After a terrifying event of my car dying in the middle of traffic, my sister told me to call these guys. I cannot stress enough how amazing the entire experience was. They were honest, quick and charged me far less than I expected. On top of that, we got a ride home while they worked on our car. I will absolutely return if I have any other issues. If youre looking for honest mechanics, these folks are the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Whenever I come to Lubbock I seem to have car issues. They have always been so helpful. They give you amazing attention. They have never let me down. I trust them without question. They want you to be safe, first and foremost! The place isnt much to look at but that tells me their attention is on what they do, not how fancy the shop is! Highly recommend. Fair pricing. They worked on my Volvo and Toyota!

The midst honest mechanic Ive ever dealt with. I told him I had 300.00 to work with. He called me two days later and said it was fixed for$123.00. He couldve took more and said anything,

Called to get a quote and wanted to take my car over so they could fix my AC. Some guy I talked to took my name, number and details and said he’d call me back. I don’t mind when someone is busy and takes time, but they couldn’t even give me the courtesy to let me know anything, AT ALL. With that kind of customer service, I’ll NEVER try this place again.

Took my Lexus GX there today after a recommendation. I would be doing them a disservice not to write a review. Excellent service. Was having brake issues and suspicious of a brake fluid leak. Brad had my car fixed in just a few hours. Very honest and great price. I have found my new mechanic.

My 2004 Honda Accord needed new brake pads and new rotors. I called at least 6 places shopping around and Satterfield had the lowest price and Mitch sounded competent and honest. I dropped my Honda off at 1pm and he had the work completed by 5pm the same day. He was able to replace my brake pads for free because the previous set was warrantied and he replaced all four rotors. I never thought brakes could bring a smile to my face but as soon as I picked my car up, I was very happy! Car brakes sooo smooth just like day 1.I enjoyed talking with Mitch, he took the time to explain all about rotors and even showed me my old pads and rotors. Its a family place with his wife running the office and a few guys working hard around the shop. This is exactly the type of place I was looking for, local, inexpensive/competitive prices, honest, and quality work. Everything the big chain places are not. While we were at UMC while my son was having surgery, my husband went downstairs to run and let our dogs out and my car was completely dead. Satterfields was incredibly sweet and helpful- allowing us to bill them for the towing and pay for it when our car was finished. They called me every step of the way, making sure I understood what the costs would be and how long it would take. Very, VERY, reasonably priced. Great customer service. Will use them again for sure! Finding an honest mechanic can be tricky (sometimes impossible), but Mitch Satterfield and everyone at Satterfield automotive are just that: honest. Low labor prices and great mechanics are just a few of the perks. I had a fuel leak, and Sattefield took care of my the same day and for the cheapest price around town. There is no where else to take your vehicle in the Lubbock area.
