My car got broken into at a repair shop. I called Glass Doctor and they helped me file an insurance claim and scheduled me for an appointment immediately. They realized something else broke in my door for my window and fought with my insurance company to get it done then; they were going to give me a cheaper rate if my insurance didnt help because they felt bad for me and could tell it wasnt my fault. They ended up fixing my window that day and dealt with insurance for me. I really appreciate how kind they were to me and how helpful everyone was.

Great service at a great price! I came into Glass Doctor with a rock chip that immediately started to spread across my windshield. The gentleman who helped took his time to properly repair the chip in what was a pretty complicated process. Its hardly visible now!

We got a bad crack in our windshield from a rock thrown by a truck in front of us on the highway. Using our insurance, we were able to replace the windshield through Glass Doctor, who did a superb job. Courteous, professional and fast. Theyre good at what they do and I highly recommend them.

They were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of their business. Both times, they scheduled assessments of my repair needs within days, provided me with an estimate of costs, and performed the repairs quickly. The installation technicians were also friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Glass Doctor of Lubbock with any glass repairs you may have.

I called Neal to see if they were open on Saturday. I had two cars that needed 2 chips fixed on each. He told me to come on in and he took care of them both and got me on my way. Great service.

They get the job done. But be ready to wait. It took them over an hour to fix a chip in my windshield. I came in when they opened at 8. Alot of employees walking around not doing much. Work- three stars. Customer service - one star.

Thought I was getting a whole new window not just a new piece of glass. Lots of miss communication

Called a week prior to make an appointment for my car and provided the details they wanted. Rearranged my day to make the appointment and came in early as requested. I waited about an hour and got a phone call telling me that the windshield they had received was defective and that they could replace it with a different windshield that was almost $100 more than the price quoted to me and I would have to make another appointment. I returned to get my car back and went with a different company (who by the way got me in the next day and is charging less).

Repair was done for a tenant. Half payment was made when the order was placed. Final payment was requested when repairs were completed but company couldn’t wait on a check to be mailed. We were out of town and in poor cell coverage so had to have someone call with credit card. Poor customer service. Had we been told that payment was due immediately we would have paid when placing the order.

They took my car in as soon as I got there and in less than 2 hours I was on my way with a brand new windshield. The lobby was clean, the employees were masked over all it was a safe clean environment. My windshield nn looks great and my sensors are working fine . I definitely recommend them.

I called one afternoon and they ordered the part. I went to their location the following morning. They got my car in very quickly and repaired the window.The price was better than the dealer and the wait time was less than expected. I joked with the office girls about them needing a TV to watch while I waited so hopefully, if I need their services again, they will have one.

Professional, friendly and courteous. My appt was for 2pm and they were ready as scheduled. I waited for the repair and they finished in less time than expected. I will definitely use Glass Doctor from now on.

We had the worst customer service over a three month time span. Our project apparently was passed from one person to another to another and they came out 4 different times never prepared or able to do the job. Communication was terrible. We were so sad things turned out the way they did, we ended up having to terminate the job and find someone else.

2nd time to get a chip fixed in my new windshield they had put in. Everyone very nice both times. Would definitely recommend.

They can lie more than any company I’ve ever used. They made matters worse by breaking the sunroof motor/tubing. They said it was like that when it arrived. A series of events had to have happened According to the diagnostician. I didn’t open my broken sunroof so glass doctor must have which then ruined my sunroof motor/tubing. They lied about it. The owner even made a point to try to call me and tell me it was my doing. I then requested a copy of the invoice from Alfa Romeo to glass Doctor and they told me no. Legally they have to show me that the part was an OEM part. They failed to do that and State Farm literally doesn’t have a backbone.

Excellent service on a complicated front windshield replacement. The S550 has heads up display, night vision, lane, and collision avoidance they had to deal with. They installed the new glass to factory specs and you cannot tell it is a replacement!

Lets just say i am not happy. I had a chip repaired same day it happened. It ended up cracking all the way across my windscreen. Long story short the repairs they do dont work. They dont guarantee their work or warranty it. They didnt care about helping me out by refunding my $ either, they just wanted me to buy a new windshield. I recommend you spend a few extra dollars and let an expert fix your car or truck. This company is a cheap fast fix that is very temporary!! Avoid this company.

I had a sheep jump through the double pane, tempered glass picture from window of my house. Not a good day...... Flies were coming through the broken window and it is HOT outside. It has been less than 48 hours since the incident and there are no longer any evidence that 2 sheep have ever been in the house. Glass Doctors promptness can be attributed to this success. Glass Doctor answered the phone, even on a weekend, and came to give an estimate immediately. They actually had my window in stock so I didnt have to wait for an order to be delivered. The owner came out himself to do the estimate and installation and was extremely efficient and friendly. The price was more than fair and the quality of work could not be beat. He even cleaned the other windows and helped scrape the duct tape that had been covering the makeshift tarp on the window so the house looks clean and new. I highly recommend this company! I drove 2 hours to get my Sun Roof repaired and was told that they couldn’t fix it. It was a Warranty job that scheduled 2 months prior to me showing up for the repairs. When I called they had the wrong Truck Model and they checked into it and said to Bring my truck in for the repairs. I get there and was told that all they do is the Glass on the Sun Roof and not the repairs on the Track. So I lost a days pay and drove 4 hours for nothing!!!

Scheduled them for an estimate on my windows. They spent a good amount of time measuring and everything else but then they said they would get us the estimate after 2 weeks. Its been 2 months and after several calls and more lies we still dont have an estimate and they just wasted our time. They dont deserve your business

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Was told 2 weeks for an exact replacement glass on my door with installation. I lost count on how many weeks/months and additional visits it took to get a replacement that does not match other side. When glass was finally installed was told someone would contact me to get other side of door replaced to match and that never happened. This company lacks professionalism in communication of issues and is unable to deliver goods and services clearly, honestly, and accurately. Horrible experience, tremendous amount of time lost from work for a job that is STILL not completed as informed it would be.

I made an appointment and they never showed up I called after they didn’t they said someone would call to give me an ETA an house later I never received a call so I called back they said oh we are sorry to hear that we will have someone call you I never received a call and NO one ever showed up. I will never use them because they obviously don’t care about their costumers.
