This Verizon location is by far the best location I have ever been to, and I have had my service with them, even the same phone number, for 25 years.I went into the store to upgrade my phone, and I was blessed to get Brandon, who also happens to be the store manager. He was incredibly awesome and he spent pretty much half the day with me.Then I had “buyers remorse” with the phone I had gotten so I went back a week later and Brandon had to do it all over again! If it was a “pain” for him, he certainly did not show it!He was super friendly, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and while it was time consuming, he was able to very easily get through the whole process without a single glitch. And he did it all with a smile on his face.And then he gave me an AMAZING deal on accessories!I very much appreciate everything Brandon did for me.... he went above & beyond anything I have ever expected, or have experienced, in any other Verizon store.I very highly recommend this location for all your Verizon wants & needs!They are officially MY Verizon!!Thank you Brandon! Madelynne is so helpful, calm, knowledgeable and friendly. One year ago, I switched to Verizon and upgraded my phone at the same time. She patiently helped me each step of the way. This week, I had an unusual issue with my phone (rainbow colors and gray shadows on the screen) and she called the insurance carrier and gave me all the help and support that I needed (a lot) to get the issue resolved. I highly recommend her.

Went into store around 1:30 on Monday. One customer in the store. One sales person. When I entered the store, she yelled at me, Ill get to you when I can. She had a had an older customer and she was trying to teach her how to use the phone. She could have excused herself for a moment to see if she could help me quickly and return to the other customer. I worked in retail many years ago and learned to quickly adapt to the traffic. This is a HUGE store with one sales person. I waited a while thinking someone may be at lunch and would return. Waited 20 minutes. NOPE, nothing. I left. Wanted to start new service. Oh well. This must be one of their poorly run dealers. Sometimes cutting staff is not always the best reponse. Good service is always the best reponse.

I’ve been seeing reasean for the last few years i met him at T-Mobile, he told me he was moving to Verizon and I already knew I was too. Reasean is the ONLY sales rep I will EVER see so when he moved to Verizon so did i he is so patient with his customers and makes them feel important in every interaction he will spend as much time as needed to make sure you are happy and are on the same page, he doesn’t make it seem like you are just money, he throughly enjoys helping people out! Reasean is a very well educated young man who knows what it takes to be successful in this kinda of Career, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! Doing business with him is honestly the most self rewarding thing I can think of he will find every single deal possible for you all while making sure you get the perfect phone and plan that suits your needs. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs anything revolving phones. I don’t care if I have to drive 2 hours to see him he is the only one I’ll ever let touch my account anymore.

I went in to look at phones and the following day ordered one. My original salesperson was Matt and he was awesome.Through no fault of Verizon UPS lost the phone. In the meantime my phone totally died. I went to the store horribly upset. No phone no replacement arrived .I was met my I believe the manager.He calmed me down and was able to help me with a loaner until the phone I ordered could be reordered.I am extremely thankful for all his help and will update later with his name and how the rest of my story ends.I would definitely refer people.Sometimes you might have to wait for a few minutes if they are busy but they are trying to give EVERYONE proper customer service.UPDATE: I finally received my phone.Brandon,the manager,who helped me earlier took care of all the issues with the temporary phone and phone lines. As far as customer service he went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Had a wonderful experience at this store updating our phones and joining the 21 Century. Madalynne was very helpful, informative and best of all patient. Actually, we revisited GoWireless the next day with additional questions and both Kevin and her were more than happy to assist us. customer service is excellent. They aren’t there just to sell phones, I can assure you. They are friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. These traits were obvious in their interactions with other customers that came into the store while I was there. I can highly recommend them and would not hesitate to refer my friends and family.

Jeremy was who i dealt with, he was alone on a sunday as he says he is usually and it was busy so it did take a little bit of time but he was phenomenal at his job. He was able to handle a few customers at a time, knew how to help everyone, and was very pleasant to talk to, definitely the best phone store experience Ive had and I plan to go back to him if i ever need anything else.

I’m usually wary of cell phone stores run by authorized partners versus the corporate locations, but the folks at this particular store were and are amazing. Madalynne helped me on the phone and helped make sure they had the right device for me. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me sort out the new unlimited plans and how to make them work best for me.If you’re looking for a phone in the Land O’ Lakes area, you would do well to visit this store. Even if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll do their best to help you however they can—which is pretty amazing in our “money first” kind of world.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I would recommend going to the Verizon store off of Dale Mabry. The guy that worked there (Eric) just wanted to make his commission off of me and push me out the door. He signed me up for the wrong plan, because he failed to ask me which plan I wanted, failed to ask me if I wanted insurance on my phone, which I did not, and didnt allow me to tell him that my address had recently changed. He did not care what I had to say and didnt even give me the time of day. I had to then go to the other store and get everything fixed because he wouldnt fix it for me. Absolutely horrible. He didnt explain anything to me (I was switching carriers) and was just plain rude and careless. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Verizon store ever again and I will not be returning.

I would not recommend going here, especially due to the erroneous 5-star review that I just discovered this business wrote on my behalf. I actually did not receive good service and was charged fees no one ever alluded to at the time of checkout. Upon calling, they claimed that since they are a private retailer they could charge whatever fees theyd like. Based on both of these issues, Id say their business practices are a bit unethical ...

Had a hard time switching from at&t but these guys made it an easy decision. it was a surprisingly quick visit and Garrett didnt seem to over-pitch any sales so I wasnt pressured with choosing a phone. Their prices were a little higher, but quality service was worth it. I can tell the other guy is a drummer because at one point I thought he was having a siezure haha.

I switched to Verizon in February after being with Sprint for 15 years. I did so due to dropped calls and heard Verizon had better coverage. I visited the Land O Lakes Verizon a few days ago due to having issues with my HTC phone. I had the privilege of working with Jarred Skinner. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. He got on the phone with Customer Care and Technical Support to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately the issue couldnt resolved therefore they sent me a replacement phone. Upon receiving the phone, I went back to the store for help with the set up process. Jarred again assisted me with activating my new phone and explained to me how to transfer my photos, etc. Jarred was very helpful to me during a very frustrating time. He helped to make a poor experience a positive one.I knew the moment I walked into the Land O Lakes Verizon store that my experience would be a positive one. They welcome you with a friendly smile and warm welcome. The Land O Lakes Verizon store has now become my Verizon store that I will visit for all my needs. Thanks to Jarred Skinner!

They do business based on trickery. I called them twice regarding info about the iphone 7 and they gave me the details I needed and said they had the color and type I needed. I went in to the store and talked to them about the phone, they pulled up my account and made us sign one screen and after signing that and after I had removed my screen protector from current phone and everything, the guy says oh yeah by the way this is a combo deal so it will be another $180 including the taxes. So $55 in taxes and another $125 for a screen protector and case. He says they cannot sell the phone without the combo. I bought both of those for $25...and they want to charge me that much. That is fine if you are charging that much, but do not make me come into the store and then make me sign something before telling me that part of the story. That is complete crap and not how anyone should be doing business. I had to call Verizon and make sure they blocked this store so these con men couldnt make any unauthorized changes to my account. No wonder they had iphone 7s left over from launch day. Be cautious when doing business. I went in based on the good reviews, but left with disappointment.

I ordered a glass protector for my phone almost a month ago, because they no longer carry them. I was told it needed to be shipped from Odessa. I had to call myself this morning to check on the status of my glass, I was told by James that it was there and they tried to call me several times yesterday. I proceeded to check my call log, which in fact, they called only once and didnt even leave a message! As a customer service manager myself, I am extremely disappointed in their service. I will go get my glass cover then never step foot in that store again! I would rather wait 2 hours in a corporate Verizon store then ever go to a Verizon Wireless store!Lisa
