They do what needs to be done. They dont check anything else. Brakes are put on green when they arent, tires are put on green when thread is bad on the tire. I wonder what else they just check in paper work as if its ok, when its not. I dont trust them doing anything to my car. I even doubt they change my oil when I go so I have to check they did do it. Dont trust them. Check yourself to make sure they did do it look at my filter cant even trust them they say everything is good

No communication at all!!!! I took my car into the service center on Monday, the day of the big storm! They said it would be about a 6 hour job....8 days later!!!! I got it back and they said that I had to come back because their pipe burst and couldnt clean the oil from my engine...they did give me a discount for the trouble...$20!!! I would have paid the $20 for them to go to Mighty Wash to clean it off and finish the job!!!!! Im the one that called them to see if it was done or not after the 5th day, and the only thing they told me was they took a guys truck that was a big job over priority to mine!!! I chose Honda because I was hoping to continue to do all my oil changes with them but they lost my business.

Was alittle hesitant on going back to Frank Brown after my last experience yea ago. I was planning on buy a new Civic in Dallas but hated the drive. I wanted to give local business a catch and was contacted by Mike Brown. I have to say not only did he get me into my desired car. He went above and beyond my expectations and needs. Definitely would recommend him to family or anyone in Lubbock that is looking for a “straight shooter” sales person. AWESOME JOB MIKE!!!
My splash guard was knocked loose after mistakenly going over a high curb and the service technicians reattached it with a few rivets without any charge.Great customer service. Would definitely recommend for any small automotive issues.

If I could give NO STARS I would!! This place is absolutely horrible! They are so rude in the service department, and just overall try to push ALL of your issues off as if this isn’t their job. Do not let them use the fake charm and smiles they give you while trying to purchase vehicles. My vehicle isn’t even a year old, my battery died and when taking it to service bay they informed me that my battery passed? How can that be if it left me stranded.... I then proceeded to take it to another service station and they informed me one of my cells was dead.“Frank Brown Honda” wouldn’t change my battery due to it being driving damage and they aren’t responsible.While all this may seem like nothing, this is just the tip of the iceberg... They say they’ll cover this and do that but when push comes to shove they don’t. Or they just don’t listen to you. I even heard the shop people taking about how people complain about stupid issues and was going to and I quote “pretend to look at her vehicle and tell her it was fine”I urge you to go elsewhere as these people are just taking money from people.

Yes, the customer service is great when buying the car but the service afterwards has assured me this will be my last Honda purchased at Frank Brown Honda. Been trying for months to get the part that was recalled on the cable reel sub-harness, the part is now in stock, I was aware of this thanks to American Honda and not my local dealership for letting me know. Service department needs a make over!
Have been customer since 1989. Purchased 3 autos there, the last one in 2010. Took our 2010 Honda Fit in recently for detailing (BLACK interior, exterior, headlights, with lots of dust and pet hair.) They provided prompt transportation from and back to dealership. When we picked up the car at the end of the day, it looked new. Not one hair or speck of anything. Every interaction with them has been satisfactory.These folks are the best! Definitely 5 stars!
I just want to say Frank Browns Service Department has given my family a new opinion on Dealer repairs.Rudy Cisneros (service manager) has been 5 STARS. We received honest, courteous, professional service. We purchased a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with 22000 miles and drove it past 100,000 miles. We then purchased a new Honda Accord. We passed the Civic to our daughter who is a college student. She has brought her car in for maintenance several times to Frank Brown Honda. We realized after her first few visits how honest this dealership is. It is a relief to find a mechanic we can trust since we are not in the same town as our daughter. We needed a major repair and Rudy went out of his way to get every discount we could possibly receive.I have never received treatment like this from a Service Department. He made countless phone calls to Honda America and kept us informed.We are very impressed with quality of HONDA and service from Frank Brown Honda in Lubbock ( especially working with Rudy).We plan to purchase future Honda automobiles from the dealership!!!
I am a returning customer. I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V, love everything about the vehicle. My salesman Rob was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the features. The buying process was smooth there was no haggling over the price. Their price was lower than any advertised on the internet so no need to shop around. The finance and closing the deal was smooth and quick. I would highly recommend Frank Brown and Rob if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
I always love coming in to get my oil changed because everyone is helpful. I love going in to the service counter and Terry is there he always helps me get a ride to work and to pick me up to bring me back to the dealership. The driver is also so nice and a great person to conversate with. They guy who took my keys and checked me in was also great to work with very polite. Thank you guys so much for being there for me and my car when I need you guys. That is great customer service.

My husband and I purchased a car there on October 3, 2015 for our daughter. And we both agree that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We went in expecting the usual dealership BS and what we got was outstanding service. Our salesman was Brian L. We told him what we wanted, our price range, and what we needed our monthly payments to be at. He helped us find several cars that our daughter wanted to drive. My husband asked him to get some numbers together without running our credit just yet. He came back with exactly what we wanted. A reasonable guess at the interest rate (not some rediculous number) with the payments right at where we wanted them. So my husband said to have her test drive the cars. She picked the one she loved and Brian started the paper work. The manager fought to get us the best possible interest rate and our payments were even lower then we asked for. The finance guy was a hoot to work with also. Anyway we were so impressed with everyone we dealt with that we will definitely be back for our boys vehicles when they start driving very soon. Thanks again for everything!
100% seamless process. I dropped my car off at 730am. They addressed the issue and called me by 845am. Parts were in the next day and Rudy called to inform me it was fixed by 1030am. Ive had soooo many bad experiences with dealerships, so its reassuring to finally have a great experience. Thank you!!!

Im an out of towner who hit a piece of debris in the roadway on my way home to Colorado.The front end of my truck was out of alignment and the front strut assembly was rubbing on the inner wheel well.Dropped in without an appointment and was immediately taken care of. The tech Joshua went above and beyond to get everything sorted out and get me on my way back home. He spent 2 hours adjusting the suspension, working on my lift kit, and aligning everything perfectly.When I got the bill they only charged for an alignment. There was no charge for the all of the extra work done.Thanks to Joshua and Dean for getting me back on the road.

Rude and wasn’t even gonna call me back about my application. Yes my credit score is low but I’ve been working to improve it. I was prepared to give a good amount down to the nicley price vehicle. But this guy had me wondering and waiting for nothing, just straight up gave up and said there’s nothing he could do when I text him. Could have at least given me a courtesy call.

Nice selection of vehicles. Unfortunately, our salesman was very pushy and did not know what vehicles he was looking at. We told him what we were looking for and what we did not want. For some reason he insisted on showing us vehicles we were not interested in. We left and within 2 hours we bought 2 vehicle from Scoggin-Dickey. We will never return or recommend Frank brown Honda.
I brought my FIT in to get the oil changed prior to taking a road trip. I expected by have to wait several hours. It was done before I knew it and I was on my way to visit family. WOW! what great service!I love my FIT and I love the service I get at Frank Brown Honda!
Our car broke down outside of Lubbock about a month ago. We blew the head gasket and had to make alternate plans to get home and coordinate car repair from out of state. Rudy in the service department was very professional and very accommodating of our situation. Our car was under an extended warranty from Honda so the repair was completely free. Honda and Rudy both took care of our car and we are very thankful!

Our sales man Bobby was fantastic,he listened to us and showed us exactly what we wanted and went over all the vehicles with us and kept us informed.. The dealership however not so much. They offered us 13k for our trade and took them 1 week to come up to the 20k we were wanting while 3 other dealerships in the area started at 18,750 and ended at 20k. Ultimately we still wentry with Frank Brown as they had the vehicle we wanted but no reason to tell us our car is worthless and start at 13 with invoice pricing and a discount to then end at 20k but make us pay MSRP with no discount when dealerships down the street are offering way better deals if there would of been another Honda dealership we would of chosen them instead and we would of took Bobby with us ;)

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional and immoral dealership. I had previously worked out a deal with Joseph over the phone and he had it sent it over to my bank to be approved. While we were waiting for the approval to come back from the bank, these people went and sold the car out from under me!!! Not even 24 hours had passed before this occured!!! Absolutely unacceptable and will be writing a complaint to the BBB.

They are the worst sales people I ever met in the car dealers in Lubbock. The sales person even said: So you guys wasted me so much time and decided not to buy now? And the manager yelled to us in a very rude way when we tried to negotiate with them about the price. If you cannot offer the price we want, its okay, but you dont have the right to yell to people!!!This is my first experience that I was treated so rude in public. They might have good cars, but unfortunately, their attitudes make people dont want to buy from them. Too bad!!! I dont think Ill ever come to their place again!!!! I would not recommend at all!!!!

Service department is a joke. First visit they scratched and dented the bumper which required body work. Second visit today, they stripped the lug nut on the wheel. They sent my wife to find a new lug nut, which couldnt be located at six different places. Not sure why this was her problem to fix. During the hunt for a lug nut, the front wheel almost off on the highway with three small children in the car because they didnt tighten the other four. I left a message for the service manager and he couldnt call us back. Like all the other one star reviews, we will never return to this dealership and you shouldnt either. What a joke!
Good service but I just wish they would wash my car when I spend my money on getting my car serviced. Every Honda dealer I dealt with, which was 3 total in California, always washed my car when I took it in.
Their service department is awful. I called several times and left a message to have my call returned. If Im not important enough to get my call returned theyre not important enough to get my money. I had to go up there in person to talk to anyone so I picked my car up. I did not want to waste my time anymore.
Well, I hope they prevented the airbags from blowing our faces off. So I guess they have done pretty good job, we still got our faces, good or bad!May the Airbag be with you!!

The customer service was good...until I didnt like the deal they wanted to give me on the car. I understand that they could not match a competing dealers offer, but I did not appreciate the Frank Brown salesman telling me that I was getting ripped off by their competing dealer. I ended up going with the competitors deal. It was an honest deal and I did not get ripped off. In fact, I saved $2,000 off of what Frank Brown was offering me.I also did not like being told that I needed to take the deal so that my salesman could feed his family. I am not thinking about my car salesmans family when making a big financial decision for myself.Scare tactics and emotional appeals may work on the minds of people who dont do their research, but they do not work on people who carefully research every aspect of buying a car before going to the dealership. As such, I highly recommend that you do your research before buying a vehicle from Frank Brown. Look up TrueCar Estimates and do not settle for their MSRP. Do not let their high-pressure sales tactics and rhetorical emotional appeals sway you into getting a bad deal. Buying a car is a big decision that will affect your life for many years.

While visiting Lubbock, the oil change indicator came on in my Acura. With no Acura dealers in the area, I found Frank Brown Honda and went there. They did the oil change quickly, and I was in and out in under 45 minutes.
Ive taken my Honda here twice now and each time the service has been great. It is expensive, but its well worth it for honest and polite people.

Bad experience with John C in pre-owned sales. I feel like he didnt want to help me. I asked him some very specific questions on a pre-owned vehicle about condition, carfax/maintenance records & he would ask me questions in return rather than answering what I had asked. When I expressed concern for lack of maintenance records he suggested I buy an extended warranty to cover MAINTENANCE. Any informed and properly trained salesperson would know that maintenance isnt covered by extended warranty. I had to get the records myself & get a quote on the cost to repair a damaged grill (he says he didnt know about) from the car brand dealership. When I asked to see the Frank Brown pre-owned inspection report on the vehicle, he sent me a BLANK form. He treated me as though Im a dumb girl to be taken advantage of who didnt know what I was doing or talking about. He did deliver the vehicle to my boyfriends shop (hes a technician) for him to look over & for that hes to be commended but he also asked my boyfriend to use the dealership hes employed with to get a Carfax on the vehicle! Asking to be informed on a luxury vehicle youre considering to purchase is evidently too much to ask of your salesman at Frank Brown because afterwards, I never heard a word back from him or any other salesperson there. As a serious buyer, I was appalled by the lack of willingness to help me to buy the car (even after I specifically said Im very interested). I left the country for 5 days after my visit there and returned without one call back or voicemail asking for my business or about my interest in the vehicle. I dont even think he knew my name. He never asked what I do for a living or asked me to buy the car, never asked about a trade in vehicle and decided to speak more to my boyfriend than to me even though I was the one who called in about it. Having newly moved here, and looking for my next vehicle, my experience there has tarnished any chance of me going back. I suggest any other intelligent females who want to be treated seriously and fairly to look elsewhere
So I will try to be as thorough as possible, I have been in the market to switch from truck to car as my driving habits have changed. I was interested in a 2018 Honda Accord because of engineering and reliability. I am an active duty military service member and have access to several lenders for large purchases and found a couple cars that met my financial need. Theres only 3 dealerships that had the car I wanted new Mexico, Lubbock TX, and Dallas, TX. I test drive at Frank Brown and really liked the car, the salesman Dylan was great (honestly one of the nicest and sincere salesman ive met) and he asked me to give them a chance at a deal. I didnt care to make a deal as I already had my ducks in a row (already had secured financing and %) and the only thing to negotiate was my trade in, Frank Brown offered 20K where as the others had already offered 23K aight unseen. The Finance Manager Emilio wasted about 4 hours of my time playing childish games of let me see how much they offered so I can offer that, and whats their car price. None of this matters, sad games to play on those who dont research. At one point I even heard them in the office say damn how many dealerships has he talked to which I guess they pray on ignorant buyers. After wasting my time the finance manager comes out and say and I quote looks like youre ready for a buy with a smile on his face and shakes my hand and then says..... Good bye. Youve wasted my time and my salesman time We have to feed our families. I asked him if he thought his actions are a good business model for frank brown? No answer. I firmly let Dylan know the only way to resolve this is to have the owner schedule a meeting with me and have his manager apologize for his actions. That was a month ago....Not even a call.To end this I will say please review all low star ratings on this dealership, on no less than the first 3, they all have one thing in common which is the salesmanager. I drove 100 miles away to buy a car from another dealership and will never return for any services at Frank Brown Honda.
On April 21, 2017 my wife and I purchased a 2012 used pickup from these people. Our salesman Tyson Hall was very professional and seemed really sincere about his work. We traded in a vehicle and then proceeded to the finance office where we were told the terms and payments. We approved everything and signed the finance papers. We took the truck home and that following monday they said that the creditor wanted more info. We provided that for that creditor but they backed out of the deal. Mitchell Jones said that another finance company had picked us up and they wanted more info. Needless to say that on Wednesday Mike from the used car dept called and wanted the vehicle back. I explained to him that I was waiting to hear from our attorney. He informed me that he would report the vehicle stolen. As a side note Mitchell Jones also informed me that frank brown would take care of us if everything didnt work out. (That was a lie). So in closing let me say that this dealership doesnt appear to be honest people. I have the signed paperwork obligating me to this vehicle. They are not a good company and I will spread this all over Lubbock because I have all the documentation.

May update this at a later time.We pretty much sold this car to ourselves, meaning that we saw the car, knew we wanted it, and did not have to be sold at all. Everything went smooth as, better than we could have hoped. 08 Honda Element with 56k miles on it, for around 12k and a 3 year warranty? Hell yeah.We had the car for 3 days when my wife took it to Frank Brown to get it checked out and certified, for the warranty. They informed her that there was a recall on one of the airbags so she needed to leave it there until they could fix it.Now, the funny thing is, my wife specifically ASKED our salesman if all the recalls had been fixed, while she was looking at the carfax report. He assured her they had. We believed him.So now, the car that we just got, is sitting in their shop two weeks later, and the part isnt even on the horizon yet. The service guys are as nice as can be, but theres nothing they can do about it. Were going to end up making our first payment on this car before we even get a chance to drive it.Oh, and thanks for ruining our Easter plans. Wed hoped to load up our dogs and drive to the canyon for a day of hiking, picnicking, and generally enjoying our car. We will instead be working in our yard, Elementless.I would write this review on their website, but it seems you cant. Unless I cant find it. But yeah, this is our first and last experience with Frank Brown.
