So thankful for the people at Hub City Body Shop. They were unbelievably helpful from the moment I walked in the door to the time we picked up our car. After almost 3 months of fighting with the insurance company, it was such a relief to know that Hub City had everything handled on my behalf. They even completed the repairs early so we could have our vehicle to go on vacation. Excellent service by friendly and welcoming people, and the repair on our vehicle is absolutely flawless. I dont have any issue with businesses being closed for holidays, but I do have an issue with them not keeping their appointments but touting We prioritize these booked appointments and value our customers’ time. On Thursday, I booked an appointment for Saturday. There is no reason why I should have to drive halfway across town just to arrive to the sign included in the pictures to find out that they were closed. If they were going to be closed, they should not offer appointments on that day. Its pretty simple.Update: I rescheduled my appointment and had a great experience when they were actually open. They were very friendly and helpful. Im still a little frustrated with the first experience though.

Very professional feel with that old small shop down the street feel.. They did a great job repairing some minor damage to the front of my wifes Beetle and repainted the entire car a different color of her choice. Looks great . We had two minor problems that Chad took care of as quickly as he could because he had to order small parts to fix the problem. Overall, a good experience.

Chad took an estimate of the damage to my bumper and scheduled a fix the very next day! I was worried about the price, but it was so much less than I expected! Great customer service and crew all around! Can’t complain about the quoted price either! Definitely would recommend and come back again if need be. My car looks as good a new!

Lubbock’s Maaco did a beautiful job painting the hood and replacing a rear bumper on my Lexus LS. They were professional in giving the estimate and advising against extra services they felt weren’t needed. The job was done on time. Everyone was courteous. The only “negative” to me was staff not wearing masks when a COVID cleaning was mandatory on the car.

Macco recently repaired some deep scratches and some dents on my Corolla front driver side door. The work is perfect, professional and on time. The cost is very reasonable and exactly as estimated. Roy is very patient and helpful. He addresed all my concerns and answered all my questions, and even gave me a quick tour of the shop to explain the process. Thank you, Roy!

They take a really long time to fix your car. Not sure how well because after more than 2 weeks I still dont have my car and no one contacts me with updates. I have to call and even then they dont always know anything. Should have gone elsewhere.

Excellent workmanship, no surprises on the price. I use these people routinely and when they sat the price is this, then that’s the price! Other shops say we ran into unexpected issues and that’s why it more expensive. Damage appraisal was in line with insurance estimate. Helped us arrange timing on repair. Excellent workmanship and completed ahead of schedule, suggesting they had allowed time fo any unplanned changes. Fully recommend.

Way over priced services

They didnt look at my car to see what the estimate would be to get it fixed.

Support your locally owned shops instead. Not impressed.They had my car for two weeks only to delay another three days. Blaming a recent hail storm(as if I didn’t ha e a an appointment two weeks ahead). When we picked up the car the receptionist said it had just been painted yesterday. The car did not have two weeks worth of prep to do so I assume it sat there for a week before they even started(like I didn’t have an appointment for two weeks prior)The car had drips and was not yet cured. They rushed it to make money elsewhere. Unfortunate for me. Lesson learned.

First class service! Not only did they fix the door on my old 1972 Ford LTD, they also spent a little extra time lubing the cables and replacing a bolt on the interior of the door - all within the timeframe they originally quoted. As if that weren’t enough, they also found an vintage ford marque that fit into my steering wheel, replacing the empty hole that had been there since before I had the car. These people truly care about the work they do and went above and beyond with my vintage car. I couldn’t be happier, and would definitely recommend!

Ive known of Maaco but never did I have work that needed to be done to my car until a few weeks ago. I walked in and I was immediately greeted! Explained my situation and they assured me they could do the work and I was scheduled for the following morning! I had two dents in my car, one of which was rusted. It was bad. I got a quote in Dallas and it was 4 times as much as MAACO was estimating. Roy was an absolute angel who worked with me as a tech medical student to give me the best deal he could. An absolute quality job. It’s like a brand new car. My son Richard needed body repair on his car. He is an athlete at Texas Tech and away from home. He is also on a tight schedule with classes and his workout regimen. I called and talked with the owners and let them know that I was a parent calling from San Antonio. They were very courteous and was able to fit my son into their schedule the same day. Wow! My family has taken four different cars to Maaco for bodywork. I recently sent my Mazda RX8 needing a new paint job. Dan Seay chose the perfect viper red paint, and even fixed several things on the body I was not expecting. They also repainted all my decals. The day I picked up my car, I was met with enthusiasm for the work they had done, and excitement for me to drive it. I got my 89 GMC completely repainted with base coat clear coat they did a great job a few small things here and there which I am sure they would fix if I were to go back, but currently not a big enough issue to bother with. Quote was accurate and I could not be happier with my truck. Friendly staff I got my truck back around the time I was told I would. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing place! Truly outstanding! I called them around 3:30pm on a Friday with a broken window motor...with the window DOWN! I had already gone to 2 jeep dealerships who couldnt do anything until as soon as that next Tuesday and called several places who said they could order the part but didnt know when they would get it in. I called Maaco and spoke with Sheila who took my name and number & said she would see what she could do.... not even 20 minutes later she called me back (which is amazing all by itself these days) to say she had found a part in town, was having it delivered to them same day, and got one of the mechanics to stay later than his shift so they could get me in that same day!!!!! AND it all cost me less than what the dealership estimated for me.... AMAZING!!!! I will definitely recommend these guys!
