We have been customers for over 15 yeArs. (Even before when we were customers with Singular) My husband, daughter and I are in a family plan We went in to see different options to upgrade (which you would think would make the sales person happy). The gentleman we got was rude, didn’t explain the plans and got on my daughters case for being the user with most data usage - which was none of his business. And even if it was of his concern, we are the ones who pay the bill. As a family plan we did not go over our usage. Even with his belittling attitude we presses him for more options which he just got a flier out and handed it to us. It was such bad service and belittling experience that we went over to TMobile and upgraded to everything we were looking for. This was a difficult decision as we are loyal and my husband had a 25 % discount because of the company he works for. We lost the 25 percent with AT&T but are so happy with the options and flexibility we got with T mobile. You would think AT&T would train their employees to provide better customer service.
This was my second visit to an ATT shop. This visit lasted an hour and a half plus. I lost track. Although somewhat pleasant she seemed unsure of the process just to upgrade and renew. Eventually 3 hours and 2 stores we were able to set up the new phone. I have to call back when the new billing is out. A customer rep said I may have had additional charges added in error.
Camden was super helpful and patient with me! I would definitely recommend this store because of his knowledge, attitude, and personality.
Always great expert service at this location. They even helped me save on my television and home security.
If you live anywhere near 54 and 41, you wont get service from AT&T. its a dead zone here for miles and youll need a micro cell tower to call/text
Thanks for cutting my sim card for me. No sales pressure, friendly service.
Good service
At&t sucks
