I called this location a few days ago about Home Internet. This is a great deal. Sales associate went through the process but informed me they were out of devices. They called other locations and found one. Manager went and picked it up for me. That is great service seldom found today. This staff is the best. Thank you.

Garbage experience - they spent a a half hour trying to get in their own system. Then another half hour describing how they couldn’t order me an upgraded or new phone but I could switch from my current 45 dollar plan to a 80 dollar a month plan with the same features. No thanks …

My husband and I came in last week to get new phones. My husband also got a watch. It was a little complicated due to we were switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. Jeff was the guy that helped us and he was absolutely amazing along with all the other staff in that store. They all jumped in too help. This was a very long process. We could not be happier With the customer service that we received at this T-Mobile location. Would recommend anyone to drive the distance to go to this store. Thank you to everyone again for such great customer service 👏😀👍

I recently visited another T-Mobile store in Brandon and the experience was less than desirable. I decided to try the store near my house in Lutz as I needed a new phone immediately as my phone had completely shattered. I walked in right before they closed and I am so glad that I tried this store! I was greeted by Brian and he helped me through the entire process. Brian was helpful and made my second trip to a T-Mobile store so much better. He is seriously a lifesaver and his cheerful attitude was a nice chance compared to prior experience. Thank you Brian! Masks are required to enter, a member of my family is immunocompromised so I have to be careful. The woman behind the counter wore her mask under her chin the whole time. I get it, were all probably fine, but why even put one on your face if your going to wear it under your chin and talk to customers? Not going back. Im glad you didnt have the phone I wanted, because I went to the one in Northdale and got excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service! I really appreciate how everyone Ive interacted with has been super friendly, helpful and personable. I have been with T-Mobile for almost 4 years and the service Ive received both times Ive been in the store has kept me a customer for at least the next four years. A new phone and two speakers later and I am one happy T-Mobile customer! Karlas team is awesome and made my day both times I had the opportunity to interact with them. I will definitely come back to this location to make my next phone purchase!

Best store by far and Karla was great! so glad I found this store. A rep was trying to figure out how to fix my problem and she asked and within seconds she knew how to fix it. Jenson and Alberto made my experience so incredible today! Not only did they go above and beyond to answer all my questions in-store, they helped me multiple times throughout the day with all my uncertain questions over my several phone calls, even giving me directions to the store when I finally decided to drive there. I have had my last phone for over 5 years, yet they helped me feel secure and confident switching to my new phone. They even made me copies of my paperwork, and helped me switch the color of my phone after I was shipped one I didnt like by helping me make a shipping label and package my investment correctly. Because of them I will continue going back to this location and recommending it to friends and family! Thank you two so much!

My first time visiting a T-Mobile store and I will definitely be visiting this location from now on. For days, I was having issues activating my new sim card, but as soon as I walked into this store, the manager Karla fixed everything within minutes! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently moved a couple of lines from Sprint which was a bit challenging due to Sprint no unlocking my devices. Lillian Schauer was extremely helpful and patient as it took a little more time to get everything ready. She kept me informed of any specials coming up and provided some tips to make the transition smoother. She was very knowledgeable about the plans and devices. All the store employees and Manager were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the quality of service at this store. I will continue going to this location when needed and definitely recommend it.

This store is the store to go to! I went in for help and when I tell you the Manager lady went over and beyond to help me, what a problem solver! Recommend honesty just look at the reviews that’s what got me to go in and boy was I glad to! I’ve been to a few other stores and by far the team is great nothing compares its worth the drive! Great store! Went in the other day to set up a line for my dad who has no idea how to use his phone and the manager and one of the sales associates were able to walk him through how to use it! Very personable staff and very knowledgeable!

The BEST T-Mobile store in the Lutz/Tampa area. My mother went in to activate 3 lines after ATT had messed up our family plan and Karla, Jensen, Alex, and Llex were so helpful in making sure that everything was done carefully. Despite having 3 or 4 other families in the store I still felt like I was being taken care of with lots of attention. This store has an extremely personable staff; any and every employee will do their best to make sure you walk out with a smile on your face and with the confidence that you made the right purchase decision.

Looking for a T-Mobile store go here I been dealing with a few stores and i finally found a good store where the reps have fun and the Manager actually knows what’s she’s doing. Karla the manager of that store listened to my problem after the reps called her over and boom she knew exactly what was wrong with my device. the reps Jensen and Llex were so helpful I left happy and I’m back in business. It’s not a crazy busy store so if your looking for fast and personable service definitely go see these guys they’re awesome!! Glad TMobile still has good managers and tech savy ones!!

My family and I were in this store today and the woman that helped us was absolutely rude. She spoke in a very condescending tone to my wife and showed a complete lack of professionalism or customer service. We walked out and will not be returning to this store. I would not recommend taking your business to this location unless you are in the mood for dealing with such a disrespectful individual.

I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile a couple months ago and since then my iPhone would only send and receive iMessages. I could not send or receive any text messages. Karla was super friendly and provided me with a new SIMs card. I was in and out with a fully fuctioning iPhone in 15 minutes!
