These guys were FANTASTIC and AFFORDABLE! I was in from out of state and my truck was broken into. I called them at 6 AM on a Saturday and they returned my call within the hour and came to my location and replaced my broken window a couple hours later, at 10:30 AM. I am very pleased with this kind of customer service! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent customer service, quality of work and affordable. I had the window on my Mercedes broken over the weekend, and we were able to contact Extreme on Sunday and the window was replaced Tuesday morning. They were not only the most affordable place in town, but they were also the only place that could do the work by Tuesday. The Mercedes dealership was 3-5 days out. They came to the house and did the work in less than 2 hours. They spent a lot of time cleaning up all the shattered glass inside the car. The two guys that did the work were very professional, thorough and polite. I wouldn’t use anybody else for auto glass repair. Thanks Extreme!

Excellent lighting fast 💨 friendly service!! I called this morning to get my broken door glass replaced because another company couldn’t get me in until later in the week. We’re supposed to have a storm today and I don’t have a garage so I needed to get the work done today. I was impressed from start to finish. They got my windshield and scheduled me the same morning! I was Happy to have hired Extreme over the reviews and price But I just had to pay to fix my. Tailgate because they left sooo much glass everywhere it got stuck and wont close anymore we had to vacuum all glass We called you to ask my such a poor job any other hlass company has always vacumeed the glass and All they can SAY is WE DIDNT HAVE A VACUUM I GUES. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR CHEAP SLOPPY WORK ENDED UP COSTING ME WHAT SOMEONE ELSE WHO WOULDVE CLEANED UP THE MESS WOULDVE CHARGED ME

I want to thank Extreme Auto Glass for taking care of my daughters truck while on a road trip in Lubbock. They were outstanding. The passenger glass was smashed while visiting a friend and she had to drive home three hours that night in the cold to another city to go to work the next morning. Randy came out at 9 at night to fix it and did a great job. They went above and beyond at a reasonable price. I thank them for understanding the situation and being so responsive. (PS I saw the one star on a crack repair and the fact is cracks are very unpredictable in my long experience and many places credit the repair if you get a new glass within a reasonable amount of time) 5 stars Lou W.

You need to list that you are a MOBILE glass repair business! I just came to the address location to get a chip fixed. Live out of town and pressed for time. I had to get in line behind car wash cars and once I finally get up to my turn the girl tells me, Oh they dont do that here anymore but you can call them and they can meet you wherever.. Are you kidding me??? I am NOW stuck behind 8 cars waiting for a car wash on a Saturday morning. BAD BAD for not communicating this when people look up glass chip repair.

Paid $45 to prevent getting my windshield replaced. Low and behold this company screwed me out of my money and the crack got much bigger after just a few days of having the repair done. I could have gone to someone else to save me the huge cost of replacing my windshield but now thats too late. I would highly recommend going to someone else because these guys just want to waste your time and money!!
