We came in to look at the A5s and after test driving one, we knew we BOTH needed one so we bought TWO! Our sales consultant was Chris Ramos. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the Audi. The rest of the team - Jason, Mike and Ryan - all went over and beyond to get us the colors and equipment packages we wanted and were more than fair with our trade ins and financing needs as well. I contacted the dealership to investigate an out-of-state purchase of one of their per-owned cars. Mu salesman, Leroy Gonzales, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and was timely in his follow-up. I arranged an on-site pre-purchase inspection in which he served as the inspectors contact person. Everything went smoothly and Leroy texted me as soon as the inspector finished his work. The service here is amazing! I went in to get my vehicle serviced and was told that my vehicle had a recall and that I would have to come back another day to fix the issue. When I received my vehicle not only did they complete the maintenance on it they had also resolved the issue with the recall so that I would not have to come back! On top of that they also provided me with a loaner vehicle, which they have always done, so that I would not have to wait at the dealership during the duration of the service. We do not have a Audi Dealership in my hometown so I have to travel little. This was my first visit to Audi in Lubbock. Got in and out fairly quickly. Had my vehicle in another Audi dealer 3 times without catching my problem. 10 mins into service Orlando Estrada walked me into the back and showed me my vibration was coming from bent rim. These guys were awesome to deal with, and I got a great price on a top of the line used truck! Henry was my salesman, and was professional, not overly pushy, laid back, and very professional. Mike, the finance manager, was polite, professional, prepared, and offered me the extended warranties, but didnt try to push 15 different products onto the purchase so the dealership can make more money. They also got me a really good rate on financing, and the whole signing process only takes about 30 minutes. I will definitely look here next time Im in the market for a car!

Orlando was my service associate, and he went out of his way to ensure that my experience while getting my car serviced was top notch.
