I took my car in for a paint job on an oem bumper and a brand new oem headlight (both straight from honda themselves) install on my s2000. They were organized as far as time management and when I contacted them they helped me when needed. I was told this was the best auto body repair shop in lubbock and based on how friendly and helpful everyone who worked their seemed, I was sold. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me with the body lines misaligned and the paint was great just had one small problem. The paint puddled and dried up near my headlight(not too noticeable but I notice because my car is my prized possession.) I took it back to get the bumper realigned and they fixed It for the most part and returned my vehicle to me promptly. Unfortunately part 2, on that same night (yesterday) I realized my headlight was not working. So I took my car back this morning and they claimed to have fixed it and they charged my a second time today for the fix. I paid and needed to leave town immediately for an emergency and did not have time to complain about $30 to fix a headlight that I had paid them yesterday to install. Now that I am in a different city and I trusted that my car would be in drivable condition the headlight still does not work... I will be calling back tommorow to hopefully get this sorted out, one thing I can attest for is thier willingness to resolve any issues. I did want more work from them done but needed to go out of town for an emergency and Im glad they were even able to paint what they could in the first place I just wish I didnt have to keep going back. (Update still have not been contacted regarding them fixing this. Everything I purchase for this car is OEM and they scratched my brand new lense a lot and didnt even install it flush. I would really appreciate an email or call regarding this issue because I have more work to be done and from what I hear this is the best place in town and I have now returned to lubbock.)

My Audi SQ 5 required some replacement parts (after cutting across a curb, I did not see). I was directed to Josh Gregory. He was very honest and professional. His customer service was something I don’t experience very often. He returned calls, kept me updated, worked with my insurance company and Audi to get the job done efficiently. This morning I pulled up in the front drive of Collision King to get an estimate for a problem with my front bumper. They did good body work to my almost destroyed car due to hail. They did good work on the paint and body. I did however get my car back full of dust and dirt. They had my windows out and must not have covered it. Everything is dusty and covered inside. A detail would have been nice on the inside. Other than this it was great. They were 2 weeks early on their estimated 60 day turn around. Very professional and quick quote. I will go back to this place and Jason did a great job taking care of my notifications and making sure it was done right. Best experience I have ever had.

The only word to describe the communication during the repair process is pitiful. Getting any sort of information about the repair from my service advisor (Chad) was like pulling teeth. Any time I called for a question or updates I was sent to his voice-mail only to never receive a call back. There where times it took multiple days and calls to get any sort of answer. Multiple days off of work and missed deadlines. My family has been doing business here for the better part of 10 years and have always highly recommended them to anyone in need of bodywork. It saddens me to say I can no longer in good faith recommended even my worst of enemies to trust this company with their vehicles.Upon further inspection today while doing car show prep I noticed the hood that was supposedly repaired is still damaged and missing paint, the body lines dont match up as the hood isnt properly aligned, and the driver side headlight now has several scratches on it. Your quality control team must have took the day off to miss that. Ill be in touch Monday

My daughter’s front bumper fell off as she was pulling out of a parking space....her dad and I are 2 hours away from her! When she sent me a picture of her bumper, I truly didn’t know what to tell her....I told her to contact a friend and try to zip tie it, so she could at least get back to her apartment! I truly felt helpless, as I was 2 hours away! Her friend went and the 2 of them took the bumper completely off.....my daughter we used google to find a repair shop! She got there and booted it back on for her....I am so very humbled at the hospitality this business! I truly believe God sent her there!!! Stephen at Collision King did an amazing job repairing the hail damage on my Range River. The hail damage was very extensive and at one point we were afraid we would have to have it shipped off to Dallas, but the crew at Collision King stepped up, repaired my car themselves and now it looks brand new! Great service from everyone involved. They were quick to get me in for a quote, and when I dropped my car off for repair they had it back to me in just 3 days.I really appreciate having the Enterprise location on site, it made picking up my rental a breeze.

Im not sure if it was just an off day for them or what, but after taking my car in for hail damage, I spent two months dealing with the back and forth of an insurance agency and he said she said of the shop versus the condition I knew my car was in prior to the hail storm. My car has finally been fixed by another body shop who did a phenomenal job. I had to provide pictures of my car prior to the hail and prove my side. I would not recommend taking any vehicle to them for a repair. If you must, make sure you take all pictures of damage to be able to prove to your insurance the condition of your vehicle. They left my car in a state that could have been dangerous had I been involved in a wreck. Shady shop beware.

We took our damaged vehicle to Lubbock because our hometown area (Odessa-Midland) is plagued by its own boom-town success, so it takes many months to get a car into a shop around here. After a much-less-than-pleasant experience at Gerber (see their reviews for full story, all they could do is make excuses), we asked them where to take our vehicle... They said Collision King probably wouldnt even look at it, so thats the first place we went, and are we ever glad we did! Outstanding customer service experience, great price, top-quality workmanship, and finished in a fraction of the time it would have taken to get our vehicle repaired in the Odessa-Midland area. Two big thumbs up, the front counter people were friendly and accommodating, our estimator Joe Garza was very thorough in explaining our options, even brought one of the frame people out to take a look at our vehicle. Waiting and reception areas clean and decorated for upcoming holiday (Halloween), restrooms were clean. I wish I had more nice things to say about this place other than the work and repair itself was good, customer service is awful. Zero professionalism in their workers who work with the customer. First, I circled daily updates on the paper they ask you to fill out when dropping your car off, asking how often you want to know how the repairs on your car are going. Never got a single update on my car. Always claimed they would call by 2 pm when I would ask for an update, it would be 4 pm and I still hadnt received any calls. I always had to be the one to call and ask how the repair process was going. When I called for updates, one lady, specifically, was not very professional. They told me my car was going to be done by a certain day. Well, I called that day and the rude lady on the phone says Im not sure who told you it would be done today, we are right on schedule and your car isnt going to be finished today. I told her that I guess it was miscommunication on their part and her answer was ok. No apology or anything. As if I made up that someone told me when my repairs would be complete? No. Absolutely awful customer service. And last but not least, I show up to pick up my car. They hand me my keys and I go out to make sure everything looks good. Apparently it is too much to ask for an employee to go out there with you and ensure your car has been repaired. To my surprise, there is dark silver/gray car paint splattered all over the outside of the passenger door on my WHITE car. They claim they do a quality assurance check before they return your vehicle. Um, WRONG! The silver paint splattered everywhere was obvious, you couldnt miss it. They got it off when I went back in and told them, but the point is they dont even care to actually conduct a quality assurance check. Bottom line, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Seriously, their level of customer service and professionalism is below zero.

We highly recommend Collision King! Our vehicle was in for a quote, repaired, washed and waxed, and back home within a week! Very friendly, prompt, courteous and efficient. I was impressed by the text messages keeping me updated. It was so convenient to have Enterprise rental cars in the same building.In Colorado we would have had to wait 1 to 3 months just to get it in for repair, not to know how long they would keep it.

Over the summer my fiancee and I were involved in a rear end collision in my 2011 Ford F-150, which coincidentally happened to be the same day that Lubbock got slammed by a pretty bad hail storm, so basically my truck had been double whammyd all in the same day, needless to say I had to file two separate claims as one was through my own insurance for the hail damage and the other was through the other parties due to the rear end collision.My parents have been long time Collision King customers, though its been quiet a few years since theyve needed them. But at least back then Collision King had a good track record of fixing their cars when they had hail damage or what have you. So when I found myself needing a body shop to fix my damaged truck, these people were the first that came to mind. I went through the motions with my insurance, got estimates from both sides and proceeded forward. I dropped my truck off which it was kept by them for several weeks, but that was understandable as I said, this was right after the June 24th Lubbock hail storm.The person overseeing my trucks repair, had sporadic contact with me over this period asking basic questions about how I wished to proceed with the repair process which I initially appreciated.When this process was all over and done with, I was called in to come pick my truck up. This is where things started going downhill. Upon initial inspection the first thing I noticed was some paint scratches on my passenger side A-pillar I have no way of proving that CK is responsible for this because I did not have the foresight to take pictures of my truck before it entered the shop, but it very clearly looks like a tool of some sort was scraped across the A-pillar during the windshield installation. I brought it up to the technician who was doing the once over with me and he claimed that he was (pretty sure) that damage was already there. I decided that I had to just eat it as I had no way of proving that it wasnt.The next issue, which like the A-pillar damage I will include with pictures that will accompany this review, was that my tailgate was partially finished, As you can see from the picture, my tailgate which had to be completely replaced is only partially covered with Line-X bed liner. Now I am not entirely sure how tailgate replacement works in this situation, but when I was told I would be getting a brand new tailgate, I assumed that meant all of the tailgate, but as you can probably tell from the picture, it appears that the top plate of the new tailgate was pulled off and replaced with the old bed lined version, which I wouldnt really have much of an issue with except that that they didnt line the bottom half of the new tailgate with liner. The when I brought this to the technicians attention he acted confused as to how this issue would be handled, I mean surely Im not the first person whos got a bed lined truck thats been rear ended right? This was also discussed with my insurance agent and he assured me that payment would cover new liner on the new tailgate. So I am not happy about that either.The next issue was my tailgate latch, this problem I didnt discover until days after the fact when I went to open my tail gate (again fault of my own for not checking then there) the latch was stuck and feels very loose, I could barley get my tailgate to open properly. But, with this said, They had told me they guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle as long I am the owner, so I was not initially to worried about this. As I figured I would just take it back when time permitted me to have this things corrected when time permitted.Theres one other issue that needs to be discussed, but Ive reached my character limit on this review. In short though I had a surprise charge of $3500 TWO WEEKS after I picked my truck up from the shop due to some confusion between my agent and CK, but it felt like I was just being milked for any extra cash they could get from me, it was not a good feeling, all and all this was a very stressful and disappointing time.

They are great! My car was damaged at a car wash. The front driver side panel had been knocked in and the door was catching. Jason looked at my car, popped the panel back into place and did not charge me anything. I will definitely be back and will let others know!

My Range Rover was damaged when another driver pulled out in front of me. My husband and I immediately started looking for body shops and came across Collision King. We live in Midland, so we were contemplating if it was worth the hassle of getting the repairs done in Lubbock. Let me tell you, IT WAS!!! Collision King was always responsive to my questions, kept me updated on the status of my car, and got the repairs done quickly. Josh was amazing and helped me navigate through some issues I was having with the insurance company. I did have a little bit of an issue with my front end alignment after the repairs were finished, but Josh was so ready and willing to help correct the problem. I would recommend this body shop to anyone!!!

Not impressed. Estimator lowballed estimate even though I told him there was additional damage per a previous estimate. Said they would take it up with Nationwide, so I was stuck with his low estimate unless they did the work. Of course they did find the additional damage. Nationwide actually paid MORE than if they would have let me go to my original preferred body shop. Since truck was going to be tied up anyway, I asked Collision King for separate estimate on tailgate repair which I would pay myself. When I picked truck up, turn signal was not working before I even got out of the driveway (dont they check things?) Plus, after the so called repair - tailgate still has dent above handle and handle does not fit properly. Didnt realize it until first time I used the tailgate. Nationwide has since admitted being in the wrong in not accepting my original estimate from a local shop, rather than making me drive into Lubbock 2-3 times.Follow up #1 went by since I was in town. Sat in a line that was backed up outside of the estimate bay, about 5 cars back. Although there were employees out running around, no one came up to my truck or said anything to me. Since I did have other things to do, I left after several minutes. I didnt want to get boxed in where I wouldnt be able to leave. Within 15 or so minutes I got a call from my husband saying they had called my house, even though I gave them my cell number. My house is 30 miles away and hubby hasnt taken an accurate message in 40 years. No idea who called. I still remain pretty disgusted.

Had my car fixed here following a wreck. Josh was in charge of it and him and his team did an amazing job! I am very pleased wth there work. There were minor scratches that were not there previously, however, they are buffing them out for free for me! Great team!

Ill never use them again. They wanted to put a cheaper bumper on then I had originally. I run aftermarket full replacement. The bumper is crooked as hell and they say they cant do anything for it. They never fixed my hood from the scratches. Pen markings in my leather seats. Dirty as hell. Sand dust all over the interior. There a joke and worthless body shop

When I wrecked my 2012 ford f150 into a metal pipe fence I was really upset about it. I never thought it would be the same after it. But I took it to Collision King to get it repaired and they assured me it would look like new when I got it back. It needed a new hood, fender, bumper, grill, and headlight. All metal parts are black tuxedo metallic. I thought the paint would be tough to match. You absolutely can not tell its been repaired. The painted parts line up and match perfectly. It honestly looks brand new! Im super happy and thank you to the estimator Cory Dutton and all those good guys for great service!

They worked with my insurance company after they tried to low ball me almost $1500.00 and got them to pay what they should have the first time! My car was ready by the time they said it would be and you could not tell it had ever been in an accident. Our car repairs were completed on time and they were done well. We never received an update on the status of our car. I thought everyone was friendly from the time we got the estimate until the time we picked it up.

Wish I could say its an awesome place of business. But its not I took my SUV for hail damage repairs, the roof was the worse of the hail damage. After 2months we get it back sunroof is leaking water, so we take it back. 2 weeks later we get the SUV back Now water is pouring in!!! We take it back again! After week we get a call telling us the seal needs to be replaced at our cost!!! Sooooo! Not tight !! And very dissatisfied!! I dont recommend that body shop to anyone! Poor customers services and do not take responsibility for their errors !!

Years ago I used Collison King to repair a vehicle and was very happy with the repairs done. So when hail hit the Midland area I knew I was going to take it back to Collision King. Once again they provided excellent customer service and were able to help us with our current vehile. I highly recommend this repair shop and will continue to use them in the future. Well, someone stole my truck and spray painted over every part of chrome on the vehicle, they also added a very hideous red stripe down the center of the hood. My original wheels and tires were also taken. Once my vehicle was recovered I took my truck down to Collision King, and Jason worked with me to achieve a very inexpensive estimate. They did such a great job on my truck! I also ended up with beautiful wheels and tires. It honestly looks a little better than when I bought it!The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and polite. Hopefully I wont need a body shop in the future But if I do, Ill definitely use Collision King again!

Got an estimate for a single headlamp assembly replacement. I was quoted a $744 headlamp which was HID and not halogen and would not have worked with my car. Brought this up and Collision King insisted that my car needed HID lamps and not halogen. Quoted 2.3 hours of labor to replace. Total of nearly $1,000. I bought the proper headlamp on my own and had it shipped to my home for less than $200 total, and had it installed at another facility for $50 and it works great. I was happy to pay the house minimum of an hour labor and everything was finished to my satisfaction in about 20 minutes. Im so thankful I didnt go with Collision King. It would have been almost 400% of what I paid elsewhere, and FOR THE WRONG PART which would have caused another delay to get sorted out due to either shadiness or ignorance. One is as bad as the other when taking my money. Get a 2nd estimates or do your homework before going with Collision King, unless you have money to burn.

I have always taken all my vehicles to Precision but I used Collision King to paint my car to save $190 bucks. WORST DECISION I have ever made. My car was painted less than a year ago and paint is flaking off of the doors and the hood. They are extremely rude once they have your money!! There is soo many good auto repair shops in Lubbock and I would HIGHLY recommend using anyone other than Collision King!!

Had to get my mirror fixed on my Chevrolet Impala. Joe ordered the mirror and got it in about two days later. Although there was a mixup with the paint, they handled it professionally and fixed it easily. I would definitely recommend people to get their vehicle fixed here! Ask for Joe!

Excellent. I couldnt have asked for better service than I received at Collision King! The staff was friendly and willing to help me through the process even when I was running late to pick up my car shortly after their business hours ended. My car was returned as if it had just left the assembly line. I cant say I want to work with them in the future, because that would mean my car had been hit again; but if I ever need repairs, I know who to call!

The repair was done in a timely manner and as good as can be .A bunch of great people working to get the job done . The place is very clean neat .. doesnt feel like your in a car repair shop. Atmosphere is friendly.

I was in an auto accident yesterday. I had my daughter call to get my car towed in to their shop, she was in California. Ashley was so helpful and compassionate. I know with out a doubt dealing with Collision King is going to be the easiest part of this accident.
