Did a curve side pickup. It was on time and the employee that hand over my items was so polite and nice.

I absolutely love walmart. However the crowds of people has become unbearable. Ive been ordering my groceries online and picking them up in the back of the store. This is usually an easy quick process. A couple of days ago when I did my grocery pickup I waited for over 45 minutes before they brought me my groceries. I was very disappointed. But the staff was very friendly as always. So I wanted to make sure I gave it an extra star on their behalf.

This place was a ZOO! There was no reason to endure the inconvenience of a simple pick-up that took 30 minutes to complete. No one answered the phone that you call to let them know youre there!

Could not get through on phone. had to get out of my car twice to call attention to my pick up order. waited for half an hour. With covid at an all time high Im paying for delivery

If 1st time, watch for arrows on pickup signs in parking lot. The guys in pickup work hard to get your orders cordially. Ony 4 stars because of minor problems.

Waited at the pick-up for my online order for over 30 min with my 1 year old getting more and more hungry, tired, and cranky in the back seat. Yes, I got the confirmation it was ready, yes it was within the days allotted, yes, I checked in and even spoke with the worker twice. About to leave.
