I went to Cellfix the other night bc I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 plus, and Jesse helped me. He was so nice,helpful,and funny. He made me feel right at home. He explained to me that he wasnt very experienced in repairs so it may take a little longer than usual. Because of that, he offered to send me to another store. His honesty made me decide then and there to leave the phone with him, and when I came back it was done. He was more excited than I was lol.Hang in there Jesse, youre awesome. This store always has amazing people. Came in the fix my iPhone 11 Nathaniel fixed it up really fast and amazingly. Comes to find out they were open on Thanksgiving..... Walmart isn’t even open!!!! Definitely will keep coming back for all my phone needs!

So I came in with a phone my boyfriend destroyed. Not only did he smash it, but it was raining that day so water got in it. I thought it was never going to work again but I came into CellFix and Nathaniel let me know he could save it. I left it with him for a day and Voila My IPhone 11 is in perfect condition again. And then company called Cellfix just opened up down the block from me.And as I walked into Cellfix I was greeted with respect and welcome matter.And that is when I met Ali manager of the store.And I told Ali my issue with the iPad.He went out of his way to figure out the issue and try to find me the best price possible to resolve the issue.And the best part was Ali did everything he said he would do and ever since I’ve never had a problem my iPadCellfix is my new go to place for fixing my devices they don’t try to price gouge you and they always deliver in professional and polite manner

I walked in with a broken iPhone screen and was told that I also damage the cables for my camera and speaker. The employee said they wouldn’t work if I replaced just the screen, I didn’t care about the camera or calling at the time so I said just go ahead and fix the screen it fine. 30 or so mins later the phone was done and I paid $50, but he ended up fixing my other two issue for free, which he didn’t have to. Give them a shot 👌🏾 Of course I will be back if I break it again
